<![CDATA[The development of digital technology requires strengthening both technical skills and digital literacy and ethics among learners, including students in Islamic boarding schools (santri). This community service program was conducted to improve the basic Python programming skills and strengthen the understanding of digital ethics among the santri of Pondok Pesantren Nafidatunnajah. The activity involved 30 santri and was conducted through a workshop combining lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, quizzes, and an introduction to the application of Python for simple needs. The technical materials covered programming logic, an introduction to Python, writing simple scripts, data processing, and task automation. Meanwhile, the digital ethics materials emphasized data security, information integrity, privacy, responsible use of social media, and the use of technology in accordance with the values of the Islamic boarding school. The implementation method was designed to be participatory and contextual, using learning-by-doing, blended learning, and project-based learning approaches. The results of the activity showed positive responses from the participants, improved practical understanding of Python, and increased awareness of the importance of using technology safely and responsibly. Participants also gained experience in connecting programming skills with simple administrative tasks within the Islamic boarding school environment. Since the final report does not provide detailed numerical pre-test and post-test scores, the achievements of the program in this article are reported based on qualitative findings from the activities, practice observations, question-and-answer sessions, and descriptions of the community service outcomes. This program demonstrates that integrating technical competencies with digital character development can serve as a relevant training model for strengthening digital literacy in Islamic boarding school environments.]]>
