Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen masjid Nurul Ulum adalah sistem informasi untuk manajemen salah satu masjid raya yang berada di Abai Sangir, Kecematan Sangir Batang Hari, Kabupaten Solok Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Masjid besar ini mempunyai banyak jamaah dan memiliki banyak agenda dan organisasi remaja masjid serta memiliki BKMT (Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim), namun begitu banyak kegiatan tersebut masjid ini belum memiliki sebuah sistem informasi untuk mengelola kegiatan dan juga dalam manajemen keuangan masjid. sehingga dengan banyaknya kegiatan tersebut maka manajemen keuangan yang belum tertata dengan baik serta pengelolaan data yang masih dilakukan secara manual atau konvensional yang menyebabkan pengurus masjid mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelolah data seperti data dalam mengatur jadwal penceramah, pemasukan kas, jadwal sholat dan lain-lain. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu adanya sistem manajemen yang bisa diakses dengan mudah, tepat guna dan akurat oleh pengurus masjid serta memberikan informasi mengenai kegiatan maupun keuangan masjid Nurul Ulum di kenagarian Abai Sangir. Atas dasar tersebut sehingga membuka peluang kepada kami dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen masjid berbasis web menggunakan Bahasa Hypertext Preprocessor (PhP), HTML, framework dan database MySQL yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengurus masjid dalam hal mengelola data keuangan maupun kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan di masjid serta akan mempermudah masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi yang berbasis teknologi, cepat dan akurat melalui sistem informasi website yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, inflementasi dan pengujian. Sistem informasi manajemen pada masjid Nurul Ulum ini akan di uji dengan pengujian black box dan pengujian User (white box).

Abstract

Teknologi yang berkembang saat ini bisa dikatakan telah menyentuh hampir semua bidang, tidak terlepas dari dunia pendidikan khususnya dari tingkat SD hingga SMA yang jelas sangat bermanfaat. Penggunaan teknologi ini sangat membantu siswa, guru dan orang tua dalam mengelola nilai dan juga memudahkan komunikasi dengan siswa dan tenaga kependidikan. Siswa dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran berupa menyelesaikan tugas, memahami materi secara tatap muka atau secara online melalui jaringan internet dengan dukungan perangkat yang memadai. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan sudah sangat jelas, peranannya sangat jelas, dengan teknologi yang ada peningkatan kualitas dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi, baik yang asli maupun buatan manusia, baik yang telah maupun yang belum memiliki hak cipta. Industri pendidikan saat ini menuntut guru dan siswa untuk memahami teknologi. Mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan setiap manusia dapat dilakukan dengan belajar sendiri atau dengan mengikuti pelatihan. SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Sindur salah satu sekolah yang ada di wilayah Bogor mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan raport dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan memanfaatkan beberapa rumus yang terdapat didalamnya menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel yang merupakan bagian dari Microsoft Office untuk guru dan staf di sekolah. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan semangat dari aparatur guru dan staf selama sehari penuh dengan perencanaan yang cukup matang melalui pengabdian masyarakat oleh Universitas Pamulang. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu guru dan staf SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Sindur agar dapat membuat raport dengan menggunakan excel dan berguna untuk membantu guru dalam mengelola raport yang dikolaborasikan dengan google form di google classroom sehingga bahwa sistem input nilai, proses penilaian transparan dan meminimalkan beban kerja yang dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan di mana saja dan menghasilkan raport digital dengan sendirinya meninggalkan kebiasaan rapor berbasis kertas.

Abstract

The development of computer technology is very fast, almost all technology components use it. The use of technology has inseparable parts that are closely related to each other such as hardware, software and users (brainware). Computer technology for hardware develops fast and is accompanied by the development of applications or software that is so fast too. The role of the computer is to facilitate communication, entertainment facilities, work and business support as well as the efficiency of the learning process. So that today's technological developments society is required to adapt to the more frequent we interact using computers so that we find some problems in operating. This is what prompted us Lecturers from Pamulang University Informatics Engineering Study Program to try to share knowledge and experience with students of the Muhammadiyah Parakan Vocational School, South Tangerang, how to get to know computers in terms of hardware by knowing what devices are on the computer. The presence of this training is to improve the quality and knowledge of students to know more about computer equipment. With this training, it is hoped that it will be able to open students' insights into the importance of computer technology and know which hardware parts or parts must be replaced and the steps if a problem occurs. . The service carried out by the Faculty of Engineering Informatics Engineering Study Program, University of Pamulang with the title "COMPUTER ASSEMBLY SIMULATION TRAINING USING CISCO IT ESSENTIALS VIRTUALDESKTOP FOR STUDENTS OF SMK MUHAMMADIYAH PARAKAN, TANGERANG SELATAN," with the initial stage being the installation of an application that will be carried out by a team of lecturers from Informatics Engineering Pamulang University which carries out service to the Muhammadiyah Parakan Vocational School, the next step is to conduct training for students of the Parakan Muhammadiyah Vocational School. Abstract

