Abstract

Pada bahasan ini mengeksplorasi potensi organisasi pembelajaran untuk pendidikan. Rendahnya inovasi di kalangan guru bukan tanpa sebab, salah satu diantaranya yang cukup penting adalah organisasi pembelajaran. Organisasi pembelajaran adalah suatu konsep dimana organisasi dianggap mampu untuk terus menerus melakukan proses pembelajaran mandiri (self leraning) sehingga organisasi tersebut memiliki kecepatan berpikir dan bertindak dalam merespon beragam perubahan yang muncul. Tujuan penelitian ini membahas tentang organisasi pembelajaran yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan profesi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan dan menguraikan mengenai organisasi pembelajaran, teknik pengumpulan data memggunakan studi pustaka (library research) yaitu peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan membaca, menelaah, dan menganalisis dari jurnal, buku, artikel dari peneliti terdahulu. Sehingga diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat menambah wawasan dan pemahaman tentang organisasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi Standar Nasional Perpustakaan di SMP 35 Medan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana standar tersebut diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada upaya untuk mematuhi standar nasional, terdapat beberapa kendala signifikan, termasuk kekurangan sumber daya, pelatihan untuk staf, dan fasilitas yang belum memadai. Kendala ini berdampak pada efektivitas layanan perpustakaan dan keterlibatan siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemerintah, serta perencanaan strategis yang lebih baik untuk memperbaiki implementasi standar dan meningkatkan kualitas serta keberfungsian perpustakaan di SMP 35 Medan.

Abstract

The rapid flow of modernization brings great challenges to the world of education, especially in terms of moral decline and character crises among students. Spiritual and social values ??are starting to be displaced by environmental influences less supportive of moral formation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the Yasinan organizational culture in forming the Islamic character of students at MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. There were two informants in this study: the principal and teachers at MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stages of Miles and Huberman: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification.  The study results indicate that the Islamic organizational culture in the form of Yasinan activities at MTs Al Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan has succeeded in forming the religious character of students through structured and sustainable spiritual habits. This activity is not only a routine of worship but also plays a role as a value system that instills discipline and responsibility and strengthens awareness of the importance of worship as part of everyday life. This culture reflects the application of Islamic values ??in educational organizations, which align with the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. It can create positive behavioral norms rooted in the shared beliefs of all members of the madrasah

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the role of school learning policies in integrating digital technology into the learning process, examine the suitability between technology-based learning policy designs and digital learning practices, and formulate strategies for optimizing the use of technology to improve the quality of learning at Budisatrya Private Middle School, Medan. Methods: This research employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using source and technique triangulation. Results: The research results show that school policies have supported the integration of digital technology through the provision of learning facilities and infrastructure, internet access, and the use of digital media and platforms in teaching and learning activities. However, implementation has not been optimal due to differences in teachers' digital competencies, the lack of uniform technology standards, and limited use of technology in interactive and collaborative learning activities. Supporting factors include the availability of technological facilities, school management support, and student enthusiasm, while inhibiting factors include diverse teachers' digital competencies and the potential for digital distractions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of digital data in achieving excellent accreditation at MAS Islamiyah Sunggal. The focus of the study includes planning, implementation, obstacles, and solutions in digital data management carried out by the principal, operator, teachers, and administrative staff to support accreditation readiness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that digital data management at MAS Islamiyah Sunggal has been carried out gradually and systematically through data collection, validation, storage, and continuous updating. This process is supported by clear division of tasks, internal coordination, and the use of digital information systems such as EMIS and accreditation support systems. The findings are in line with Terry’s view that management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, as well as Laudon and Laudon’s view that an effective information system must provide accurate, relevant, and timely data. However, this study also found several obstacles, such as the heavy workload of operators, the high level of accuracy required, and the lack of integration among several digital applications. In the perspective of Islamic education, these findings are relevant to Surah Al-Baqarah verse 282, which emphasizes the importance of proper, fair, and accountable recording.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi kesejahteraan guru serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan kinerja mengajar di SMP Nurul Hadina di Jl. Pertahanan Komplek Perumdam No. 93, di Patumbak berdasarkan teori hierarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di SMP Nurul Hadina, dengan guru sebagai informan utama dan pimpinan sekolah sebagai informan pendukung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan uji keabsahan melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan guru tergolong cukup baik. Secara finansial, guru memperoleh gaji, tunjangan, dan jaminan sosial yang memenuhi kebutuhan dasar meskipun belum sepenuhnya optimal. Secara non-finansial, guru merasakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, hubungan sosial yang harmonis, penghargaan, serta kesempatan pengembangan diri. Kondisi ini berdampak positif terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru, yang tercermin pada meningkatnya semangat kerja, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the essence of the living educational system, the mechanisms for controlling students' quality, and the strategies for maintaining and improving students' quality at MTsN Binjai. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the principal, vice principals, teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, students, and parents. Data were analyzed using interactive techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while trustworthiness was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the living educational system is developed through the integration of Islamic values, madrasah culture, leadership, learning processes, and active stakeholder participation. Student quality control is implemented through academic evaluation, character development, behavioral supervision, counseling services, and collaboration with parents. Students' quality is maintained and improved by strengthening religious culture, enhancing academic and non-academic potential, and fostering partnerships among the madrasah, families, and the community. The novelty of this study is the development of the living educational system as a holistic, adaptive, and sustainable educational ecosystem model for improving students' quality in the madrasah context.

Abstract

This is research of discusses the efforts to increase the competence of teachers through a system of principal leadership. Leadership is an attempt to influence others to do the activity in order to achieve a common goal. Leadership has a strategic role in determining whether or not an organization forward. As supreme leader, the principal has a duty and a vital role in improving the quality of human resources in it. In order to realize the quality of human resources professionals, principals must have the appropriate strategy; educational supervision, education and training, provision of motivation continue, changes in work culture, so that teacher competence as a basic element of education can be realized. The competencies include; pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence.
