Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of social cognitive and behavioral approaches on emotion regulation and emotional intelligence. The behavioral approach focuses on positive reinforcement and punishment techniques that help individuals control emotions and improve social skills. Meanwhile, the social cognitive approach involves understanding and changing mindsets that influence individual emotional responses. This research method uses the literature study method by collecting and analyzing relevant scientific literature. The research findings show that these two approaches have a significant positive impact on improving emotional regulation and individual emotional intelligence. The behavioral approach helps individuals recognize and regulate emotions in challenging situations and improve social skills. The social cognitive approach assists individuals in understanding and evaluating their own emotional responses as well as those of others.

Abstract

The principle view that is often adhered to by constructivism, students actively build knowledge, the pressure in the learning procedure is on students, teaching is supporting students, the learning procedure is more concerned with procedures than the final result. The curriculum emphasizes the involvement of students and educators as mentors. So it's not other people's experiences that are abstracted and compiled in the form of textbooks, but direct experience from oneself. Based on the description above, to develop learning achievement and active learning, the usual learning method used is the constructivist learning cycle method. This type of research is library research. The results of this study are that students must build this knowledge and give meaning through real experiences. The purpose of this learning cycle learning method is to give freedom to students to think critically and scientifically and to test the truth of various hypotheses by gathering information from test scores. Then students interpret, analyze, and finally draw conclusions that are expected to develop student performance. In addition, in the learning cycle, students actively interact with ideas and peers during the research phase. As a result of this hands-on learning, students can better understand the design and develop student learning.

Abstract

Motivation and teaching are two concepts that are interrelated and have an important role in the world of education. Motivation is a key factor influencing individual behavior and achievement, while teaching is a process that involves the teacher imparting knowledge and skills to students. In the context of education, motivation is a vital element that supports student learning success. Motivation is an internal or external drive that drives individuals to achieve certain goals or perform certain actions. It involves psychological, emotional, and social factors that influence a person's behavior. In the educational context, motivation plays an important role in motivating students to learn, participate actively in the learning process, and achieve the desired results. Meanwhile, teaching is a process that involves the teacher in conveying learning material to students. The aim of teaching is to inspire and motivate students in learning, help them understand the concepts being taught, develop skills and competencies, and encourage creativity and critical thinking.

The outcome of the information processing approach is a better understanding of the researched topic. Through the analysis of acquired information, relevant patterns, trends, and relationships can be identified. This enables better decision-making and more effective problem-solving. The discussion regarding the information processing approach involves the evaluation and interpretation of the obtained results. Abstract

Stres pada anak merupakan trauma yang dapat menghambat bahkan merusak perkembangan otak  anak, karena tidak sedikit anak yang mengalami stres. Ketika anak mengalami tekanan ringan atau berat akibat peristiwa yang anak alami, baik disengaja atau pun tidak disengaja, hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan otak anak. Maka  anak-anak seharusnya dihindari dengan peristiwa yang membuat mereka trauma, baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang di kemudian hari. Seperti yang kita ketahui, pentingnya perkembangan otak pada manusia karena menjadi pusat berpikir, penyimpan memori dan emosi terhadap apa yang dikerjakan dan sebagai kontrol tubuh akan dilihat seiring manusia bertumbuh. Dengan menghindari stres yang berlebihan pada anak dapat dilakukan  dengan memberikan stimulasi perkembangan otak secara terstruktur pada anak sesuai tingkat perkembangan. Perkembangan otak yang baik tentu mengurangi dampak stres pada anak dan nantinya membawa hasil yang lebih baik di masa depan. Hal ini harus dengan dukungan orang tua, guru, dan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan otak anak.
