Abstract

Inisiatif lingkungan di universitas telah menempatkan penekanan yang lebih besar bagi dimensi teknis kinerja lingkungan seperti penilaian emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) bersama penggunaan energi tetapi kurang memperhatikan aspek perilaku manajemen kinerja lingkungan di universitas Studi tentang peran Green HRM bagi perilaku karyawan masih dalam masa pertumbuhan. Strategi pengelolaan SDM yang berfokus pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan bisa dianalisis beserta model AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hubungan sebab akibat (causal explanatory) yang akan membuktikan hubungan kausal antara variabel bebas (independent variable) yaitu Green Competence Building(X1), Green Employee Involvement(X2) , Green Work Life Balance (X3); bersama variabel antara (intervening variable) yaitu Green Organizational Culture (Z); bersama variabel terikat (dependent variable) yaitu Kinerja Lingkungan (Y)  Tenaga Kependidikan Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Surabaya.

Abstract

 Pilgrimage Tourism is Always a Phenomenon. This Condition Continues In Ramadan. Pilgrimage of the Guardian's Tomb 5 So far Can Bring a Big Tourist, There is a Very Promising Economic Turnover in a Year. Referring to the 2014 Minister of State's Data, Walisongo's Grave Can Attract Many Tourists for Pilgrimage. Within a Year the Total Visit of Pilgrimage Archipelago Tourists Reaches 12.2 Million People, More Attractive There Are 3,000 Foreign Tourists Who Also Visit Walisongo's TombThis study uses a qualitative approach in which the writer tries to explore the depth of data obtained from interviews with Respondents so that the data obtained becomes valid for analysis. The location of this study is a place of religious tourism in Sunan Ampel Religious Tourism Park. The research data includes three data, namely primary data, secondary data, and tertiary data. After the data is obtained, then it will be analyzed by descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques.The results of the questionnaire show that most consumers feel interested in catering to handle requests from consumers. This is evidenced by the results of interpretation of the demand for catering with a score of 70%.

Abstract

This study is directed at building a basic and empirical theoretical model: Efforts to achieve strategic marketing outcomes based on the theory of relational marketing and power / power. Confirming and testing: the impact of smart power on trust, relational commitment, marketing cooperation, long-term relationship values (loyalty, relationship closeness, and chain messages); and the impact of long-term relationship values with strategic marketing outcomes (synergy of cooperation, competitive advantage and marketing performance). This study was conducted on tourism business organizations in Indonesia . The number of respondents was 315 leaders / managers of the organization. Measurement of research variables is done by using multiple indicators ,. in this research can be completed by positioning power / power and trust as a relational basis which is an antecedent of relational commitment and intensity of cooperation.Furthermore, long-term relationship values are social capital to obtain strategic marketing outcomes . Cooperation synergy is positioned as a mediating variable between behavioral results in relational marketing and strategic marketing results. So, the originality of the findings in this study is that the fabric of marketing relations between organizations will achieve higher marketing performance when based on relational marketing theory and power / power. The recommendations of this study, are: to build marketing cooperation must be based on an integrated market and resource base. At the operational and public policy level, the tourism industry in Indonesia needs to be developed by formulating a tourism development strategy based on local resources and culture.Keywords: Smart power ; Trust ; Relational Commitment

Abstract

Rumah Makan Mbok Semah has a plan to develop a business in the food sector. Rumah Makan Mbok Semah has a problem about whether its business development plan can provide feasibility for the company's future development. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a food business development plan with research limitations on the assessment of market and financial aspects. The objects in the interviews and questionnaires are business owners and residents around the place of business. Data on the market aspect is analyzed using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) method and the financial aspects using the Net Present Value (NPV) Method, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Method and the Payback Period (PBP) Method. The results of the research on the Market Aspect show that the Mbok Semah Restaurant has Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that have been analyzed and the risk impact is well anticipated. In the Financial Aspect, the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) Method show that cash funds that have been collected from year to year if assessed at their current state with a positive value at the end of year 5 of IDR 29,577,421, -, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) ) shows the ability of the company's efforts to provide an annual average return / dividend of 20.494% and the Payback Period (PBP) method shows the company's ability to return all investment costs is 4 years and 8 months. Based on the results of the financial analysis, it shows that all the eligibility criteria have been financially fulfilled, so that business development is feasible to be carried out under normal conditions.Keywords: Business Feasibility; PBP; NPV; IRR; SWOT

Abstract

Indonesia, as a developing country, realizes the importance of economic development to create national welfare. This national development covers various aspects of life such as the political, social, cultural, economic and defense and security sectors aimed at meeting the needs of all Indonesian people, whose main objective is towards a just and prosperous Indonesian society.Economic growth is a measure for the success of a country's development, especially in the economic field. A country has an economic growth that has increased continuously every year will promote development in that country. In macroeconomics, the overall economic condition of a country is explained in relation to economic growth. The success of a country's development lies in its economic growth. Therefore, the ups and downs of the economy will certainly affect several sectors.In the economy of a country or a region, in fact there are various sectors that show the level of economic growth, namely the formal and informal sectors. In the informal sector, generally small businesses with limited capital, scope and development and received very little official protection from the government. There are also many informal sectors that can be appointed as an activity or job to generate income in a community, one of which is establishing their own business or by establishing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the business groups that have the largest number. The micro, small and medium enterprises are regulated based on Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning UMKM Article 1 number 1 what is meant by Micro Enterprises are productive businesses owned by individuals or individuals and / or individual business entities.2 Micro Economic Businesses are businesses that have the potential to be affected by the impact of there is an economic phenomenon, namely inflation.Keywords: UMKM; National development; National Economy.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on consumer loyalty to Crystal Ice products brand Elvano in Mojokerto. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of customer loyalty, the results of which can later be used by marketers to control long-term relationships between companies and consumers that can increase company profits. This study uses a survey method. The research population is consumers who intend to be loyal to the Elvano Di Mojokerto brand Crystal Ice. Samples taken as many as 200 people. The analytical method in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM is a multivariate technique that combines aspects of multiple regression and factor analysis to estimate a series of dependency relationships simultaneously. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the AMOS program version 18 to analyze the causality relationship in the proposed structural model. Based on the results of structural model analysis, it can be seen that Service Quality affects the level of Customer Loyalty and Product Quality affects the level of Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the Turnover Intention of production employees at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang. The method used in this study is explanatory, with data collection conducted directly in the field. The population and sample involve all employees at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang, totaling 43 individuals. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing, and the Coefficient of Determination. The findings indicate a significant negative effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang; meaning, the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the Turnover Intention. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment also has a significant negative impact on Turnover Intention, where a decrease in Organizational Commitment increases the level of Turnover Intention among employees.
