Abstract

Pada bahasan ini mengeksplorasi potensi organisasi pembelajaran untuk pendidikan. Rendahnya inovasi di kalangan guru bukan tanpa sebab, salah satu diantaranya yang cukup penting adalah organisasi pembelajaran. Organisasi pembelajaran adalah suatu konsep dimana organisasi dianggap mampu untuk terus menerus melakukan proses pembelajaran mandiri (self leraning) sehingga organisasi tersebut memiliki kecepatan berpikir dan bertindak dalam merespon beragam perubahan yang muncul. Tujuan penelitian ini membahas tentang organisasi pembelajaran yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan profesi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan dan menguraikan mengenai organisasi pembelajaran, teknik pengumpulan data memggunakan studi pustaka (library research) yaitu peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan membaca, menelaah, dan menganalisis dari jurnal, buku, artikel dari peneliti terdahulu. Sehingga diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat menambah wawasan dan pemahaman tentang organisasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study focused on evaluating the smart Indonesia program implemented in Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory UIN North Sumatra. The Indonesia Pintar Program is an education funding program for underprivileged Didi participants. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and is analyzed specifically with the CIPP program evaluation model (context, input, process, product). Data are collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The findings of this study highlight the smart Indonesia program with 4 aspects of the CIPP program evaluation model including: 1) contex evaluation, suitability of PIP recipient targets at UIN SU MALL, 21 class XII students received Rp.900,000. 2) input evaluation, there are 2 PIP organizers at UIN SU MALL, but there are no special PIP facilities. 3) process evaluation, the PIP process is carried out in accordance with PIP technical instructions, but the madrasah has not implemented the preparation of PIP realization reports, 4) product evaluation, PIP fund realization is in accordance with the provisions for the utilization of PIP funds even though there is no significant impact on student attitudes, but has an impact on the motivation of students' enthusiasm to continue their education

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have a very important role in efforts to provide education for the Indonesian people, especially in religious education. The era of globalization has had many impacts in various fields, one of which is the education sector, where competition between educational institutions has become more competitive. Islamic boarding schools are required to be able to promote their existence as educational institutions by implementing appropriate marketing strategies to maintain their existence and to attract public interest in the Islamic boarding school itself . The Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School is one of the oldest Islamic boarding schools in the Aceh Singkil region, which was founded in 1962 AD. However, this does not reduce the public's interest and trust in the Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School as a place to study. Based on initial observations made by researchers, the educational marketing strategy at the Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School is still less than optimal, carried out in an organized and planned way to be disseminated widely on social media to attract public interest. However, every year a large number of students still register. Based on this description, researchers are interested in conducting research related to educational marketing strategies carried out at the Darul Muta'allimin Tanah Merah Aceh Singkil Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this research is to analyze the educational marketing strategy at Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School, the marketing mix carried out at Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School, the obstacles faced in carrying out educational marketing mix and ways to overcome educational marketing mix obstacles at Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a research methodology using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this research explain that the educational marketing strategy carried out at the Darul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School is carried out by carrying out promotions, creating routine activities, adjusting educational programs, highlighting their advantages, attractive financing strategies, and students and female students participating in community activities.
