Abstract

ABSTRAK Absensi kehadiran pegawai merupakan faktor penting bagi sebuah instansi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan, hal ini berkaitan pada tingkat kedisiplinan dan kinerja pada masing – masing pegawai. Permasalahan di Dinas Bangunan dan Penataan Ruang Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah sistem absensi sidik jari yang tidak bisa digunakan dikala pandemic saat ini, karena bisa menyebabkan menempelnya virus sehingga menyebar kepegawai dan sistem absensi sidik jari sering terjadi error seperti sidik jari tidak terdeteksi oleh sistem. Maka dari itu Demi menunjang sebuah kinerja instansi pemerintahan yang baik pada dasarnya seperti pada Kantor DBPR Tangerang Selatan. Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai sistem informasi absensi yang baik, salah satunya menggunakan teknologi komputer dimana penerapannya dengan aplikasi absensi berbasis website. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Absensi Pegawai Pada Kantor DBPR Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yang meliputi : analisis, desain, pengkodean, testing dan pemeliharaan. Dengan dihasilkannya aplikasi absensi pegawai berbasis web dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses absensi, pencarian data dan meminimalisir kehilangan serta kesalahan pencatatan data absensi pada Kantor DBPR Tangerang Selatan. Abstract

Scholarships are funding for individuals in the form of funds for further education. At Ruhama Islamic Middle School, Ruhama Islamic Middle School Scholarships are awarded to students who excel and are economically disadvantaged. The scholarship holders are selected selectively, but a (manual) decision support system is not implemented. As a result, the resulting output is less accurate and slow. In this study, the authors used the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method to provide recommendations for Ruhama Islamic Middle School scholarship recipients. Several criteria are used to determine who receives a scholarship from the foundation, namely the FH average grade, the income of the parents and the number of dependents of the parents. With the SMART method, adding and subtracting alternatives does not affect the weight calculation because each alternative score is independent of the other. The analysis involved is transparent, so this method gives a high understanding of the problem and is acceptable to the decision makers. SMART uses a scale between 0 and 1 to make it easier to calculate and compare the values ​​of each alternative. Compared to other DSS methods, the SMART method is more understandable and simple. Abstract

Internet access is the ability of an individual or group to connect to the internet using a computer terminal or other device. Internet access in Pasilian Village is not yet available with many ISPs because ISP providers are still expensive there so that some parents of students in Pasilian Village cannot afford ISPs. Students still find it difficult to access the internet for free, in Pasilian Village there are no free hotspots. Here the authors will create free hotspots and cheap hotspots. The benefits before and after the existence of free hotspots and cheap hotspots are very clear for the lower middle class as well as for students and students to make it easier for them to access the internet and minimize the cost of hiring an expensive ISP in their surroundings. The advantage of using Queue Tree bandwidth management is being able to adjust the size of the bandwidth needed by the client so that the distribution of bandwidth to clients becomes regular, fair and can maximize the available bandwidth. Previous research by Cahyo Prihantoro, Agung Kharisma Hidayah, and Sandhy Fernandez (2021) conducted research with the title "Bandwidth Management Analysis Using the Queue Tree Method on the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Internet Network". I developed it again using the NDLC method. The development method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) which is a method that relies on previous development processes such as business strategy planning, application development life cycle, and data distribution analysis. With the establishment of a hotspot network system in Pasilian village, the situation before and after the existence of free hotspots is very clear for the middle to lower class as well as for students making it easier for them to access the internet and minimizing the cost of hiring an expensive ISP in their surroundings.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management is a network of organizations and business processes for procuring raw materials, converting materials into semi-finished products and finished products, then distributing finished products to customers.The inventory information system using the Rapid Application Development method is expected to be able to overcome the problem of documents that are prone to loss, because the goods report can be viewed directly by the head of the warehouse through software, able to avoid typing errors in processing goods data.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology is growing rapidly, especially in the computer network sector. This makes information exchange happen very quickly, in minutes or even seconds. With the availability of the internet (interconnection network), the exchange and delivery of information is accelerating. An Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that provides internet services. Network administrator is the person responsible for managing the network. One of the network administrator's duties is to monitor network devices while in the office or outside the office. By using a webserver, the monitoring process can be done anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet and with network monitoring zabbix a network administrator can also monitor bandwidth usage in graphical form and generate data in real time. The zabbix server also uses realtime telegram notification alerts, making it easier for the technical team to handle troubleshooting.

