Abstract

The use of technology today is needed, especially by humans, where technology is the entire means to provide goods needed for the survival and comfort of human life. The era that is growing rapidly apart from being supported by sophisticated equipment cannot be separated from the role of humans in its use. Humans as human resources in addition to creating technology must also be able to use it. The technology of the future will gradually replace the role of humans if the person is not sensitive to its development.This development, if realized, touches almost all aspects such as education, banking, health, manufacturing, construction and planning as well as several other industries. The use of technology in education has a very clear role. Today's knowledge is not only obtained in printed form or viewing sources through books in printed form because apart from requiring time, money and a place to find it, it is not easy. With existing technology, quality improvement can be done through applications, both original and man-made, that have or do not have copyright. The current education industry, both teachers and students, must understand technology. Developing the knowledge and abilities of every human being can be done by self-study or by attending trainings. As Salam SDS School, one of which is located in the South Tangerang area, participated in training to create animated text and images using the Macromedia Flash application for teachers and staff at the school. The training was carried out with the enthusiasm of the teachers and their staff for a full day with quite careful planning through community service by Pamulang University.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji rancangan dan implementasi Sistem Helpdesk berbasis web yang dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data PostgreSQL untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan keluhan pada MTs Pembangunan Nurul Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah praktik pengelolaan keluhan yang masih bersifat manual dan terfragmentasi yang berdampak pada hilangnya rekam jejak keluhan, keterlambatan penanganan, serta rendahnya akuntabilitas dalam proses penyelesaian masalah. Sistem yang dikembangkan menghadirkan alur kerja terstruktur melalui pendaftaran tiket oleh pelapor, klasifikasi prioritas secara otomatis, penugasan petugas berdasarkan kategori, pemantauan status secara real time, notifikasi berkala, dan ekspor laporan periodik untuk mendukung analisis manajerial. Pendekatan pengembangan dilakukan secara iteratif melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi, perancangan model visual menggunakan UML, implementasi berbasis arsitektur MVC pada Laravel, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan teknik blackbox. Hasil uji coba dan evaluasi pengguna yang melibatkan guru, staf administrasi, serta siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterlacakan keluhan, percepatan waktu penyelesaian rata-rata, dan peningkatan kepuasan terhadap proses layanan internal. Secara teknis, Laravel memberikan struktur modular dan mekanisme keamanan melalui middleware serta autentikasi berbasis peran, sedangkan PostgreSQL memastikan integritas data dan performa yang baik dalam transaksi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi potensi pengembangan lanjutan berupa integrasi dashboard analitik untuk melihat tren keluhan, penerapan pemrosesan bahasa alami untuk pengelompokan topik, dan notifikasi email. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan digitalisasi layanan internal melalui sistem helpdesk mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akuntabilitas, dan pemanfaatan data dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu tata kelola institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. Namun, sebagian besar bengkel mobil skala UMKM masih bergantung pada sistem administrasi manual yang berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan keterbatasan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Penelitian pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan website bengkel mobil modern yang dilengkapi dengan fitur pemesanan servis online, estimasi biaya otomatis, dan chat pelanggan. Metode pelaksanaan mengadopsi pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall yang dimodifikasi melalui integrasi umpan balik iteratif pada tahap pengujian dan evaluasi. Implementasi dilakukan pada mitra TDY Auto Service yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kota Depok. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, memperbaiki akurasi pencatatan data, serta meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi antara bengkel dan pelanggan. Monitoring penggunaan selama dua minggu menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah pemesanan servis melalui website dan respon positif dari mitra maupun pelanggan. Dengan demikian, website bengkel mobil modern yang dikembangkan terbukti relevan dan efektif sebagai solusi digital bagi UMKM otomotif.

Abstract

Financial literacy is a fundamental skill that needs to be introduced from an early age, especially for junior high school students who begin to have freedom in managing their pocket money. However, many students still lack an understanding of recording income and expenses as well as distinguishing between needs and wants. Based on observations at SMP Utama Yayasan Pendidikan Putra Gumanti (YPPG) Pondok Aren, students were not accustomed to managing pocket money in a planned manner. This community service activity aims to improve students’ financial literacy through the use of the MySaku web application as a simple and practical financial recording tool. The implementation method applied educational, participatory, and applicative approaches through material delivery, application demonstrations, and direct assistance to students. The results show that students were able to understand basic financial management concepts and use the MySaku application independently. Therefore, the MySaku web application can serve as an effective learning medium to improve financial literacy among junior high school students.

