Abstract

Banyak penyedia jasa wallet (dompet digital) seperti Dana, Ovo, T-Cash, Gopay, Linkaja, Isaku, Sakuku, Jenius, dll yang diminati oleh masyarakat saat ini menjadi fenomena yang menarik untuk dikaji terutama dari sisi pengaruhnya terhadap budaya konsumtif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan dompet digital terhadap budaya konsumtif masyarakat Kota Tangerang. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan dua variabel yaitu variabel persepsi terhadap dompet digital dan variabel budaya konsumtif. Dari hasil uji analisis penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perkembangan teknologi yang diiringi dengan hadirnya dompet digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap budaya konsumtif masyarakat Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktek IMBT yang dilakukan di Bank XYZ dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian praktek tersebut dengan maqashid syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif secara penuh yang terdiri dari tiga tahap analisis yaitu kajian literatur, in-depth interview, dan analisis deskriptif. Temuannya adalah bahwa praktek IMBT yang dilakukan oleh Bank XYZ telah memenuhi persyaratan atau kepatuhan syariah. Disisi lain dari sudut pandang maqashid syariah yang lima, seluruh praktek yang dilakukan telah sesuai. Dimana terdapat sistem yang mewakili terhadap penjagaan harta, pikiran, jiwa, keturunan dan harta nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, nasabah mendapat tawaran yang baik dan jelas, serta pihak Bank XYZ sangat bertanggungjawab atas seluruh transaksi yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor sosiologis-psikologis, faktor institusional, faktor dukungan spesifik dalam menjalankan strategi pengembangan zakat di Indonesia. Urgensi komunikasi publik lembaga amil zakat yang telah diberikan izin resmi oleh pemerintah untuk menghimpun zakat dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi zakat sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak terhadap peningkatan penerimaan pajak, fakta pro dan kontra terhadap peraturan ini. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dukungan sosiologis-psikologis, institusional dan spesifik lainnya sangat membantu dalam pengembangan zakat, infak, sedekah dan wakaf di Indonesia.

Abstract

The sea potential in Indonesia is very abundant, but the water governance is still poor and still raises concern for the community regarding the threat of damage. This is due to the limited financing of the maritime sector in Indonesia. This research tries to give alternative financing by using Sovereign Blue Sukuk, which further analyses the factors of benefit and opportunity if implemented. The method used is ANP with Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (BOCR) network approach. The biggest weight in the benefit is improving people's welfare. As for the opportunity, the biggest weight is adding Sharia investment instruments. The greatest weight on load is the cost of coordination between institutions. From the risk, side is operational risk. In general, the cost rate is greater than the benefit, opportunity, and also risk. Furthermore, the alternative strategy that can be done to minimize the cost and risk are (1) institutional coordination; (2) the empowerment of fishermen; (3) Identification of marine projects.

Abstract

This study aims to examine ethical values from the point of view of Islamic religious teachings in the medical device business during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this case, three major discussions were carried out, namely reviewing Islamic ethical standards in business in a special situation, describing medical device business practices that are not by Islamic ethics in reality, and Islamic criticism of these practices. The results of the study explain that there are violations that are not by Islamic business ethics in the medical device business during this pandemic. And there is a proposed solution to overcome this, namely, the related producers better collaborate with the government so that distribution in the market is more secure. And the government is also expected to maintain confidence in managing the needs of the community in a crisis like this. As is done in the United States by giving production rights to private entrepreneurs, distribution is determined by the government to maintain prices and distribute evenly to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work-life quality and transglobal leadership on employee performance of Sharia Saving-Loan and Finance Cooperative. The population of this study consisted of employees of sharia saving-loan and finance cooperative in Banten. Sampling was carried out using the minimum criteria from the SEM-PLS, ranging from 35 to 100. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire. This research is a quantitative study. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the Smartpls 3.0 application. This study found that the work-life quality has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, the work-life quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transglobal leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transglobal leadership does not have any effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, organizational commitment mediates the effect of work-life quality on employee performance and organizational commitment mediates the effect of transglobal leadership on employee performance.
