Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial desire of students on the influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial creativity on students at the University of West Jakarta. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data in the study were obtained from 175 respondents who are university students in West Jakarta using a questionnaire as a data collection tool with the survey method. Data analysis in this study using the SEM PLS test tool was carried out testing discriminat validity, convergent validity, composite reliability, outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The first stage in this study is to test the validity of the questions of each variable along with their reliability. The second stage tests the influence of each variable. The results showed that there is an influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial creativity on student entrepreneurial desire.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Attitudes and Locus of Control on Financial Management Behavior. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which is a technique for taking data sources by determining samples with certain considerations. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, namely the millennial generation in the Jakarta area. The analysis method uses the Statistical Product and Services Solution (SPSS) application. The results of this study are that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of the Millennial Generation in the Jakarta area. Financial Attitudes do not affect the Financial Management Behavior of the Millennial Generation in the Jakarta area. Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of the Millennial Generation in the Jakarta area.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of the Ease of Use, Social Influence and Risk factors on the interest in transacting using financial technology in the millennial generation of Dian Nusantara University students. This research includes causal associative research and has independent and dependent variables. This type of research is a quantitative research. Where data collection techniques in the form of primary. The collection of data obtained is by means of a questionnaire. The sample in this study focused on the millennial generation of Dian Nusantara University students who used Fintech, namely 105 people. The analysis used is the SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square) method with smartPLS software version 3.0.
