Abstract

Infrastructure development has a vital role in fulfilling people's basic rights. The availability of infrastructure can have an effect on increasing Marore Island people's access to resources so as to increase access to resource productivity which in turn encourages economic growth. So it is necessary to do research on the analysis of infrastructure needs at the border of Marore Island, Sangihe Islands Regency, where this research aims to identify the existing infrastructure conditions on Marore Island and analyze the infrastructure needs on Marore Island as a national strategic area. The variables to be analyzed in this study include roads, electricity, telecommunications, clean water, waste water, solid waste, drainage, environmental facilities, educational facilities, health facilities, socio-cultural facilities, public service facilities and open space facilities using the distribution analysis method. frequency, comparison of minimum service standards (SPM), analysis of fulfillment of needs and spatial analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion regarding the analysis of infrastructure needs at the border of Marore Island, Sangihe Islands Regency, the conclusion that can be obtained is that the existing conditions of each infrastructure are available, but there are still some damaged infrastructure such as environmental facilities (markets), equipment desalination (distillation of salt water into fresh water), PLTS (solar power plant), ice storage equipment for fishermen, telecommunication tower transmitters and connecting roads between eastern settlements to western settlements. Abstract

The city of Tobelo has many tourist attractions it's run government and people who live close to the attractions. The city of Tobelo has the potential of a tourist attraction known as luari beach, the island coast of kumo, Kupa-Kupa Beach and Telaga Paca. The tourism support facility has not been adequate, damaged and unavailable and road infrastructure at small tourist spots. Special attention was needed from the city government of tobelo especially the western halmahera tourism service to implement a special strategy planning the existing tourist areas in the city of Tobelo and then the potential for tourism in the city of tobelo could be developed optimally so that no damage to the development of the region itself. The methods used in this study are qualitative and quantitative descriptive by using the SWOT method of analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine the tobelo city's strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities and tourism development strategy correspond to the variable tourism research. The results of this study created internal and external factors for the city of tobelo's tourism development with its development strategy considering existentially conditions consistent with analysis available according analysis results. which is to raise awareness of people, maintain quality of objects, tourist promotion and socialization of the tourist awareness. Abstract

Southeast Minahasa has growing tourism potential, however, several tourism objects need attention, such as the marine tourism area. Cooperation between the government, the private sector and the community is urgently needed. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of marine tourism areas in Southeast Minahasa Regency, to map the zoning of marine tourism areas in Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted using secondary data analysis methods obtained in several related institutions and equipped with survey methods then assisted by field observations, data analysis including potential objects was carried out by observation and identification. Potential objects are obtained from the tourism object assessment criteria and the assessed assessment technique, then the total score found is classified as applying the interval class method in the low, medium and high categories. The results showed that Lakban Beach was included in a high combined potential. Lumintang Beach, Bentenan Beach, Punten Island and Naga Island (Dakokayu) belong to the mixed potential class. Meanwhile, Baling-Baling Island, Hais Beach and Pasir Panjang Beach are included in the low combined potential class. There are three marine tourism zones, namely the coastal zone, the sea level zone, the underwater zone, the distributionzone for the location of marine tourism areas which are implemented in the form of a Geographical Information System in the form of a thematic map.
