Abstract

Self-evaluation serves as a milestone of a development, where suchdevelopment deals withthe planned change. Therefore, it is essential to understand how to conduct self-evaluation in comprehensive, well-structured, and systematicwaysinwhichthe results can be used as a basis in the planning process in order to achieve suchquality improvement sustainably. The analyses conductedinvolve strength, weakness,opportunity, and treats (SWOT analysis). By knowing the pre-existing weaknesses,efforts can be done to minimize the weaknesses by utilizing the owned strengths.Similarly, by understanding the possible challenges that may be faced in advance,thechallenges can be overcome with utilizing every single of opportunities, so that thechallenge can be a motivation for all managers in improving the quality of the institution.Self-evaluation can be carried out following five procedures as follows: preparation andplanning, structuring organizational work, implementation of self-evaluation, use ofpeer experts and follow-up. The implementation of good self-evaluation activities can beseen with several attributes, concerning the process of self-evaluation organizationandself-evaluation report.إن تقويم الذات منطلق ووتد للتطوير والتنمية، حيث أن التطوير هو التغيير المبرمج. بهذا يُتاجإلى أن يفهم تقويم الذات فهما شاملا مركبّا ومنظّما حتى تكون النتائج منه يمكن أن تستخدم كأسس في عمليةالتخطيط للحصول على ترقية الجودة متواصلا مستمرّا. يشمل التحليل على نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف، والفرصوالامكانيّات، والتهديدات. وبمعرفة نقاط الضعف فيمكن القيام بالمحاولات لتقصيرها باستفادة نقاط القوةالموجودة. وكذا بمعرفة التحديّات التي لابد من مواجهتها، فبوجود الفرص والامكانيات يُرجى أن تُواجههذه التحدّيات بها حتى تكون هذه التحديات دوافع لجميع المسؤولين لترقية جودة المنظمة. وإن القيامبتقييم الذات يتم عن خمس مراحل وهي : مرحلة الاستعداد والتخطيط، ومرحلة تنسيق العمل، ومرحلةتنفيذ تقييم الذات، ومرحلة استفادة الأصحاب الخبراء ثم استمرارية العمل. وتطبيق تقييم الذات الجيّد يمكنمعرفته بالمؤشّرات المتعلقة بعملية تطبيق تقييم الذات وكتابة التقرير لهذا التطبيق.

Abstract

The Tadrijiyan method, rooted in gradual and repetitive learning, is recognized as an effective approach for Quran memorization. However, challenges remain in implementing this method at TPQ Masjid Darussalam in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo District. This study aims to develop and implement a training program for Quran teachers using the Tadrijiyan method to enhance their teaching effectiveness. The research employed Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving stages of problem identification, action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, followed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that the Tadrijiyan method significantly improved teachers' ability to guide Quran memorization, resulting in increased student motivation and better memorization outcomes. Teachers reported greater confidence in applying structured and systematic teaching techniques. The study concludes that the Tadrijiyan method effectively supports Quranic education at TPQ Masjid Darussalam and recommends its broader application in similar educational settings. Future studies should explore its implementation in diverse contexts and consider developing more comprehensive teaching modules.

Abstract

Ramadan is a special month known for focusing on the obligatory fasting, while also highlighting two key practices; tadarus and zakat. Reading the Qur'an or tadarus can be done individually or in groups to increase understanding and devotion to Allah SWT. However, the majority of traditions suggest that Muslimah should not use microphones to prevent their voices from being overheard by non-mahrams. Zakat, is a form of servitude to Allah. Zakat is a commandment of Allah that commands Muslims and Muslimahs to give part of their assets either income or crops to those entitled to receive it as a form of generosity and social responsibility with the right calculation. This research uses the literature review method from the fiqh study that is routinely held at the Darul Ikhsan Mosque in Nambangrejo Village RT.01/RW.01 every Tuesday night. Through analysis, an understanding of Ramadan customs emerges that underlines its role in promoting community development and unity.
