Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of PKWT compensation and year-end bonuses in improving employee performance at PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Respondents in this study were 15 respondents consisting of contract employees of the wrapping & setting division of the packing section of PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed descriptively by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that "The Role of PKWT Compensation and Year-End Bonus in Improving Performance in Employees of PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries" has a good role, as evidenced by the results of research from 4 PKWT compensation indicators, namely the first is wages & salaries that are by the contract employees want but need to be reviewed again regarding the adjustment of the value of wages & salaries between government and company policies. Furthermore, the second is incentives. The incentives of non-permanent contract employees carried out by the company can improve their performance in a job. Moreover, the third is the PKWT allowance, which benefits when someone has ended their tenure at the company so that the money can be used for daily needs or business capital. Then, some employees consider that "PKWT allowances" and other benefits can help with wages & salaries, which for some employees are still insufficient. Furthermore, the fourth is that the facilities in the company are sufficient for the needs of contract employees and need a little attention to safety & risk in the work area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran rekrutmen dan seleksi dalam meningkatkan kinerjakaryawan pada kedai kopi 3 Cooks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif,informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 Karyawan 3 Cooks yang berada di posisi Supervisor dan Barista.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yangterkumpul yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikankesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara menunjukkan perananrekrutmen dan seleksi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Kedai Kopi 3 Cooks sangat baik, ditunjukkandengan membuka peluang untuk bagian barista dan koki untuk masing-masing 3 orang, melakukankerjasama dengan admin instagram @barista_indonesia, memaksimalkan email untuk selalumenginformasikan info lowongan pekerjaan dengan sosial media dan job street, menyesuaikankebutuhan karyawan, karyawan memiliki pengetahuan membuat minuman dan melayani pelanggandengan baik, karyawan memiliki keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan mesin espresso dan memasakmakanan sesuai dengan resep masakan, karyawan mampu melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan SOPPerusahaan, memiliki 6 karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan 3 posisi barista 3 posisi lainnya adalahkoki dan karyawan mampu bekerja sama dengan tim serta memiliki good attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leadership style and motivation in improving employee performance at PT Jsky Energy Indonesia. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Respondents in this study were 10 respondents consisting of contract and daily employees consisting of leaders, raw materials, QC and operators of PT Jsky Energy Indonesia. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected is analyzed descriptively by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Leadership Style and Motivation in Improving Employee Performance of PT. Jsky Energy Indonesia is very good as evidenced by unhurried decision making and through consideration, leaders always motivate employees, leaders often communicate with employees, leaders give instructions or orders to employees so that employees can work properly and correctly, leaders always carry out their duties and obligations seriously and responsibly, leaders can control their emotions, leaders not only see production progress from reports but go directly to the field, leaders have a future orientation so that PT. Jsky Energy Indonesia always innovates to create new quality products, leaders have a high level of ideals so that PT. Jsky Energy Indonesia always strives to be a better company than its competitors, leaders have task orientation and task seriousness with frequent leaders always controlling and ensuring conditions in the field, efforts to progress made by leaders by providing innovations in improving product quality, leaders have work diligence by often doing work outside office hours, always ensuring the state of production is running well, leaders have good relationships with coworkers, and leaders can utilize their time well and maximally.
