Abstract

Project planning, execution, and control are part of the Project Management Information System, which helps to ensure that time, budget, and project-specific requirements are met effectively and efficiently. It is expected that the use of project management information systems can improve operational efficiency, organizational structure, and the level of transparency. This study aims to analyze the methods typically used in project management information system research over the past five years. This is expected to facilitate project progress monitoring, asset management, and strategic decision-making, all of which play an important role in overall project progress. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used in this research to systematically identify, review, evaluate, and interpret the collected research. From the results of researching 10 journals on the topic of project management information systems in the span of 2018 to 2023, it can be seen that the most commonly used methods are the waterfall method and the most dominant field in using project management information systems is the contractor sector.

Abstract

Pl The Information System plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing organizational assets to achieve strategic goals. One method used to enhance the effectiveness of information systems is the Knowledge Management System (KMS), which aids in managing resources such as information technology, management, and finance. This study examines KMS using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on 15 relevant journals. The analysis reveals that knowledge-sharing systems are the most developed KMS process (40%), facilitating the dissemination of explicit and tacit knowledge. The Tiwana framework dominates (53.33%) due to its flexibility and systematic stages, while web-based KMS is the preferred choice (80%) for its accessibility. Additionally, discussion forums are the most advanced feature (66.67%), supporting real-time communication and knowledge archiving. This study highlights the latest trends in KMS development and proposes the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to enhance its effectiveness.

Abstract

Gedung karya pasturan merupakan tempat tinggal atau rumah bagi para pastor yang berperan sebagai pemimpin rohani dalam komunitas gereja. Sebagai tempat yang digunakan oleh para pastor untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari, meditasi, serta ruang serba guna, sebuah pasturan harus didesain dengan mempertimbangkan kenyamanan, fungsionalitas, dan aspek spiritual. Salah satu gereja yang memerlukan desain ulang gedung karya pasturan adalah pasturan St. Fransiskus Xaverius. Gedung karya pasturan ini membutuhkan pembaruan desain yang tidak hanya modern dan fungsional, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai spiritual yang mendalam dan harmoni dengan lingkungan sekitar. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mendukung desain baru gedung karya pasturan St. Fransiskus berupa pembuatan gambar sketsa perspektif dan gambar 3-dimensi (3D). Gambar tersebut akan dibuat berdasarkan hasil desain denah, tampak, dan potongan (DTP) yang sudah ada. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah menghasilkan gambar 3-dimensi (3D) desain gedung karya pasturan St. Fransiskus agar mudah dipahami oleh panitia pembangunan gereja, umat dan para donatur yang akan memberikan dananya untuk pembangunan gedung karya pasturan tersebut.

Abstract

Consumer Cyclicals is a sector that is greatly influenced by changes in the economic cycle. Companies in this sector, such as those engaged in automotive, durable consumer goods, tourism, entertainment, and retail, tend to experience increased demand when economic conditions improve and decline during recessions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect profitability in Consumer Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The results of this study show that factors such as leverage, company size, liquidity, and sales growth have a significant influence on the profitability of companies in the Consumer Cyclicals sector listed on the IDX. Low leverage, as seen in PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (DER 0.5 and ROE 12%), contributed to higher profitability. Company size also plays a role, with large companies such as PT Indomaret (market capitalization of IDR 50 trillion and ROA of 7%) showing better performance. In addition, high liquidity (PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa Tbk, current ratio of 2.0 and ROE of 11%) and stable sales growth also support the company's profitability. Companies with good governance and cost efficiency, such as PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, also showed better performance (GCG score of 85 and net profit margin of 8%). Therefore, companies in this sector need to focus on managing their capital structure, liquidity, and innovation to ensure their continuity and profitability growth
