Abstract

The research aims to determine 1) the implementation of language rules in educational promotion on the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) infographics on Instagram social media; and 2) the effectiveness of implementing language rules in educational promotion on the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) infographics on Instagram social media. The research method employed in this study is observation, which involves direct observation of the research object. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) The implementation of language rules in educational promotion on the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) infographics on Instagram social media has been properly and correctly applied according to the rules of the Indonesian language; 2) The implementation of language rules in educational promotion on the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) infographics on Instagram social media has been proven effective as it adheres to the language rules stipulated in PUEBI (Indonesian Spelling and Language Usage Guidelines) and is easily understood.

Abstract

Concept art is a form of art that is widely used in the entertainment industry such as animation,comics, games and visual novels, in this case the researcher will discuss about animated films,designing concepts in films requires a research in accordance with the theme to be raised, researchcan be verbal which is then processed and transformed into visual form, Concept art plays animportant role in the transformation process, Concept art is processed using creativity based ondata based on verbal or visual research, This research is a creative process in designing Conceptart on animation with the theme of puppetry, it is expected to be one of the guidelines in theproduction process of animated films and researchers hope that this will be one of the solutions toovercome the problem of how to transform puppets into a more unique, attractive form, acceptableto the public and has relevant modern elements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh fleksibilitas prosedur administratif dan lingkungan kerja digital terhadap kinerja pegawai Generasi Z pada CV. Sahita Electronic Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori terhadap 48 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas prosedur administratif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β = 0.412; p < 0.05). Lingkungan kerja digital juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan serta memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan (β = 0.538; p < 0.05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 57.1% terhadap kinerja pegawai (R² = 0.571). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penyederhanaan prosedur administratif dan optimalisasi sistem kerja digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Generasi Z. Abstrak This study aims to analyze the effect of administrative procedure flexibility and digital work environment on the performance of Generation Z employees at CV. Sahita Electronic, South Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory survey method involving 48 respondents selected through total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that administrative procedure flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.412; p < 0.05). The digital work environment also has a positive and significant effect and demonstrates a more dominant influence (β = 0.538; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables contribute 57.1% to employee performance (R² = 0.571). These findings highlight the importance of simplifying administrative procedures and optimizing digital work systems to enhance the performance of Generation Z employees.
