Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry has quite high competition in maximing company performance in order to attract investors. The aim of this study is to ascertain the solvency, profitability, and investment cash flow in influencing the company's stock price of pharmaceutical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The method used is panel data regression analysis. The method used is a case study with descriptive research type and panel data regression analysis. The findings of this study reveal the profitability, solvency, and investment cash flows exert a substantial impact on stock prices simultaneously. Partially, the profitability, solvency and investment cash flow variables do not exhibit any noteworthy significanceeffect on the pharmaceutical industry stock prices for the 2017-2021 period. In conclusion, when viewed partially, all of the variables do not affect stock prices. Based on the research, for further enrich the study ti subsequent researchers to incorporate additional variables, change the research object, and increase the research period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung media sosial terhadap minat beli konsumen richeese factory, pengaruh langsung media sosial serta minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen richeese factory, pengaruh secara tidak langsung media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen richeese factory melalui minat beli. Iklan di media sosial tidak hanya bertujuan untuk menarik perhatian tetapi juga untuk mempengaruhi setiap tahapan dalam proses keputusan pembelian konsumen. Memahami pentingnya tujuan pengaruh iklan di media sosial sangatlah penting bagi richeese factory untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasarannya dan meningkatkan penjualan. richeese factory mengalokasikan sumber daya yang signifikan untuk kampanye iklan di media sosial. Namun, untuk memastikan efektivitas investasi tersebut, penting untuk memahami bagaimana iklan ini mempengaruhi setiap tahapan proses keputusan pembelian konsumen. Iklan yang efektif dapat memicu keinginan konsumen untuk mencoba produk richeese factory, menciptakan permintaan baru. Pengenalan kebutuhan yang efektif melalui iklan dapat memicu keinginan konsumen untuk mencoba produk richeese factory. Ketika konsumen menyadari kebutuhan atau keinginan mereka yang dapat dipenuhi oleh richeese factory, mereka lebih mungkin untuk membeli produk tersebut.

Abstract

The emergence of slum settlements in Bekasi City is caused by the rapiddevelopment of the city and high urbanization, which causes population density to Housing, Settlement Areas and Land, is committed to overcoming this problem andimproving the conditions of these settlements. The aim of this research is todetermine the strategy for handling slum areas by the Bekasi City Housing,Settlement and Land Services Department. This research adopts the StrategyTheory proposed by Geoff Mulgan (2009) which includes goals, environment,direction, action and learning. The method used is a qualitative research methodwith data collection techniques using interviews, direct observation, documentationand physical devices. The research results show that the Department of Housing,Settlement Areas and Land is committed to creating slum-free areas by 2030through various activities such as building environmental roads, repairing canals,providing clean water facilities, building septic tanks, and providing rutilahuassistance. This research also shows that the Department of Housing, SettlementAreas and Land has succeeded in taking into account external and internal factorsin handling slum settlements, including challenges such as limited resources andcoordination between related parties. These obstacles were successfully overcomethrough synergy with various institutions involved in the program.