The use of technology today is needed, especially by humans, where technology is the entire means to provide goods needed for the survival and comfort of human life. The era that is growing rapidly apart from being supported by sophisticated equipment cannot be separated from the role of humans in its use. Humans as human resources in addition to creating technology must also be able to use it. The technology of the future will gradually replace the role of humans if the person is not sensitive to its development.This development, if realized, touches almost all aspects such as education, banking, health, manufacturing, construction and planning as well as several other industries. The use of technology in education has a very clear role. Today's knowledge is not only obtained in printed form or viewing sources through books in printed form because apart from requiring time, money and a place to find it, it is not easy. With existing technology, quality improvement can be done through applications, both original and man-made, that have or do not have copyright. The current education industry, both teachers and students, must understand technology. Developing the knowledge and abilities of every human being can be done by self-study or by attending trainings. As Salam SDS School, one of which is located in the South Tangerang area, participated in training to create animated text and images using the Macromedia Flash application for teachers and staff at the school. The training was carried out with the enthusiasm of the teachers and their staff for a full day with quite careful planning through community service by Pamulang University.

Abstract

Programming is the process of creating instructions that a computer can execute to perform a specific task. Imagine a robot that can perform simple tasks, such as picking up a toy or drawing a picture. To make the robot perform these tasks, we need to provide clear and systematic instructions. Programming is the process of creating these instructions so that the computer or robot can understand and execute them. These instructions are called code or programs. Programming is very important in the world of work because it can open up broad career opportunities and improve problem-solving skills. By learning programming, we can build applications, websites, games, or tools that can be used by others, thus opening the door to creative expression and in-depth technological learning. This is what motivated us, lecturers from the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Pamulang University, to try to share knowledge and experience with students of SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan, a private school located in Pondok Benda Pamulang, South Tangerang. The presence of this training is to increase students' knowledge and interest in learning more about programming. This training is expected to broaden students' horizons and increase their interest in the importance of computer technology, especially in programming. The community service program, conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science, Informatics Engineering Study Program, Pamulang University, is entitled "BASIC C PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR STUDENTS OF SMK MUHAMMADIYAH PARAKAN, SOUTH TANGERANG." The initial stage is the installation of the application used. This will be carried out by a team of lecturers from Informatics Engineering, Pamulang University, who are conducting community service at SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan. The next stage will be conducting training for SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan students. The team of presenters will theoretically present the training material with students as the objects or listeners and implementers. Then, after the theory session, a practical session will be continued.

Abstract

Proses pencatatan kehadiran karyawan merupakan salah satu aktivitas penting dalam mendukung efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penggunaan sistem absensi konvensional masih memiliki berbagai keterbatasan, seperti potensi terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan, penyalahgunaan identitas, serta rendahnya efisiensi proses administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan sistem absensi berbasis face recognition menggunakan metode Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) pada Binus University sebagai alternatif sistem absensi yang lebih efektif dan akurat. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Prototype dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, serta pengujian sistem. Proses deteksi wajah memanfaatkan metode Haar Cascade Classifier, sedangkan proses identifikasi wajah menggunakan algoritma LBPH yang diimplementasikan melalui pustaka OpenCV. Sistem dibangun menggunakan ESP32-CAM sebagai perangkat akuisisi citra, NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pengendali perangkat, serta aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan Flask untuk pengelolaan data absensi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan proses pendaftaran pengguna, pengambilan dataset wajah, pelatihan data, pengenalan wajah, pencatatan kehadiran, serta penyajian laporan absensi melalui antarmuka web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, seluruh fungsi utama sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung proses absensi secara otomatis, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data kehadiran.

Abstract

Document collection through Google Forms by default stores uploaded files in a fragmented structure, making data management difficult, especially when involving many respondents with multiple documents. This research aims to optimize the document collection and management process on Google Forms by utilizing Google Apps Script (GAS). The method used is the development of an automatic script capable of grouping documents based on users by creating individual folders named according to each respondent's email. The research results show that GAS implementation can significantly facilitate file organization in large quantities and many users. This system also enables the addition of status tracking on Google Sheets for more effective monitoring. Thus, the utilization of GAS has proven to provide a practical solution in overcoming the limitations of Google Forms' default features, particularly in terms of more structured and efficient document management and organization.
