Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) states that the clinical signs that develop rapidly due to focal or global brain function disorders due to a blockage or rupture of blood vessels in the brain that lasted for 24 hours or more.This study aims to determine the Family Support Relationship With Quality of Life on Stroke Occurrence at Poly Nerve General Hospital of Makassar Hajj Area 2017. The research design was observational with cross sectional approach. Sample amounted to 54 by using simple random sampling technique. The result of the research was obtained by informational support with x2 count (4,352)> x2 table (3,841), emotional support p value (0,751)> 0,05, instrumental support with p value (0,346)> 0,05, award support with value x2 count (5,178)> x2 table (3,841). Based on the results of the study, the conclusion of this study found that there is a relationship of informational support and awards support, While emotional support and instrumental support is not associated with Quality of Life stroke incidence. This study suggests to families to provide more support to patients so as to improve the quality of life.Keywords           : Family Support and Quality of Life (QOL)

Abstract

Casual sex has negative impacts on teenagers including psychological impacts, physiological impacts, social impacts and physical impacts. Psychological impacts include feelings of anger, fear, guilt and guilt. Physiological impact of unwanted pregnancy and abortion. The social impact of dropping out of school on students who become pregnant out of wedlock and are excluded from their peers (Arya, 2019). This research aims to determine the relationship between sources of information and the level of knowledge of teenagers about the dangers of casual sex in Class XI students at SMAN 8 East Luwu in 2023. The research design used cross sectional. The research subjects were all 140 teenagers from SMAN 8 East Luwu. Based on the results of the chi-square statistical test using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) application, the relationship between sources of information and teenagers' knowledge about the dangers of free sex obtained a p value = 0.009 < α=0.05, which means that there is a relationship between sources of information and teenagers' knowledge about the dangers of casual sex. The suggestions in this research are for future researchers to develop other variables that influence knowledge about the impact of casual sex. There is a need to increase socialization about good things through education, distribution of leaflets about the impacts of free sex. Educational institutions are expected to add more references about the impact of free sex.

Abstract

LBW continues to be a significant public health problem globally because of its short-term and long-term effects on health. One way to prevent low birth weight babies (LBW) is by improving the nutritional status of pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and low birth weight at St. Madyang City of Palopo. This type of research is an analytic observational study with correlation studies. The time approach used is a cross sectional study. The population in this study were all pregnant women who gave birth at St. Madyang City of Palopo as many as 99 people. The sample in this study were pregnant women who gave birth at St. Madyang City of Palopo as many as 99 people. In this study the sample was taken using total sampling. Data analysis using the Chi Square Test. The results showed that 16 respondents (16.2%) had KEK nutritional status and 83 respondents (83.8%) had normal nutritional status. Respondents who had LBW babies were 23 people (23.2%) and babies who were not LBW were 76 people (76.8%). There is a relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and low birth weight (LBW) at St. Madyang City of Palopo, significant value p = 0.000 <α = 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and low birth weight (LBW) at St. Madyang City of Palopo. This research is expected to be used as a reference in improving MCH services at St. Madyang especially regarding the nutritional status of pregnant women and birth weight (BBL).

Abstract

Response time is wrong one method for prevent incident safety patient with speed and accuracy service patients arriving at the ER require standard with competence And his ability, so that can confirmed time quick response​ And service emergency with proper handling. Purpose​ study to determine the relationship between nurse response time and patient safety in the Emergency Room of the Regional Public Hospital. Tgk Chik Ditiro. Method study This use method Quantitative analytic with approach cross sectional. Population in study This is nurses who work in the Emergency Room of the Regional Public Hospital. Mr. Chik Ditiro as many as 54 nurses. Technique taking sample in study This is technique purposive sampling totaling 35 nurses as respondents. Results study show that majority of nurses response time is at on category fast as many as 23 respondents (65.7%), safety patient majority is at on category currently as many as 15 respondents (42.9%), and There is connection response time nurse with safety patient in the room Installation Emergency Emergency Hospital Tgk Chick Imitated with P-Value value 0.009 <0.05. Conclusion in study This that is: the relationship between nurse response time and patient safety in the Emergency Room of Tgk Chik Ditiro Hospital. Expected nurses should carry out training about response time so that more fast responsive in handle patient.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a problem in hospitals both in Indonesia and abroad. Low patient satisfaction rates have an impact on hospital development. In patients who are dissatisfied with the health services received, one of the consequences is that patients decide to move to another hospital that can provide better services. Caring behavior is very important to be implemented in hospitals, because it can improve the quality of the relationship between nurses and patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction levels. The research method used quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients in the cardiac inpatient room, totaling 77 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique totaling 43 people. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction levels in the Cardiac Inpatient Room of RSUD. Tgk Chik Ditiro with a p-value of 0.004 <0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction levels in the Cardiac Inpatient Room of RSUD. Tgk Chik Ditiro. Important advice for patients is to share experiences honestly and openly, both positive and those that need improvement, and to convey the patient's wishes so that nurses are able to respond to the patient's needs with caring behavior.
