Abstract

The concept of regional autonomy and the views from the historical Aceh considered appropriate to enforce ShariaLaw kaffah. Qanun No.13 of 2003 about Maisir (Gambling) is one of the five existing Qanun in the implementationIslamic Sharia in Aceh, with the aim of preventing all forms of implementation and support for implementing gambling,to implement Islamic Sharia there are three institutions that run(1) Department of Islamic Sharia, (2) Satpol PP andWH, (3) Syariah Court. Bu tthe reality is still going on various forms of gambling. The above considerations, there viewwas conducted in order to see how the Governance Policy Qanun No.13 of 2003 about Maisir (Gambling) in Gayo LuesRegencyof Aceh province and Relationships between Implementing Agencies. The method used in answering thereview using qualitative descriptive method to obtain aclear description of the public participation, LSM in the implementationof Qanun No.13 of 2003 and the relationship between the executing agency. Therefore, the technique incollecting the data that used is observation technique which is observe the objects condition in the field, interview theperformers who involved in implementing Qanun Nomor 13 in 2013 about Maisir (gambling) in regency of GayoLueswith record it in a document.

Abstract

In this article discusses the Comparative Study of Islamic Law and Positive Law on the Practice of Dropship Buying and Selling Transactions in E-Commerce. The type of research is qualitative library research, with juridical, shari'i and sociological approaches. The source of this research data is the primary approach in the form of the Qur'an, Hadith, quotes from scholars' views and Law Number 19 of 2019 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. While secondary research data sources are books, journals, and articles. The method of collecting this research data is reading, understanding and citing various literature related to research material. This research data processing technique is analyzing, interpreting, and observing the data used as the object of research. The result of this study is that in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law there is no prohibition to use online transactions using the Dropshipping system, which must be underlined is that a business actor who offers a product through an electronic system must provide clear and correct information related to information on goods traded. While buying and selling online using the Dropshipping system is not prohibited in Islam and can be used in several contracts, such as greeting contracts. The Dropshipping system in buying and selling online has met the requirements and pillars of the validity of buying and selling in Islam.

Abstract

Beragam nama yang berbeda dari satu jenis makanan menjadi kesulitan tersendiri. Seringkali pelanggan kecewa dengan hidangan yang tidak sesuai dengan bayangan mereka. Penggunaan Augmented Reality (AR) dalam memberikan gambaran menu makanan merupakan solusi dalam bidang visualisasi objek. AR dapat bergerak dalam berbagai bidang termasuk bidang pemasaran kuliner. Kolaborasikan AR dengan android dapat memberikan visualisasi objek menu makanan ke dalam bentuk tiga dimensi. Dengan pendekatan Augmented Reality tersebut dapat menjadi solusi bagi pelanggan rumah makan untuk memvisualisasikan menu yang tersedia pada rumah makan. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan metode markerless user defined target dan melakukan pengujian tentang pemanfaatan metode tersebut menggunakan parameter seperti kontras warna permukaan datar, bentuk objek, jarak, cahaya dan sudut kamera pada saat tracking. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa seluruh benda dapat digunakan pada metode markerless user defined target. Benda terbaik untuk menampilkan objek 3 dimensi adalah permukaan datar kertas dengan kontras bagus, sudut tracking 45°, menggunakan sumber cahaya terang yang tidak tegak lurus dengan marker dan jarak ideal 15 cm sampai 25 cm.