Abstract

Developing an online new student registration system in schools is expected to make the implementation of new student registration easier and faster and because of that the participants and parents of participants do not have to bother coming to school to just see announcements and or information. relating to the implementation of using the new student registration system. SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Sawangan Depok Sepatan is a private school which currently still uses a manual new student registration system, where prospective students have to come directly to school to register and there are many problems such as writing about new student candidates that cannot be read which causes data errors and missing documents. important documents for student registration at school because they are not well documented. The author examines the new student registration system for SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Sawangan Depok can assist in registering prospective students so that it can be competent, accurate, effective and the data becomes more regular. Muhammadiyah 07 Sawangan Depok High School has also provided database-based data storage which can make it easier for the new student registration committee to assist in preparing information system reports. So that it can make it easier for prospective students to register without having to come to school.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a login system using facial recognition technology on an Android application to enhance security. The main focus is to integrate Flutter and ML Kit Face Recognition, as well as to apply the Euclidean Distance method to improve authentication accuracy. The development method involves using Flutter as the framework and ML Kit Face Recognition for face recognition technology. Euclidean distance is implemented to measure the distance between facial features, allowing the system to distinguish faces more accurately. Testing was conducted with a diverse facial dataset to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the system. The research results show that the combination of ML Kit Face Recognition and Euclidean Distance successfully enhances the security of Android applications, with the authentication system achieving a 90% accuracy rate in recognizing users' faces. This implementation has proven to be an effective and efficient solution for authentication in Android applications. The Euclidean Distance method successfully improved facial recognition accuracy significantly. In conclusion, the integration of Flutter, ML Kit Face Recognition, and Euclidean Distance offers a promising approach to Android user authentication, addressing security challenges in mobile application development. The findings of this research have implications for the development of a more secure authentication system and the improvement of the login process efficiency in Android applications..

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini mendorong institusi pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran dan penyebaran informasi. SMK Alusi sebagai salah satu sekolah kejuruan di Kabupaten Bogor masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan informasi karena belum tersedianya sistem yang terintegrasi secara optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada kurangnya efisiensi dalam penyampaian informasi kepada siswa, guru, orang tua, maupun masyarakat umum. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan perancangan dan pengembangan website sekolah berbasis web interaktif yang dapat menjadi sarana informasi, komunikasi, dan promosi sekolah. Pengembangan website ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Vue.js untuk antarmuka pengguna, Go (Golang) sebagai backend, serta MySQL sebagai sistem basis data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The implementation of the Internship Program (Kuliah Kerja Praktek / KKP) aims to equip students with practical experience in the professional world while allowing them to apply the theoretical knowledge gained during their studies. This activity was carried out at Arfi Stik Keju and Brownies Batik Tangsel, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that produces snack foods. One of the main challenges faced by this MSME is the inventory management process, which is still done manually, making it susceptible to errors, difficult to monitor in real time, and causing delays in generating reports. To solve these problems, a web-based stock management system was developed using PHP and MySQL technologies. This system enables real-time stock monitoring, improves the accuracy of inventory records, and accelerates report preparation. The research methods used include literature study, interviews, and direct observation. The result of this internship is a prototype of a web-based stock management system that can be accessed through various internet-connected devices, supporting the management in making data-driven decisions. It is expected that this system will help improve operational efficiency and contribute to the business development of Arfi Stik Keju and Brownies Batik Tangsel.

Abstract

Proses pengajuan cuti di PT Swadharma Griyastya sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir kertas dan tanda tangan fisik dari atasan, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proses persetujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pengajuan cuti berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel untuk seluruh karyawan (Staff, Team Leader, Building Manager) serta admin. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel, Bootstrap, dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Leave ini dapat mempercepat proses persetujuan cuti, mempermudah pelacakan riwayat cuti, dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas.
