Abstract

Halal certification is very important in the food and beverage industry because it affects consumer confidence in local products. Through halal certification, food and beverage producers in Yogyakarta can increase their competitiveness in the market regarding halal products. This data collection was carried out using a qualitative-quantitative method which aims to understand the extent to which halal certification influences purchasing decisions. This study uses simple linear regression analysis to relate halal certification variables to purchasing decisions. Research on herbal products in Kirringan village yielded data that halal certification has an important role in purchasing decisions, namely 52.9%. Therefore, it can be concluded that halal certification has an influence on purchasing decisions.INTISARISertifikasi halal sangat penting dalam industri makanan dan minuman karena mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk lokal. Melalui sertifikasi halal, produsen makanan dan minuman di Yogyakarta dapat meningkatkan daya saing di pasar mengenai produk halal. Pengambilan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana sertifikasi halal mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk menghubungkan variabel sertifiksi halal dengan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian pada produk jamu di desa Kiringan menghasilkan data bahwasanya sertifikasi halal meriki peranan penting dalam keputusan pembelian, yaitu sebesar 52,9%. Oleh karena itu, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sertifiasi halal memberikan pengaruh kepada keputudan pembelian.
