Abstract

The Youtube Cooperation Service provides profits that can be used as a source of income. This is an opportunity and potential that can be taken by the government because it is very possible as Youtube's latest regulation related to its Monetization Cooperation program allows all Youtube channels to be Monetized. Tolitoli Regency can take this opportunity as an alternative APBD source. The type of research in this research is descriptive research using quantitative data analysis. This research is expected to provide a specific description and explanation regarding the potential sources of local revenue from Youtube monetization services. The research instrument used is the Youtube revenue calculation system using the Google AdSense payment method and the Blade.com Social site. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis with a descriptive approach, namely determining the potential value of PAD from Youtube monetization as a source of new PAD. The use of the Youtube website as a source of PAD has great potential for the local government of Tolitoli Regency. The estimated local revenue from 1 official Youtube channel of the Tolitoli Regency Government can reach 3,000 USD or Rp. 45,000,000, this amount exceeds the number of PAD realizations in Tolitoli Regency in 2021. The value of this income can continue to increase by improving management and the quality of content. Utilization of the Youtube website through the Youtube monetization program is feasible to be a new source of PAD for Tolitoli Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis Strategi dan Dasar Hukum Penerapan Monetisasi Youtube sebagai Sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Analisis PESTLE dan studi literatur dengan melibatkan ahli pada hukum terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara hukum, berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan otonomi daerah bahwa Program Monetisasi YouTube ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan asli daerah dengan dimasukkan dan dikategorikan sebagai "lain-lain pendapatan asli daerah yang sah” pada jenis pendapatan yang berasal dari "Hasil Kerjasama Daerah" dengan asumsi pendapatan tersebut berasal dari daerah bekerjasama dengan pihak lain diluar negeri. Hal tersebut dapat dilaksanakan dengan 3 strategi pokok yaitu Strategi Tahap Awal, Strategi Tahap Proses dan Strategi Tahap Pelaksanaan yang lebih jelas tertulis dalam hasil penelitian ini.

Abstract

Workplace stress is a physical and psychological disruption of employees brought on by an imbalance between their resources and the demands of their jobs. According to findings from early worker research, 14 out of 30 employees reported feeling stressed at work. Negative effects of unmanaged job stress will be felt by both employees and businesses. The aim of this study was to identify the variables linked to production workers' work-related stress. This study has a cross-sectional design and is quantitative in nature. A total of 76 production workers made up the sample size for the data collection, which took place between September-October 2022. Bivariate analysis with the Mann-Whitney test and the Chi-Square test was used to analyze the data. Over 50% of production workers report experiencing work-related stress. Interpersonal conflict (p-value = 0.039), job uncertainty (p-value = 0.022), workload fluctuations (p-value = 0.040), and extracurricular activities (p-value = 0.032) are the four variables that significantly correlate with work stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Etos Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder , yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner serta dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Etos Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tolitoli
