Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Innovation on Business Performance and to find out that Innovation mediates the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Business performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal form. Data analysis used SmartPLS 3.2.6 software using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of this study used 3 variables, namely Corporate Social Responsibility, Innovation and Performance, and the results of the analysis of the 3 variables showed that all hypotheses were significant.

Abstract

Logistic issues are still become a serious matter for Indonesian society. This problem should be seriously considered by Indonesia. Many sectors that support logistic growth should be arranged properly in order to increase the value of performance of logistic in Indonesia. Agriculture sector is one of the sectors that has important role in national development integration. Unfortunately, production growth for this sector is still relatively low compared to some other sectors with value 1.85%. One of the agricultural sectors in Indonesia was palm oil plantations that produces cooking oil. Currently, Indonesia was suspected by having problems on the cooking oil distribution. Cooking oil distribution margins are tending to increase, while margin is one of the efficiency indicators in distribution system. The increasing of distribution margin indicates that the distribution of the commodity is inefficient. Thus, we need to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all logistics activities. The issue is, what are the relevant indicators to manage the logistics of cooking oil in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness. Determination of performance indicators can be done by getting the opinion and consensus of the experts who understand the logistics of cooking oil. The method used is the Delphi method that will integrated with fussy method. The method is called Fuzzy-Delphi method.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the current capability of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk's cement loading, transporting, and unloading facilities, as well as to analyze the maximum transportation capacity. This study uses a simulation approach that can clearly describe the transportation system of PT Semen Padang. Based on the simulation results, the cement transportation capacity has not been able to balance the production capacity of 7 million tons of cement to be transported by trucks. The maximum transportation capacity obtained through the implementation of the current system simulation reaches 4,125,864.993 tons/year, while the maximum transportation capacity in the improved scenario is 6,221,775.473 tons/year. Scenario implementation on a real system can be done by increasing the number of operators at the loading point to reduce queuing time in the cement loading process. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kemampuan fasilitas pemuatan, pengangkutan, dan pembongkaran semen PT Semen Indonesia Tbk saat ini, serta menganalisis kapasitas transportasi maksimum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan simulasi yang dapat menggambarkan sistem transportasi PT Semen Padang secara jelas. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, kapasitas transportasi semen belum dapat menyeimbangkan kapasitas produksi sebesar 7 juta ton semen untuk diangkut menggunakan truk. Kapasitas transportasi maksimum yang diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan simulasi sistem saat ini mencapai 4.125.864,993 ton/tahun, sedangkan kemampuan transportasi maksimum pada simulasi skenario perbaikan adalah 6.221.775,473 ton/tahun. Implementasi skenario pada sistem nyata dapat dilakukan dengan menambah jumlah operator pada loading point untuk mengurangi waktu antri pada proses loading semen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil perhitungan pelat lantai semi basement menggunakan metode perencanaan langsung dengan hasil perhitungan perencanaan di lapangan yang berdampak pada anggaran biaya. penelitian ini akan menganalisis ulang pelat lantai semi basement proyek pembangunan Gedung Kantor PT BPD Kota Painan. Hasil penelitian ini Terdapat perbedaan hasil perhitungan dengan hasil perencanaan di lapangan. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan perbedaan metode perhitungan yang digunakan. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, didapatkan penggunaan tulangan dan jarak antar tulangan yang berbeda dari perencana. Dengan metode perhitungan langsung didapatkan tulangan yang seragam yaitu D10-200 mm Hasil perhitungan ini berbeda dengan yang ada di lapangan yaitu, P8-100 mm dan D10-100 mm. Perbedaan analisa beton lantai semi basement terlihat dari volume dan total analisa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with menstrual hygiene practices among female students at SMP Negeri 10 Padang in 2016. This study used an analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 98 class VII students who had experienced menstruation. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with p<0.05. The results showed that less than half of the respondents (42.9%) had sufficient knowledge about menstrual hygiene , more than half of the respondents (54.1%) had positive attitudes towards menstrual hygiene and more than half of the respondents (84.7%) ) had menstrual hygiene measures in the sufficient category. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and menstrual hygiene practices (p=0.017) and there is a significant relationship between attitudes and menstrual hygiene practices (p=0.021).

Abstract

Community forests in Gunungkidul have developed for a long time and are managed in a traditional way, known as pekarangan, moor and wono. Most of the community forest planting patterns found in Semoyo Village are agroforestry patterns, where trees are planted with a mix of various tree species and one type is dominated, for example teak or mahogany. This study aims to determine the differences in the shape of the diameter distribution of mahogany and teak in dry fields and yards which are dominated by one tree species. The method used is quantitative analysis to produce diameter distribution and draw a curve to describe the stand structure. The results showed that for the type of mahogany in the yard and moor in all class diameters, the number of trees was higher than teak. The diameter distribution of mahogany and teak both in the yard and dry land both showed a shape that resembled an inverted J and was successfully modeled using the exponential model.

Abstract

Moment Indonesia is experiencing this development very technological _ fast , wrong One development such technology _ The fastest growing thing in Indonesia is online gaming. Research This own objective For know is there is connection between internet gaming addiction and quality Sleep on mobile legend bang-bang online game community . Study This use method quantitative . Respondent on research This as many as 100 people from the legend mobile online game community . Election respondent use purposive sampling technique , namely with set criteria certain as sample research . Data processing uses Pearson Product Moment correlation for prove hypothesis . From the results obtained that its sig (2-tailed ) value is 0.002. Which means 0.002 < 0.025 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so that obtained results exists connection between internet gaming addiction and quality sleep.
