Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh : 1) Komunikasi Kerja terhadap MinatBerwirausaha, 2) Lingkungan Kerja terhadapProduktivitas Kerja, 3) Komunikasi Kerja danLingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas KerjaKaryawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan metode korelasi, populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah Karyawan PT. Triroyal Timurraya. Tekniksampling yang digunakan adalah purposive samplingdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 Karyawan. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier ganda,pengujian hipotesis, uji prasyarat analisis. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruhposisitf dan signifikan komunikasi kerja terhadapproduktivitas kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilaithitung sebesar 4,244 (p < 0,05). 2) Terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadapproduktivitas kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilaithitung sebesar 6,708 (p < 0,05). 3) terdapat pengaruhsecara bersama-sama antara komunikasi kerja danlingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 28,914(p < 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (????2) sebesar 0,504 atau54%

Abstract

In order for Islamic education to be used to address issues that affect people at all levels from young children to adults it is necessary to identify the direction of the discipline in a comprehensive manner. In order to find facts and the outcomes of someone's thoughts, this research employs a library technique with a descriptive analysis strategy, which entails searching, analyzing, creating interpretations, and generalizing the findings of research from primary and secondary sources. According to this study, the purpose of Islamic education is to develop worship specialists, develop a pious personality, and produce the Khalifah of Allah on Earth. in an effort to foster the uniqueness of children. Comprehensive explanations of this are provided in Islam. Children's rights and efforts to safeguard them are in fact upheld and appreciated. a quality, moral, intellectual, and spiritual generation is being prepared entirely from the outside. The preparation of people to believe in and serve Allah is the ultimate purpose of Islamic religious education. Goals are criteria of performance that can be identified, which help to focus efforts on a plan and serve as a springboard for accomplishing further goals. Additionally, the objective is to reduce the path space to choose a point so that we can concentrate on the objective.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan  menganalisis pelaksanaan, materi, dan faktor pendukung dan hambatan dalam pembinaan akidah santri di Pesantren Darul Ihsan. Jenis penulisan ini adalah penelitin kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data melalui dari hasil observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis  deskriptif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, penyaringan data, penggolongan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembinaan akidah santri melalui bandungan, halaqoh, serta tahfidz. Materi yang diajarkan yakni mengenai ketuhanan. Selanjutnya faktor pendukug ialah penguasaan materi dari para ustadz, sarana prasarana, serta strategi yang digunakan oleh para ustadz. Sedangkan faktor penghambat ialah santri yang kurang bersemangat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ihsan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moral values in the book Manhaj at-Tarbiyyah an-Nabawiyyah li a?-?ifli by Mu?ammad N?r Suwaid and its relevance to the present. The type of research is qualitative using a library research approach. The data analysis technique in this study is with content or content analysis techniques. The results of this study are divided into four parts : first; the role of parents in children's education, second; morals and children's devotion to parents, third; children's development in terms of faith, worship, society, morals, feelings, physical, intellectual, health, sexual education, and fourth; The method of education is a good example, the right time to provide guidance, be fair and equal to fellow children, fulfill children's rights, pray for children, buy toys, help children to do good and obey, don't reproach! Bringing stories, speaking directly, talking to children according to their intellectual capacity, dialogue, practical experience methods, teaching the personality of the Prophet, accompanying children, instilling joy and happiness into children's souls, instilling a spirit of constructive competition among fellow children and giving awards to the winners, motivating children, praise and flattery, motivating and frightening, fulfilling desires and satisfying children. Based on the researcher's analysis, the values of moral education in the book Manhaj at-Tarbiyyah an-Nabawiyyah li a?-?ifli by Mu?ammad N?r Suwaid are relevant to the current context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding, implementation, and strategies of the Nagori Senio community in applying the principles of interest-free (riba-free) Islamic economics as a foundation for strengthening financial independence. A community empowerment approach was employed through socialization, education, and collaboration with village authorities and Islamic financial institutions to enhance Islamic financial literacy and encourage changes in economic behavior. The results indicate that the community's understanding of riba, Islamic contracts (aqad), and muamalah principles is strongly influenced by access to education and experience in utilizing Islamic financial services. Continuous education has been proven to improve the community’s to distinguish between halal and non-halal transactions and promote prudence in selecting financing sources. The implementation of riba-free principles is reflected in the utilization of murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, and qardhul hasan contracts, providing fairer and more transparent financing alternatives for both the community and MSME actors. Islamic financial institutions play a crucial role in providing interest-free capital access and helping the community avoid dependency on high-interest loans. Strategies for financial independence are carried out through the enhancement of Islamic literacy, business mentoring, and the use of sustainable Islamic microfinance. These findings demonstrate that riba-free Islamic economics can serve as an effectivframework for strengthening local economic resilience and promoting the welfare development of rural communities.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country with a diversity of ethnic groups, religions, cultures, languages, and customs; therefore, education that instills tolerance from an early age is essential. Multicultural education in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is important to implement because early childhood is a stage of character formation and social-emotional development. This study aims to describe multicultural learning strategies in ECE, the principles of learning, the methods used, and their benefits for children’s development. The study employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach. Data were obtained from scientific journals, books, articles, and documents relevant to multicultural education for young children. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive qualitative technique through data collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing of conclusions. The results of the study indicate that multicultural learning in early childhood education can be implemented through various methods such as storytelling, role-playing, regional songs, traditional games, and culture-based experiential learning. Such learning instills values of tolerance, empathy, justice, cooperation, and appreciation for diversity. Furthermore, multicultural education also provides benefits in the cognitive, affective, social, moral, and spiritual aspects of children.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a crucial role in shaping children’s character, social attitudes, and life values from an early age. In Indonesia’s multicultural society, the PAUD curriculum must be developed to be responsive to diversity in culture, religion, language, and social background so that it can instill the values of tolerance, empathy, and mutual respect. This study aims to examine the development of an ECE curriculum responsive to diversity and the implementation of multicultural values in early childhood education. The research method employed is qualitative research using a literature review approach. Data were collected from books, scientific journals, and relevant literature, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study indicate that the integration of multicultural values can be achieved through thematic learning, play activities, storytelling, role-playing, and the use of learning media that reflect diversity. The systematic implementation of the curriculum helps children understand and appreciate differences from an early age. Thus, a multicultural-based PAUD curriculum plays a crucial role in shaping a generation that is inclusive, tolerant, and capable of living harmoniously in a diverse society.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a crucial stage in shaping children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and moral development. The concepts of inclusive PAUD and child-friendly schools are key approaches to creating a learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and accepting of all children without discrimination. However, its implementation in Indonesia still faces challenges such as teachers’ limited understanding of inclusive learning, inadequate facilities, and a school culture that does not yet fully value diversity. This study aims to explore the concepts of inclusive ECE and child-friendly schools, a school culture that values diversity, as well as the roles of teachers and the school environment in fostering an inclusive climate. The study employed a qualitative method using a literature review approach. Data were collected from relevant journals, books, and scientific articles and analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. Research findings indicate that inclusive early childhood education and child-friendly schools have a mutually supportive relationship in creating a child-centered educational environment. A school culture that values diversity plays a crucial role in fostering attitudes of tolerance, empathy, and respect for differences from an early age. Furthermore, teachers play a central role in fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere through adaptive and non-discriminatory teaching strategies, while the school environment supports this through policies, facilities, and a positive school culture. The conclusion of this study indicates that the successful implementation of inclusive early childhood education and child-friendly schools requires synergy among teachers, schools, parents, and the surrounding community in creating a safe, comfortable, and diversity-respecting educational climate so that all children can develop optimally without discrimination.
