Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh : 1) Komunikasi Kerja terhadap MinatBerwirausaha, 2) Lingkungan Kerja terhadapProduktivitas Kerja, 3) Komunikasi Kerja danLingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas KerjaKaryawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan metode korelasi, populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah Karyawan PT. Triroyal Timurraya. Tekniksampling yang digunakan adalah purposive samplingdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 Karyawan. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier ganda,pengujian hipotesis, uji prasyarat analisis. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruhposisitf dan signifikan komunikasi kerja terhadapproduktivitas kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilaithitung sebesar 4,244 (p < 0,05). 2) Terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadapproduktivitas kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilaithitung sebesar 6,708 (p < 0,05). 3) terdapat pengaruhsecara bersama-sama antara komunikasi kerja danlingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 28,914(p < 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (????2) sebesar 0,504 atau54%

Abstract

In order for Islamic education to be used to address issues that affect people at all levels from young children to adults it is necessary to identify the direction of the discipline in a comprehensive manner. In order to find facts and the outcomes of someone's thoughts, this research employs a library technique with a descriptive analysis strategy, which entails searching, analyzing, creating interpretations, and generalizing the findings of research from primary and secondary sources. According to this study, the purpose of Islamic education is to develop worship specialists, develop a pious personality, and produce the Khalifah of Allah on Earth. in an effort to foster the uniqueness of children. Comprehensive explanations of this are provided in Islam. Children's rights and efforts to safeguard them are in fact upheld and appreciated. a quality, moral, intellectual, and spiritual generation is being prepared entirely from the outside. The preparation of people to believe in and serve Allah is the ultimate purpose of Islamic religious education. Goals are criteria of performance that can be identified, which help to focus efforts on a plan and serve as a springboard for accomplishing further goals. Additionally, the objective is to reduce the path space to choose a point so that we can concentrate on the objective.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan  menganalisis pelaksanaan, materi, dan faktor pendukung dan hambatan dalam pembinaan akidah santri di Pesantren Darul Ihsan. Jenis penulisan ini adalah penelitin kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data melalui dari hasil observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis  deskriptif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, penyaringan data, penggolongan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembinaan akidah santri melalui bandungan, halaqoh, serta tahfidz. Materi yang diajarkan yakni mengenai ketuhanan. Selanjutnya faktor pendukug ialah penguasaan materi dari para ustadz, sarana prasarana, serta strategi yang digunakan oleh para ustadz. Sedangkan faktor penghambat ialah santri yang kurang bersemangat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ihsan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moral values in the book Manhaj at-Tarbiyyah an-Nabawiyyah li a?-?ifli by Mu?ammad N?r Suwaid and its relevance to the present. The type of research is qualitative using a library research approach. The data analysis technique in this study is with content or content analysis techniques. The results of this study are divided into four parts : first; the role of parents in children's education, second; morals and children's devotion to parents, third; children's development in terms of faith, worship, society, morals, feelings, physical, intellectual, health, sexual education, and fourth; The method of education is a good example, the right time to provide guidance, be fair and equal to fellow children, fulfill children's rights, pray for children, buy toys, help children to do good and obey, don't reproach! Bringing stories, speaking directly, talking to children according to their intellectual capacity, dialogue, practical experience methods, teaching the personality of the Prophet, accompanying children, instilling joy and happiness into children's souls, instilling a spirit of constructive competition among fellow children and giving awards to the winners, motivating children, praise and flattery, motivating and frightening, fulfilling desires and satisfying children. Based on the researcher's analysis, the values of moral education in the book Manhaj at-Tarbiyyah an-Nabawiyyah li a?-?ifli by Mu?ammad N?r Suwaid are relevant to the current context.
