Abstract

The era of digitalization affects the performance of an institution or organization, especially regional apparatus. It is necessary to apply regional government information systems to each existing regional device in order to provide convenience, smoothness, and optimization related to financial management. An integrated financial management system, through systems and networks as well as computerized technology, facilitates work units in existing regional apparatus so as to improve organizational performance and achievements. Through the implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn (1975), it is hoped that it can provide knowledge related to the implementation of local government information systems at the Tolitoli Environmental Service. Based on qualitative data analysis, it was found that: 1) Policy Standards and Targets have been running well, useful in setting and planning in accordance with the achievement of key performance indicators; 2) Operators are the key to the success of the system supported by the availability of facilities in the form of computerized devices and networks; 3) In terms of the characteristics of the implementing organization, the Environmental Service is an implementing element of the regional government in the environmental sector with the status of a mandatory affair that is not related to basic services; 4) Inter-organizational communication runs well and; 5) Disposition and Attitude of Executors in the form of knowledge and implementation of structured policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Etos Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder , yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner serta dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Etos Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tolitoli

Abstract

Tolitoli Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The total sample was 54 respondents who were active employees of Ogo Malane. The independent variable studied is motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a tcal value of 3.794 > a ttable of 2.006. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.217 indicates that motivation contributes 21.7% to the improvement of employee performance, while the remaining 78.3% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. The average motivation score of respondents was in the "very good" category (4.23), and the average performance of employees was also considered "very good" (4.33).

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Incentive on Employee Morale at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP) of Tolitoli Regency. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees who are Civil Servants at the Tolitoli Regency One-Stop Integrated Services Investment Office (DPMPTSP) which totals 42 employees. The data collection technique used saturated sampling of 42 respondents. The source of data is in the form of primary data, which is data obtained by conducting research directly related to this research. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, The results of this study were a t-calculation value of 4.563 > t-table of 2.021 and a significant value level of 0.000 < 0.05, and a Determination Coefficient of 0.342 or 34.2% showed that the provision of incentives had a significant effect on the work morale of employees at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP) of Tolitoli Regency.