Abstract

Programming is the process of creating instructions that can be executed by a computer to perform specific tasks. This process can be analogized to a robot capable of carrying out simple activities, such as picking up toys or drawing. In order for the robot to perform these tasks, clear and systematic instructions must be provided. Programming, therefore, refers to the process of constructing such instructions so that computers or robots are able to understand and execute them; these instructions are commonly referred to as code or programs. Programming plays a crucial role in the professional world, as it opens up extensive career opportunities and enhances problem-solving skills. Through learning programming, individuals are able to develop applications, websites, games, or tools that can be utilized by others, thereby fostering creativity and deepening technological understanding. It motivate lecturers from the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Universitas Pamulang, to share their knowledge and experience with students of SMK BINA KARYA INSAN, a private vocational school located in Pondok Benda, Pamulang, South Tangerang. The implementation of this training program aims to enhance students’ knowledge and interest in understanding programming more comprehensively. It is expected that this training will broaden students’ perspectives and increase their awareness of the importance of computer technology, particularly in the field of programming. This community service activity was conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science, Informatics Engineering Study Program, Universitas Pamulang, under the title “Basic Training on Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheet for Students of SMK BINA KARYA INSAN, Ciputat, South Tangerang.” The initial stage of the program involved the installation of the required applications, carried out by the lecturer team from the Informatics Engineering Program of Universitas Pamulang. The subsequent stage consisted of delivering training sessions to the students of SMK BINA KARYA INSAN Ciputat. The presenters delivered the training material theoretically through presentations, with students acting as participants, listeners, and implementers. Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor pendidikan saat ini mendorong modernisasi layanan perpustakaan sekolah yang selama ini sering terkendala oleh sistem operasional manual. Di MAN 2 Tangerang, pengelolaan perpustakaan secara konvensional mengakibatkan pelayanan memakan waktu lama, risiko kesalahan pencatatan data anggota cukup tinggi, serta sulitnya penyusunan laporan koleksi yang akurat. Kegiatan penelitian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi Quick Response (QR) Code dalam sistem peminjaman buku berbasis web sebagai solusi konkret untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan arsitektur, implementasi perangkat lunak, serta pengujian fungsional untuk memastikan sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna secara optimal. Dalam sistem ini, teknologi QR Code dimanfaatkan sebagai identitas unik pada setiap koleksi buku dan kartu anggota, sehingga seluruh proses transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan sangat cepat melalui proses pemindaian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem berbasis web dengan QR Code mampu mempercepat transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, meminimalisir kesalahan input data manual, serta mempermudah petugas dalam mengelola laporan data secara terintegrasi dan real-time. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung akselerasi transformasi digital perpustakaan sekolah dan meningkatkan profesionalisme layanan pendidikan di lingkungan MAN 2 Tangerang secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan wujud nyata dari tugas dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya aspek pengabdian. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Al Barkah, terjadi sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dengan komunitas pesantren sebagai upaya meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi keterampilan dan pola pikir santri dan santriwati di pesantren agar siap memasuki dunia profesional sebagai programmer di industri teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menciptakan peluang besar di sektor teknologi, khususnya di bidang pemrograman dan pengembangan perangkat lunak. Namun, banyak santri sering dianggap kurang terpapar dunia teknologi karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan akses. Diharapkan melalui pelatihan langsung dan pendampingan, program ini dapat menjembatani kesenjangan tersebut dan membekali santri dengan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk unggul di industri teknologi. Hasil dari intervensi ini menunjukkan pertumbuhan signifikan dalam kemampuan teknis dan profesional santri. Peserta yang awalnya kurang memahami konsep pemrograman mulai menunjukkan keterampilan praktis dan pemahaman pengembangan perangkat lunak, sehingga menunjukkan potensi untuk berkarir di sektor teknologi. Mereka juga menyadari pentingnya pembelajaran berkelanjutan dan kemampuan beradaptasi dalam lanskap teknologi yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Inconsistent terminology across cybersecurity frameworks undermines global governance and interoperability. The National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF 2.0) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 share similar objectives but diverge semantically in defining risk, control, and resilience. This semantic gap causes difficulties in compliance mapping and automated policy translation. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the semantic similarity and divergence between NIST and ISO/IEC 27000 terminologies, identify conceptual structures influencing interoperability, and propose an AI-assisted foundation for harmonizing cybersecurity language globally. Methodology: A mixed-method semantic comparative design integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP) and ontology mapping. Using the nist_glossary.csv dataset and ISO vocabularies, terms were normalized and analyzed via cosine similarity using sentence-transformer embeddings. Ontological alignment was visualized through the Semantic Threat Graph (STG) and validated by certified experts using Cohen’s Kappa reliability tests. Results: From 672 term pairs, results show 40.9% high semantic equivalence, 38.8% partial overlap, and 20.3% semantic divergence. Strongest alignment appears in “Protect” and “Identify” domains, while divergences occur in governance and recovery-related terms. Ontology mapping revealed three conceptual clusters—Risk Governance, Technical Safeguards, and Organizational Readiness. Conclusions: Findings confirm a 79.7% total semantic alignment, indicating strong potential for harmonizing global cybersecurity standards. The study contributes an empirical model combining computational linguistics and AI-based ontology mapping to establish semantic interoperability, enabling unified cybersecurity governance and AI-driven compliance automation. Abstract

Monitoring and identification of bird species is an important aspect of biodiversity conservation, but manual identification methods based on direct observation and expert listening still have limitations in terms of time, cost, and subjectivity. Other challenges arise due to variations in the quality of sound recordings, the presence of environmental noise, and the similarity in vocalization patterns between species that make it difficult to automate the classification process. This study aims to develop an automatic classification system of bird species based on acoustic signals by combining the YouTube Audio Event Network (YAMNet) model and the Random Forest algorithm. YAMNet is utilized to extract spectral log-Mel features that represent the frequency and temporal characteristics of bird sounds, while Random Forest is used as a classifier to determine species based on those features. The dataset used is the Sound of 114 Species of Birds till 2022, which includes species variation, recording duration, and complex acoustic conditions. The results showed that the features produced by YAMNet were able to form separation between species visually through Principal Component Analysis (PCA), although there was still overlap in species with similar vocalization characteristics. Evaluation using the confusion matrix shows that some species can be classified with a high degree of accuracy, while misclassification occurs mainly in species with similar frequency patterns. Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) analysis yields Area Under Curve (AUC) values of up to 0.98 in certain species, indicating the model's excellent discriminating ability. These findings suggest that the integration of YAMNet and Random Forest has the potential to be an efficient and reliable solution to support automated bird species identification systems in nature conservation.
