Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals Indonesia One-Green Finance Facility (SIO-GFF) program as a form of effort to improve the Indonesian economy after COVID-19. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, where data collection is carried out through book sources, journal articles, theses and also internet sites. This research uses Interdependence theory to explain how the SIO-GFF program is implemented and to explain the success of the program. The research results show that the SIO-GFF program can attract the attention of the public, both local and international financial institutions and the private sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the Financial Services Authority and Bank of Thailand Cooperate in Banking Supervision. The method used in this study is qualitative with document analysis from various sources, including books, journals, and official websites such as ojk.go.id and kemlu.go.id. In this study, the theories used include international cooperation, national economic interests, and Banking. The study shows that this cooperation aims to strengthen the foundation of banking supervision in both countries based on the Basel Core Principles for Effective Banking Supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the form of implementation of the Singapore-Australia Digital Economy Agreement (SADEA) cooperation in 2020. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. The data collection technique used is a literature study in the form of official government websites, books, journal articles, research reports, and media articles. The theory used is techno-nationalism, which is a theory that approaches countries that carry out technology governance, implement it and influence the global market. The results of the study explain that the formation of cooperation between Singapore and Australia in improving the digital economy. Increasing the digital economy is carried out by creating an international environment that supports its development. Technological developments encourage countries to adopt sophisticated technology in their economic activities, conduct digital trade negotiations, and work together to create a series of regulations in the implementation process. By cooperating through SADEA, Singapore and Australia strive to create a digital economic environment that is safe, trusted by the community, and based on rules.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry collaborates with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in developing Indonesian MSMEs (2022- 2023). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type, and the data collection technique used is a literature study from various literature references, such as books, the internet, journals, print media and documents. The theories used in this research include the Theory of International Cooperation and Economic Diplomacy, because this research discusses the collaboration between the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and JETRO, which is a collaboration between 2 countries, Indonesia and Japan. The results of this research explain how the collaboration between the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and JETRO is developing Indonesian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), where this collaboration was realized by the formation of a program by Kadin and JETRO called wikieksport.jp. This program provides facilities to MSMEs in the form of information platforms, training, and business matching between Indonesian MSMEs and Japanese entrepreneurs. This program is carried out with the aim of encouraging Indonesian MSMEs to develop further and increase exports.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya promosi budaya sebagai instrumen diplomasi lunak dalam membangun perdamaian global. Kota Sochi, Rusia, dipilih sebagai lokasi kajian karena posisinya yang strategis sebagai ruang interaksi lintas budaya. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi kajian literatur, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pelaku budaya dan pengelola acara internasional di Sochi, serta studi kasus pada event berskala global seperti Olimpiade Musim Dingin 2014. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan budaya seperti festival, pertunjukan seni, dan program pertukaran budaya efektif menciptakan ruang dialog lintas bangsa dan memperkuat solidaritas antarbudaya. Selain memberikan kontribusi pada citra diplomatik suatu negara, promosi budaya juga mampu mereduksi stereotip dan meningkatkan pemahaman lintas budaya. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi mencakup isu politisasi budaya dan ketimpangan akses terhadap partisipasi budaya. Oleh karena itu, program ini merekomendasikan perlunya dukungan kelembagaan dan integrasi kebijakan budaya dalam agenda diplomasi luar negeri. Kegiatan ini menjadi model implementatif penguatan diplomasi budaya dalam skema pengabdian masyarakat yang berbasis pada pemanfaatan nilai-nilai budaya lokal untuk kepentingan global.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the implementation of Indonesia–Kuwait cooperation in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors during 2019–2024, using a qualitative descriptive method and grounded in International Cooperation Theory and Energy Geopolitics. The findings show that the implementation is reflected in energy diplomacy, investment promotion, and the involvement of the Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) in Indonesia’s oil and gas exploration, which led to a gas discovery in 2022. In conclusion, this cooperation produced tangible achievements in the energy sector while underscoring the importance of interdependence and geopolitical factors in shaping Indonesia–Kuwait bilateral relations.Keywords: International cooperation, Energy Geopolitics oil, gas, petrochemicals, Indonesia, Kuwait, MoU 2019–2024.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas implementasi kerja sama Indonesia dan Kuwait di sektor minyak, gas, dan petrokimia periode 2019–2024 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan landasan teori Kerja Sama Internasional serta Geopolitik Energi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kerja sama tercermin melalui diplomasi energi, promosi investasi, serta keterlibatan Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) dalam eksplorasi migas di Indonesia yang menghasilkan penemuan cadangan gas pada 2022. Kesimpulannya, kerja sama ini menghasilkan pencapaian nyata di sektor energi sekaligus menegaskan pentingnya interdependensi dan faktor geopolitik dalam hubungan bilateral Indonesia–Kuwait.Kata Kunci: Kerja Sama Internasional, Geopolitik Energi, minyak, gas, petrokimia, Indonesia, Kuwait, MoU 2019-2024
