Abstract

Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Etos Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pada Kantor Camat Moilong Kabupaten Banggai Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Moilong Kabupaten Banggai dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dengan jumlah 22 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan regresi linier berganda 2 prediktor. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan melalui program SPSS versi 25.0. Dari hasil uji t didapatkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yaitu Etos Kerja (X1), dan Fasilitas Kerja (X2),mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Efektivitas Kerja (Y) pada Kantor Camat Moilong Kabupaten Banggai. Dari hasil uji ANOVA (analysis of variant) atau uji F didapatkan F-hitung sebesar 113,945 dan F-tabel sebesar 3,44 dengan perbandingan tersebut berarti dapat diketahui bahwa F-hitung = 113,945 > F-tabel = 3,44 yang berarti secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.Kata Kunci: Etos Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja, Efektivitas Kerja

Abstract

AbstrakDesa Jayabakti merupakan sentra budidaya rumput laut di Kecamatan Pagimana, Kabupaten Banggai, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Saat ini, para pembudidaya rumput laut telah berhasil menurunkan masalah penyakit ice-ice dan meningkatkan produksi melalui penggunaan produk cairan fermentasi. Meskipun demikian, terdapat masalah mendasar yang teridentifikasi pada kelompok mitra, yaitu ketidakmampuan dalam mengelola rumput laut menjadi produk olahan dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai manajemen usaha. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manfaat rumput laut, memberi pengetahuan dalam manajamen usaha, dan memberikan keterampilan baru dalam pembuatan produk olahan berbasis bahan dasar rumput laut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Community Development melalui pelatihan produk olahan rumput laut yang meliputi pembuatan brownies, es cendol, kerupuk, dan bakso, memberikan wawasan terkait manajemen usaha melalui penyuluhan, dan pendampingan mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, mitra berhasil mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi melalui pelatihan, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan mitra. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa diversifikasi produk olahan rumput laut efektif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, terutama mitra. Kata kunci: bakso; brownies; cendol; kerupuk; rumput laut AbstractJayabakti Village is a center for seaweed cultivation in Pagimana District, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Currently, seaweed farmers have succeeded in reducing the problem of ice-ice disease and increasing production through the use of fermented liquid products. However, there are fundamental problems identified in the partner group, namely the inability to manage seaweed into processed products and a lack of understanding of business management. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge about the benefits of seaweed, provide knowledge in business management, and provide new skills in making processed products based on seaweed. The method used is Community Development through training on processed seaweed products which includes making brownies, cendol ice, crackers and meatballs, providing insight into business management through counseling and partner assistance. As a result of this activity, partners succeeded in gaining knowledge, skills and increased economic income through training, counseling and partner assistance. Based on the results of this activity, it can be concluded that diversification of processed seaweed products is effective in increasing community income, especially partners. Keywords: brownies; cendol; crackers; meatball; seaweed

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of different components of the green marketing mix. Specifically, the impact of green product, green pricing, green location, and green advertising on Armour Coffee purchase intentions in Maros Regency. The data utilised in this study was collected from 63 customers who had previously made purchases at the Armour Coffee location in Maros and was rigorously tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. Data was collected via purposive sampling, and the results were analysed using multiple linear regression aided by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Three of the five hypotheses analysed have empirical evidence to support them. Empirical results reveal that eco-friendly product and eco-friendly location qualities are favourably connected with purchase intention, whereas no significant influence is detected in regard to eco-friendly pricing and eco-promotions.
