Abstract

The study aims to help us understand and analyze womens efforts in the policy-making process to increase their political participation in the constitutional and electoral processes. We can also see the extent to which the values rooted in the patriarchal culture in a society and what can be done and reduce them. Affirmative action is carried out in India by applying the system of reservation seats for women in the Indian Parliament. This is done in India is proven to increase the number of women in the Indian Parliament. By the way there are quotas for women as a strategy for accessing the political arena has growing support among MPs. In this study, Indonesia could get a reservation seats of learning about the system is done. To increase the representation in the "area" is very difficult to be touched by a quota system which is run now, it can be done with reservation seats quota to ensure womens representation in parliament.

Abstract

Abstract

Digitalization is an important need, during the pandemic there is an increase in consumer demand for e-commerce, digital literacy, and delivery requests. This is felt in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of food and beverages through the increasing demand for take away, delivery, and e-commerce sales. The understanding of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors on technology, limited online marketing, production processes, and online market access are still considered not optimal enough. On the other hand, consumers feel insecure in conducting digital transactions. The production sector must foster awareness and build a framework of thinking on business strategies in e-commerce, namely producing competitive products, targeted promotions and creativity in product delivery, while management must provide knowledge of e-commerce law. , regarding trademark protection, electronic payments, obligations and responsibilities of e-commerce actors. The conclusion that the authors get is that the evaluation of the strategy of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Indonesian Indigenous Entrepreneurs Association in e-commerce is that there is no proper e-commerce business strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises which results in problems or obstacles in supporting business digitization. Abstract

Community service activities are one of the activities that aim to assist the government in realizing a stable condition of peace and order in society that will encourage the creation of national stability which will ensure the smooth running of governance and the implementation of national development. The problems raised in this service are: (1) How is the existence of the Peace and Order Section in supporting local government programs in the Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency, (2) What efforts are made by the Peace and Order Section in carrying out their duties? the main tasks and functions, (3) What are the obstacles and obstacles faced by the Section for Peace and Order and how to overcome them. The results of this service show that the main tasks and functions of the Section for Peace and Order play an important role in assisting the main tasks of the Camat and Regional Heads ( Regent) in enforcing and implementing local government programs in the field of public peace and order at the sub-district level. One of them is to carry out routine patrol activities from morning, afternoon, to evening alternately. The efforts made and the obstacles faced and how to overcome them are divided into several fields, namely: the field of institutions, the field of networking, the field of counseling, the field of operations, the field of action, and ending with the field of routine anticipation.

Abstract

Community service is one of the activities aimed at assisting the government in society and local governments in disseminating Law no. 32 of 2004 concerning Local Government in Hamdan Village, Medan Maimun District, Medan City. The lack of understanding of the people of Hamdan Village, Medan Maimun District in the success of Law No. 32 of 2004. The results of this dedication show that the socialization of Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government and development progress and the success of existing development, must be disseminated to the community. One example of the community can directly experience the construction of road facilities and infrastructure that have repaired, as well as several developments in flood management and environmental cleanliness. The participation of the community in determining public policy, the higher the level of democracy in the country. In regional autonomy it is necessary to involve as many citizens as possible in determining public policy at the regional level.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the entities of economic actors whose existence dominates the nation's economy, both in urban and rural areas, including businesses engaged in the culinary sector. In community service, it will empower the MSME Processed Food Association (IMO). Small business actors are advised to join the Processed Food/Beverage Association (IMO), with the aim of identifying all food/beverage businesses, which will then be easy to coordinate to accommodate the aspirations of SMEs such as knowing human resources, equipment, product quality or marketing accordingly with standardization criteria. Meet standardization, including to complete business legality. Small business actors who are members of IMO face various problems in terms of licensing and business legalization. Having a business license for the community is very important, but sometimes not a few people who do not want to take care of their business licenses due to lack of knowledge, limited data, and others. Through this service activity, the goals and targets to be achieved in the service activities are the legalization of business for business actors within the Processed Food Association (IMO). By having business legality, business people who are members of the IMO are expected to be able to compete in the free-market era. The method used in this service activity is carried out in the form of counselling, training and assistance in managing business legality.

Abstract

n this study, it is focused on analyzing the political economy policy of the North Sumatra Provincial Government in the Asean Economic Community (AEC) towards Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research was conducted with the aim to see the validity of the ideology of liberalism on the political economy policy of the North Sumatra Provincial Government in the AEC for MSMEs in North Sumatra. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which emphasizes the policy of the Government of North Sumatra Province in the AEC, opportunities and obstacles that arise for MSMEs. The results of this study are expected to be a reference and solution for the Government of the Province of North Sumatra in making policy for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in running the Asean Economic Community. The resulting political policy is a policy that can take advantage of opportunities and answer the challenges that exist in the AEC. With government political policies that are right on target, they will realize shared development goals.
