Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasikan Kompetensi dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Akuntabilitas di Kantor Camat Libureng. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari Kantor Camat Libureng dan responden pegawai Kantor Camat Libureng, Pegawai Kelurahan Ceppaga, Pegawai Kelurahan Tanabatue dan Aparat Desa. Hasil penelitian dapat menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Libureng. Antara lain Kompetensi, Komitmen dan Akuntabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Libureng. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas di Kantor Camat Libureng. Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas di Kantor Camat Libureng. Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Libureng. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Libureng. Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Libureng. This study aims to examine, analyze the interpretation of Competence and Commitment to Employee Performance through Accountability at the Libureng Sub-District Office. This research is descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach. Data were obtained from the Libureng Sub-District Office and respondents were Libureng Sub-District Office employees, Ceppaga Sub-district employees, Tanabatue Sub-district employees and village officials. The results of the study can find several factors that affect the performance of employees at the Libureng District Office. Among other things, Competence, Commitment and Accountability have a significant effect on employee performance at the Libureng Sub-District Office. Competence has a positive and significant effect on accountability in the Libureng sub-district office. Commitment has a positive and significant effect on accountability in the Libureng District Office. Accountability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Libureng sub-district office. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Libureng sub-district office. Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Libureng sub-district office. Competence, Accountability have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Libureng District Office. Commitment, Accountability has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Libureng District Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial dan simultan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dilaksanakan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 85 orang, dengan menggunakan tehnik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dilibatkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS ver.25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; b) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan c) tambahan penghasilan pegawai dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of additional employee income and competence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province. Quantitative research was conducted at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province. The population consisted of 85 employees, using a total sampling technique to include the entire population as the research sample. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation while data analysis is multiple linear regressions with SPSS ver.25. The results of the study indicate that a) additional employee income has a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of the employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province; b) competence has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of the employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province; and c) additional employee income and competence have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan metode evaluasi kinerja program yang dilaksanakan dan untuk menganalisis dampak program kerja yang dilaksanakan Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau Takalar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi kinerja program di BPAP Takalar dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi berdasarkan input, output, manfaat, dan dampak dari pelaksanaan program kerja. Dampak dari pelaksanaan program kerja berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa input program menunjukkan sangat berpengaruh karena sumber daya meliputi sarana dan prasarana yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan program. Output program menunjukkan penilaian sangat berpengaruh. Output dari program yang dilaksanakan yaitu melalui penerapan beberapa teknologi yang adaptif, aplikatif, efektif dan efisien guna mewujudkan perikanan budidaya yang berkelanjutan. Manfaat program menunjukkan penilaian berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan program dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh responden terkait pelaksanaan program beragam tergantung dari jenis programnya. This study aims to describe the method of evaluating the performance of the program implemented and to analyze the impact of the work program carried out by the Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture Center. The results showed that the program performance evaluation at BPAP Takalar was carried out by identifying based on inputs, outputs, benefits, and impacts of the work program implementation. The impact of the implementation of the work program based on the results of the study shows that based on the program input is very influential because the resources include facilities and infrastructure that can support the success of the program implementation; the program output shows a very influential assessment. The output of the implemented program is through the application of several adaptive, applicable, effective, and efficient technologies to realize sustainable aquaculture, and the benefits show an assessment of the impact of the program implementation, the benefits felt by respondents related to the implementation of the program vary depending on the type of program.
