Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untukmenganaliisis pengaruh langsung kapasitas kerja, dan kompetesi kerja terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kapasitas kerja, dan kompetesi kerja terhadap pelayanan public, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung kapasitas kerja, dan kompetesi kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 62 pegawai sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah Pegawai sebanyak 74 orang, survei dilakukan selama 3 (Tiga) bulan yaitu April s.d Juli 2022. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Smart melalui pelayanan public, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kapasitas Kerja, dan Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kapasitas Kerja, dan Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pelayanan publik. This research aims to: (1) analyze the direct effect of work capacity, and work competence on performance, (2) analyze the direct effect of work capacity, and work competence on public services, (3) analyze the indirect effect of work capacity, and work competence. on performance. This study uses primary data through a survey of 62 employees as a sample of the total number of employees as many as 74 people, the survey was conducted for 3 (there) months, from april to July 2022. The data were analyzed using the Smart program through public services. The results of the study show that work Capacity and Work Competency have a direct effect on employee performance. Work Capacity, and Work Competence have an indirect effect on employee performance through public services.
