Abstract

One of the factors that will affect the company's survival is pricing. Price is a measure to be able to know how much the value of a good and service. The price also determines the success or failure of goods or services will be sold in the market, because the price is the value of an item expressed in units of money. In addition, the price is used as a benchmark or starting point for other pricing or price is a suggestion liaison between buyers and sellers. This means that prices are determined by demand and supply will be a product or service that has been customized.

Abstract

Kualitas Sumber daya manusia juga ditentukan oleh sejauh mana sistem dibidang sumber daya manusia ini sanggup menjunjung dan memuaskan keinginan karyawan Maupun perusahaan. untuk meningkatkan skill dalam kinerja karyawan perusahaan dapat melakukan pelatihan kerja terhadapa karyawan, pengembangan karir yang signifikan serta lingklngan kerja yang aman dan nyaman untuk keberlangsungan dalam bekerja. suatu organisasi dapat meningkatkanan kinerja dalam keseluruhan para pegawinya agar dapat bersaing dalam suatu instansi lainnya dikarenakan dapat memberikan suatu jasa atau barang dengan lebih efektif. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode serta jenis penelitian kuantitatif Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan data primer yang mana didapatkan oleh penulis melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 113 orang responden. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, dihasilkan nilai R Square yaitu senilai 0,793 atau 79,3% yang mengartikan bahwa pengaruh Pelatihan kerja, Pengembangan karir, dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 79,3%. Sedangkan dari uji F yang terlah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa F hitung sebesar 139,007 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,0000,005. Kesimpulannya adalah nilai F hitung 139,007 F tabel 2,45 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05. Dari hasil Uji F (simultan) dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Pelatihan kerja (X1), Pengembangan Karir (X2), dan Lingkungan kerja (X3) mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

      In a globalized world, English proficiency is essential for academic and professional success, significantly influencing educational and economic opportunities. Speaking skills are pivotal in language learning, serving various cultural and social functions in daily life. This study investigates the impact and factors influencing the effectiveness of Task-Based Speaking Activities in enhancing English speaking skills among MTS Al Ittihad students. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, this quasi-experimental design examined learners' speaking proficiency before and after implementing Task-Based Speaking Activities. Results indicate a marked improvement in students' speaking skills, with mean scores rising from 50.54 (pre-test) to 74.46 (post-test). Hypothesis testing further supports this finding, revealing a significant value of 0.00 (p < 0.05), demonstrating the effectiveness of Task-Based Speaking Activities on learners' proficiency. Initial assessments highlighted challenges in vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and pronunciation, emphasizing the need for innovative teaching strategies. The observed improvements underscore the activities' success in engaging students and enhancing their language comprehension and communication abilities.
