Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen logistik alat kesehatan adalah ilmu pengetahuan dan atau seni dalam proses perencanaan dan penentuan kebutuhan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran, pemeliharaan, penghapusan dan pengendalian material / alat-alat. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan, Puskesmas Boja II tidak memiliki gudang barang siap pakai, ketersediaan alat kesehatan yang masih 70% dari kompendium alat  kesehatan, serta masih sering terlambatnya pelaporan barang kepada Dinas Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis input, proses, dan output manajemen logistik alat kesehatan di Puskesmas Boja II. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Informan dipilih secara purposive sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Data disajikan melalui uraian singkat (narasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada beberapa fungsi logistik yang belum maksimal. Antara lain penyimpanan alat kesehatan yang terbatas, penghapusan belum mencakup seluruh alat kesehatan yang rusak, dan ketersediaan alat kesehatan yang dinilai masih kurang. Saran penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan alat kesehatan mengacu pada kompendium alat kesehatan serta petugas pengelola barang memperdalam pengetahuannya tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi.    ABSTRACT Logistics management of medical devices is science and or art in the process of planning and determining the needs, procurement, storage, dispensing, maintenance, removal and control of materials/tools. Based on the initial observation, the Puskesmas II does not have a ready-made warehouse, the availability of medical equipment that is still 70% of the compendium of medical devices, and still often slow reporting of goods to the health office. This research aims to analyse inputs, processes, and outputs logistics management of health equipment in Boja II Puskesmas. This type of research is qualitative research. Data retrieval techniques using in-depth interviews (indepth interview). Informant is chosen purposive according to research needs. Data is presented through a brief description (narrative). The results showed that there were still some logistics functions that were not maximized. Among other limited health equipment storage, the removal does not cover all damaged medical devices, and the availability of assessed medical devices is still lacking. The advice of this research is the health equipment planning referring to the compendium of health tools and the goods management officers deepen their knowledge of the use of information technology.   Keyword : Logistics management, Medical devices, Health centers

Abstract

Mahasiswa sudah seharusnya menjadi wadah aspirasi masyrakat dengan melakukan pengabdian dengan berbagai ide dan gagasan yang dimiliki sudah sepantasnya mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata. Salah satu bentuk kontribusi kepada masyarakat yaitu dengan melakukan pengabdian dan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Sampah merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi di desa Gading Kembar, hal ini membuat tim pengabdian merasa empati dan menunjukan skillnya dengan turut memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang ada. Desain 3D TPS merupakan kontribusi nyata dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sampah

Abstract

In Indonesia, including at the Faculty of Engineering, the higher education curriculum integrates Real Work Lecture Activities (KKN). KKN aims to improve students' ability to solve community problems using science and technology. This article discusses the implementation of KKN at the Faculty of Engineering (2025),, with special emphasis on the role of students in environmental management, community welfare, and local infrastructure development. Through involvement in construction, design, and infrastructure maintenance projects, students learn to collaborate with communities, improve their technical abilities, and understand how engineering projects have a social impact. Students' social awareness and responsibility as prospective engineers are also increased through the application of problem-based learning and community service. The results of KKN at the Faculty of Engineering really help academic development and sustainable development and quality of life.
