Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the quality control of the production process of purple yam chips in the SHA-SHA IKM in an effort to produce quality products that are safe for consumption. (2) To identify potential causes that affect the quality of purple yam chips in the SHA-SHA IKM. (3) To find out the quality control in the production process is controlled or uncontrolled. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method. Methods of collecting data using observation, interviews, and literature. The data analysis method used is Statistical Quality Control (SQC). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) Quality control in the production process of purple yam chips in the SHA-SHA IKM has produced quality and safe for consumption products (2) The most dominant type of defect in IKM SHA-SHA purple yam chips is defective because of broken fracture (3) Based on the control chart in the production process of the SHA-SHA IKM in January 2018 the CL (central line) value is 0.19 and the value of UCL (upper control limit) is 0.31 while LCL (lower control limit) is 0 , 07). It can be seen that the proportion of defects that occur in the production process of the IKM SHA-SHA purple yam chips in January 2018 (8 observations) is under control because all points are between the control limits. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengendalian mutu pada proses produksi keripik ubi ungu pada IKM SHA-SHA dalam usaha menghasilkan produk yang bermutu dan aman untuk dikonsumsi. (2) Untuk mengidentifikasi sebab potensial yang mempengaruhi mutu keripik ubi ungu pada IKM SHA-SHA. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengendalian mutu pada proses produksi tersebut terkendali ataupun tidak terkendali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Quality Control (SQC). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pengendalian mutu pada proses produksi keripik ubi ungu pada IKM SHA-SHA telah menghasilkan produk yang bermutu dan aman untuk dikonsumsi (2) Jenis kecacatan yang paling dominan pada produk keripik ubi ungu IKM SHA-SHA adalah cacat karena patah remuk (3) Berdasarkan grafik kendali pada proses produksi IKM SHA-SHA bulan Januari 2018 di dapat nilai CL (central line) sebesar 0,19 dan niali UCL (upper control limit) sebesar 0.31 sedangkan LCL (lower control limit) sebesar 0,07). Dapat dilihat bahwa proporsi cacat (ketidaksesuaian) yang terjadi pada proses produksi keripik ubi ungu IKM SHA-SHA di bulan Januari 2018 (8 kali observasi) dalam keadaan terkendali karena semua titik berada diantara batas kendali.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Atribut Produk (X) yang meliputi: (kualitas (X1), merek (X2), label (X3), variant rasa (X4), dan Kemasan (X5)) terhadap Keputusan pembelian (Y). Populasi penelitian disini dalam arti pelanggan yang datang melakukan dan mendapatkan pelayanan di Kecamatan Wates 3 bulan terakhir didapat sebanyak 90 pelanggan. analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) atribut produk berdasarkan variabel atribut merek sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju, (2) atribut produk berdasarkan variabel atribut kemasan sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju, (3) atribut produk berdasarkan variabel atribut variant rasa sebagian besar responden menyatakan sangat setuju, (4) atribut produk berdasarkan variabel atribut label sebagian besar responden menyatakan sangat setuju, (5) atribut produk berdasarkan variabel atribut kualitas sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju. Konsumen menyatakan sangat setuju untuk keputusan pembelian konsumen. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan atribut merek tehadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan atribut kemasan tehadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan atribut harga tehadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh positif tidak signifikan atribut label tehadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan atribut kualitas tehadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan cara simultan dapat disimpukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan atribut produk (merek, kemasan, harga, variant rasa, dan kualitas) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Price and Location on the decision of outpatient treatment patients at Doctor Niko General Practice Jl. Tengger Surabaya. The influence you want to know is both direct and indirect. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This study used a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using nonprobabilty sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The test tool used was Data analysis using SPSS 25, in this study using questionnaires or questionnaires and the analysis used was multiple linear regression. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that partially, Price (X1) and Location (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the decision of outpatient patients at Doctor Niko General Practice Jl. Tengger Surabaya. Price (X1) and Location (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the decision of outpatient treatment at Doctor Niko General Practice Jl. Tengger Surabaya. The Location Variable (X2) is more dominant in influencing the decision of outpatient patients at the General Practice of Doctor Niko Jl. Tengger Surabaya than the Price Variable. Abstract

Dental and oral health problems remain a major concern in Indonesia, particularly among primary school children, with dental caries being the most prevalent issue. This community service activity was conducted through collaboration between Universitas Kadiri (Indonesia), Karnavati University (India), and SDN Pamongan 1 Mojo Kediri. The aim was to screen students’ dental and oral health while providing counseling on proper oral hygiene practices. The method included three stages: an opening session, dental examinations using disposable diagnostic instruments, and counseling sessions emphasizing correct brushing techniques, diet control, and regular check-ups. A total of 86 students participated, with results showing 74% had dental caries, 25% had healthy teeth, and 1% presented other conditions. The counseling sessions were interactive and well received by students and teachers. In conclusion, the program successfully combined screening with education, providing immediate health benefits and fostering awareness for long-term oral health improvement
