Abstract

This paper is structured in order to determine the effect of competency, training, and motivation on the performance of the infotainment reporters at PT SWC. The research method that is used is a descriptive analysis with collecting data through literature study and observation using the questionnaires. The research is conducted among the 64 reporters of PT Shandika Widya Cinema. The survey results revealed that an effort to increase the performance of the reporter needs to improve their competencies through continuous, technical training, focused on the journalistic technique, conceptual skills, and behavior. The development focusing on the technical journalism, communication skills, and behavior among the reporter will certainly improve their performance, loyalty, and dedication, which at last will increase the performance of the company. Abstract

Purpose- This research is structured in order to measure the potential impact of human resources and natural resources potentiality on the socio-economic quality of life index in the Citarum River Basin area, as well as constructing its impact on the formulation of the strategy of a social life reconciliation program that stirs regional economic development. Design/methodology/approach- This research uses a field research method with a qualitative approach, in which data collection and data processing techniques using the technique triangulation and source triangulation. Findings-The results showed several findings, first, the potential of HR is quite low which correlates with the decline in the quality of socioeconomic life. Second, the availability of natural resources has the potential to support regional economic development. Third, there are obstacles in the regional management system, at any various levels, i.e. individual, organizational, and government institution level. Fourth, tourism-based area revitalization is the key strategy for regional economic development. The revitalization of tourism-based zones, supported by the historical, cultural, and natural potentiality, is a key recommendation point for stakeholders, both at the local, provincial, and central levels. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which social campaigns affect the level of acceptance of the Indonesian people towards social distancing behavior, using masks, washing your hands in 20 seconds and no handshake when greeting someone - as positive social behavior towards social welfare. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effectiveness of the level of public acceptance of the occurrence of voluntary social behavior as promoted by the government. This study uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were Indonesian people. The grouping for the object under study includes public service places, places of worship, workplaces, malls, traditional markets. The results of this study indicate that Social Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Social Behavior. Social Marketing has a negative effect on Public Acceptance. Social Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Public Acceptance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of job training, work environment on employee performance at PT Indo Husada Utama. This study used a quantitative method by conducting surveys and tests on 30 employees at PT Indo Husada Utama. The sampling method is saturated sampling which is part of the non-probability sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each statement. The tests carried out were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple regression test with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed that job training variables has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment variables have no significant effect on employee performance, and job training and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and kaizen culture on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kelapa Gading Raya Branch. Field research methods with a type of quantitative approach. The employee population is 45 people and the sample taken is 45 people using the Non Probability Sampling technique. Data processing uses multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant influence between training on employee performance and kaizen culture on employee performance and simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of Work-life balance on employee productivity, as well as the indirect effect of Work-life balance on employee productivity through motivation. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method used in this research is path analysis with a regression technique where data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 41 employees of PT. PLN Nusantara Power up Muara Karang. Data analysis used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using the t (partial) test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the questionnaire were tested using the SPSS version 26 program. The path analysis results showed that the direct path Work-life balance had a significant effect on productivity by 0.467 or 46.7%, the remaining 53.3% was influenced by other factors, while the indirect path analysis showed that Work-life balance had no effect on productivity through motivation of 375 or 37.5%, the remaining 62.5% were influenced by other factors outside this model.

Abstract

This study is structured to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and digital marketing training on performance. This quantitative approach research conducted with the unit of analysis of the Jasijuka Sejahtera MSME Association, with population of 32 people representatives of Jasijuka Sejahtera. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with saturated sample technique. The data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result concludes that there is an insignificant effect of digital marketing training on performance, while extrinsic motivation has a positive, significant influence on performance. And last, there is no simultaneous effect between digital marketing training and extrinsic motivation on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, discipline, career development, and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This study uses a field research method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by the employee analyst unit of PT XYZ, with a population of 51 employees. The sampling method used is Non-Probablity sampling with saturated sampling with a total of 51 employees with data collection techniques using path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance, there is a negative effect of Discipline on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance and simultaneously Communication, Discipline, Career Development, and Work Motivation have an influence on Employee Performance of PT XYZ.

Abstract

Microsoft Word 2007 training for teachers of SMA St Bellarminus Bekasi aims to improve technological skills in compiling learning documents, class administration, and increasing teacher efficiency and productivity in daily work. Microsoft Word 2007, with advanced features such as Ribbon, SmartArt, Tables, Styles, Track Changes, and Mail Merge, makes it easy for teachers to create interesting teaching materials, compile exam questions, manage student data, and collaborate with colleagues. This training is designed to equip teachers with practical skills in using various Microsoft Word 2007 features that are relevant to educational needs, both in compiling administrative documents and class management. By mastering Microsoft Word 2007, teachers are expected to save time in completing administrative tasks, improve the quality of teaching materials, and support more effective and efficient teaching activities.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a promotional strategy using digital media that significantly enhances students’ entrepreneurial skills. A lack of practical skills, including product marketing, often causes high unemployment among high school graduates. This training aimed to equip students of SMA Santo Yoseph, Cakung, East Jakarta, with knowledge and skills in digital marketing. The method used was a participatory training approach, beginning with initial observation and coordination with the school, then the material presentation and hands-on practice. Students were divided into groups to create social media accounts, design promotional content, and upload recycled products to digital platforms. Facilitators provided technical guidance throughout the practical sessions. The activity concluded with evaluation and discussion sessions to assess students’ understanding and the impact of the training. Previously, students had learned how to transform used materials into finished products but could not market them. Through this training, it is expected that students will develop an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to utilize digital media as a marketing tool.
