Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan apakah terdapat pengaruh positif  dari motivasi kerja perawat dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Nadhotul Ulama Jombang. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh menggunakan angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat Rumah Sakit Nadhotul Ulama Jombang yang berjumlah 40 orang, dan sampel yang dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisa data dengan menggunakan metode statistik Regresi Linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Nahdlatul Ulama Jombang.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of individual characteristics and job characteristics on productivity at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Mojagung. This type of research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 40 employees of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Mojagung and the samples used in the study were all population. The data used were primary in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis tool was a multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. The results showed that individual characteristics and company characteristics have a role in increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Experiental Marketing terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan metode explanasi (explanatory) dengan skala pengukuran Likert 5 point, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel, metode pengumpulan data dengan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Analisa Jalur, dan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan Experiental Marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jos cafe Jombang, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jos cafe Jombang, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif menjadi mediasi Experiental Marketing terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jos Cafe Jombang. Saran dalam penelitian selanjutnya yaitu agar dapat menggambarkan Experiental Marketing, Kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen di Jos cafe jombang secara menyeluruh perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar dan dalam jangka waktu penelitian yang lebih panjang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational communication to Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama Jombang. This type of research is explanatory. Data collection method used is survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Population in this research is employees of PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama. This research uses probability sapmling technique, with total sample 84 respondents. The test instrument used to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test proves that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Communication are proved to have a direct and significant influence on employee performance variable either simultaneously or partially. This research then give suggestion to PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama Jombang to continue to maintain and improve the quality of Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees and organizational communication from the company so as to improve employee performance and able to create superior human resources and also potential that will become competitive advantage for the company Keyword :Organizational Citizenship Behavio, Organizational Communication and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on work productivity, and to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating influence of work stress on productivity. Using primary data collected by questionnaire. The research population of employees of the production division of PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama Jombang as many as 86 employees and all of them were taken as research samples. Data analysis for hypothesis testing in this study used path analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that there was an effect of job stress on job satisfaction, there was an effect of job stress on employee work productivity. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of job stress on employee work productivity. The impact of work stress will be greater on the decline in work productivity than on job satisfaction. Companies are advised to provide activities that can reduce employee work stress such as family gathering activities, out bonds and so on.

Abstract

Human Resource Management Issues have recently been discussed and positions have become very important in terms of employee performance. Employee performance is very important in the company. For this reason, the authors are interested in conducting research and compiling the results of this study with the title Analysis of Technologi Acceptance Model and Friend Workplace to Improve Employee Performance.  From the description above, the formulation of the problems raised in this study are : 1.       Is there a significant relationship between Technologi Acceptance Model   on employee performance 2.       Is there a significant relationship between Friend workplace on employee the performance objectives of this study are:To know the relationship between  Technologi Acceptance Model to employee performance To find out the relationship between  Friend workplace on employee performance Data collection techniques in this study using quantitative techniques is the analysis of data that has been given a score in accordance with the measurement scale. Abstract

Rumah Makan Mbok Semah has a plan to develop a business in the food sector. Rumah Makan Mbok Semah has a problem about whether its business development plan can provide feasibility for the company's future development. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a food business development plan with research limitations on the assessment of market and financial aspects. The objects in the interviews and questionnaires are business owners and residents around the place of business. Data on the market aspect is analyzed using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) method and the financial aspects using the Net Present Value (NPV) Method, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Method and the Payback Period (PBP) Method. The results of the research on the Market Aspect show that the Mbok Semah Restaurant has Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that have been analyzed and the risk impact is well anticipated. In the Financial Aspect, the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) Method show that cash funds that have been collected from year to year if assessed at their current state with a positive value at the end of year 5 of IDR 29,577,421, -, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) ) shows the ability of the company's efforts to provide an annual average return / dividend of 20.494% and the Payback Period (PBP) method shows the company's ability to return all investment costs is 4 years and 8 months. Based on the results of the financial analysis, it shows that all the eligibility criteria have been financially fulfilled, so that business development is feasible to be carried out under normal conditions.Keywords: Business Feasibility; PBP; NPV; IRR; SWOT

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, and compensation variables on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Panji Aronta. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods which are carried out through data collection in the company. The population used is PT.BPR Panji Aronta employees, totaling 31 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and coefficient of determination (r2). This study obtained the results that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in the production department at PT. Image of Bumi Raya Jombang. This study uses the type of explanation (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were production employees, totaling 35 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. Method of data collection by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of the study indicate that the given work discipline is able to improve employee performance at PT. Image of Bumi Raya Jombang. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Yusro Jombang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu 47 karyawan Hotel Yusro Jombang yang berstatus kontrak dan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan koefisiensi determinasi (R2) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
