Abstrak Karakter disiplin merupakan salah satu karakter yang sangat penting dimiliki siswa selama menempuh pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai cara menanamkan nilai karakter disiplin siswa di taman kanak-kanak full day school Darul Musafirin Thailand dan taman kanak full day school Lasiyam Surabaya. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan desain studi multi-situs di TK full day school Darul Musafirin Thailand dan TK full day school Lasiyam Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik, triangulasi sumber, serta membercheck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk upaya yang dilakukan dalam menanamkan nilai karakter disiplin siswa di TK full day school Darul Musafirin Thailand dan TK full day school Lasiyam Surabaya diwujudkan dalam keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan integrasi nilai karakter disiplin pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Keteladanan dilakukan oleh guru dan kepala sekolah dengan memberikan contoh teladan kepada siswa selama di sekolah. Pembiasaan dilakukan dengan melaksanakan berbagai aktivitas full day school. Sedangkan integrasi nilai karakter disiplin pada kegiatan pembelajaran diwujudkan dalam pencantuman nilai karakter disiplin dalam perangkat pembelajaran yaitu RPP. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam grasi nilai karakter disiplin pada kegiatan pembelajaran adalah perencanaan dengan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran, pelaksanaan selama kegiatan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi dengan menilai capaian perkembangan siswa yang dilakukan setiap hari. This study aims to describe how to instill the character values ​​of student discipline in Kindergarten full day school Darul Musafirin Thailand and Kindergarten full day school Lasiyam Surabaya. This qualitative study used a multi-site study design in Kindergarten full day school Darul Musafirin Thailand and Kindergarten full day school Lasiyam Surabaya. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the data validity technique was carried out using technical triangulation, source triangulation, and membercheck. The results of the study show that the form of efforts made in instilling the character values ​​of student discipline in Kindergarten full day school Darul Musafirin Thailand and Kindergarten full day school Lasiyam Surabaya is embodied in exemplary, habituation, and integration of disciplinary character values ​​in learning activities. Exemplary is carried out by teachers and principals by providing exemplary examples to students while at school. Habituation is done by carrying out various full day school activities. While the integration of disciplinary character values ​​in learning activities is manifested in the inclusion of disciplinary character values ​​in learning tools, namely lesson plans. The stages carried out in the disciplinary character value pardon in learning activities is planning by compiling learning tools, implementation during learning activities, and evaluation by assessing student development achievements which are carried out every day.
