Abstract

A woman who is pregnant, generally have psychological conditions that will affect their physiological activities. Psychological pressure experienced by pregnant women will cause physical symptoms of fatigue, lethargy, irritability, dizziness, insomnia and laziness. When a pregnant woman is not sensitive to herself and her pregnancy, of course, the role of the family is expected to be able to continue to help the mother in taking care of herself and her pregnancy. This study aims to determine changes in the support of husbands and parents/in-laws of pregnant women in preventing stunting through a modeling approach. The research design used a quasi-experimental design using a non-randomized pre-test post-test with controlled group design. The sample is 50 pregnant women selected by purposive sampling consisting of the treatment group and the control group. Data analysis was carried out by t-test with a significance of 0.05 Data were collected through interviews with respondents using questionnaires after intervention was carried out on respondents The results showed that the husband's support for wife's pregnancy showed an increase in the average value between pre and post-test, namely 19.12 and 22.56 with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). Family Support Variables (parents/in-laws, family members) showed an increase in the average value between pre and post-test, namely 10.68 and 12.08 with a p-value of 0.007 (<0.05). There is a significant change in husband and family support for maternal pregnancy through a modeling approach.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is still fifth after India, which is 27.7% which means it is still far above the WHO standard, which is below 20%. West Sulawesi still ranks second in the highest stunting rate in Indonesia, therefore various efforts have been made to reduce the incidence of stunting in West Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of providing education with a family approach and hypnotherapy on behavioral changes in pregnant women in preventing stunting. The method of research is quasi-experimental using a non-randomized pre-test and post-test with a controlled group design. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the paired t-test with a significance level of p<0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in behavior in mothers with the hypnotherapy approach when compared to behavior in pregnant women in control cases. There is a change in behavior in mothers with the hypnotherapy approach when compared to behavior in pregnant women in control cases  Keywords : Hypnotherapy, Pregnant Mother, Knowledge, Behavior  ABSTRAK Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia masih berada apa urutan kelima setelah India yaitu sebanyak 27,7 % dan berarti masih jauh di atas standar WHO yaitu dibawah 20%. Sulawesi Barat masih menduduki urutan kedua dengan prevalensi stunting tertinggi di Indonesia setelah Nusa Tenggara Timur, oleh karena itu pemerintah telah melakukan upaya telah dilakukan untuk menurunkan angka kejadian stunting di Sulawesi Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah menganalisis pengaruh pemberian edukasi dengan pendekatan keluarga dan hipnoterapi terhadap perubahan perilaku ibu hamil dalam pencegahan stunting.Metode Penelitian adalah Quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan NonRandomized Pre-test Post Test with controlled Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data  dianalisis  menggunakan  uji  paired  t test  dengan  tingkat  kemaknaan  p<0,05. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terjadi perubahan perilaku pada ibu dengan pendekatan hipnoterapi jika dibandingkan dengan perilaku pada ibu hamil pada kasus kontrol.
