This study aims to determine the analysis of Islamic law on the Julo-Julo social gathering in Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, using a phenomenological approach. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the practice of debt and receivables in the practice of Arisan Julo-Julo carried out by the people of Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency is illegal. Because, it contains usury nasi'ah, which is exaggerating the payment of goods or money owed due to delays in paying the social gathering money. Then, in terms of the Julo-Julo Arisan Practice contract in Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency using a wadi'ah savings contract. The goods deposited are in the form of cash, money deposited by the arisan member to the manager which is then carried out by drawing lots. Furthermore, with regard to the pillars and conditions of the person who makes the deposit and the person who receives the deposit, the person who receives the deposit is the manager, while the person who makes the deposit is the arisan member.

Technological advances and digitalization have experienced very rapid developments in all social activities, such as in the payment system. This research is field research with a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation techniques, direct interviews with micro, small and medium enterprises at the Koe Padangsidimpuan Café Shop. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation to check the validity of the data. The use of QRIS is beneficial for the general public and the café because QRIS can simplify the transaction process in the payment system, but it is very unfortunate because the use of QRIS has no impact on the café's income. The impact of implementing QRIS use is still less than optimal among millennials, This can be seen from the achievement of its user target, which only has a small number of users. Penelitian ini menjelaskan Analisis ekonomi syari'ah tentang sistem upah bagi tenaga kerja Dikota Padangsidempuan, Permasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana sistem upah tenaga kerja di kota padangsidimpuan dalam persfektif ekonomi islam. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sistem upah tenaga kerja di kota padangsisimpuan dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan dalam ekonomi syariah tentang sistem upah tenaga kerja di kota padangsidimpuan Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini di analisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem upah tenaga kerja di kota padangsidimpuan belum melaksanakan ketentuan sistem pengupahan yang sesuai dengan surah An - Nahall ayat 90 dan pasal 1 ayat 30 Undang – undang No.13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenaga kerjaan. Berdasarkam perspektif ekonomi islam sistem pengupahan belum memenuhi karakterisktik, yaitu memberikan upah yang adil dan juga sistem pengupahan belum sesuai dengan panduan pekerja dalam islam dalam panduan bekerja,islam sangat menganjurkan untuk ummatnya agar senantiasa bertanggung jawab atas perjanjian /akad yang telah dibuat.

The bank provides zakat payment services through mobile banking to meet the needs of conducting banking transactions. The people of the new Sitamiang sub-district, Padangsidimpuan City, still do not use the mobile banking application . The purpose of this study was to determine the interest in paying zakat through mobile banking based on perceptions of convenience, perceived usefulness, perceptions of trust in the people of Sitamiang Baru Village, Padangsidimpuan City. This research is a quantitative research. The data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a sample of 98 people. Data processing using SPSS 25 application. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial research results states that the convenience variable has no effect on the interest in paying zakat through mobile banking . Usefulness has no effect on interest in paying zakat through mobile banking. Trust has an effect on interest in paying zakat through mobile banking. While the variables of convenience, usability and trust have a simultaneous influence on the interest in paying zakat through mobile banking in the people of Sitamiang Baru Village .Keywords: Interest, Zakat, Mobile Banking, Perception

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan dana zakat di BAZNAS Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dimana dalam pengelolaannya dilakukan melalui penghimpunan, pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan dana zakat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kabupaten Pasaman Barat melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu penghimpunan atau pengumpulan dana zakat, pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan dana zakat yang diberikan kepada delapan asnaf. Pengumpulan dana zakat dilakukan dengan cara menjemput langsung ke tempat muzakki berada, melakukan kerja sama antar lembaga dan menyampaikan kepada masyarakat yang ingin membayar zakat melalui nomor rekening BAZNAS Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Pada pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan dana zakat di BAZNAS Kabupaten Pasaman Barat masih bersifat konsumtif bukan produktif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari program-program yang dilaksanakan, yaitu dana zakat yang diberikan secara langsung kepada seluruh asnaf (mustahik) dan memberikan bantuan-bantuan sosial.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always mentioned parallel to prayer. This shows how important zakat is in Islam. Therefore zakat is one of the Islamic Shari'a that must be implemented, so zakat is highly emphasized to people who believe as an effort to increase their faith and piety to Allah SWT. There are many polemics that occur in the issue of zakat, one of which is the payment of zakat maal, so this study aims to determine the extent of public knowledge about the obligation to pay zakat maal. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, using a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that there are still many people or muzakki in Rabi Jonggor Village who do not understand the payment of zakat maal which results in the collection and receipt of zakat maal not being optimal. In the end, the goal of zakat maal which was mandated by Islamic teachings was not achieved so that the number of needy and poor increased from year to year
