Abstract

The purposes of this study were to analyze the optimal order of soybean raw materials needed by UD Mandiri per 2018 period, to analyze the total soybean raw material inventory cost of UD Mandiri before and after using the EOQ method, to analyze when the reorder point for soybean raw materials would be carried out by UD Mandiri per period 2018. Data collection in this study was obtained from the interview with the owner of UD Mandiri Tofu Factory. The secondary data were obtained from recorded data available at UD Mandiri tofu factory in 2018. The results of this study showed that the optimal purchase of soybean raw materials for each order according to the EOQ method  in the period 2018 was 16,803 kg  with 4 times the purchase of raw materials, so the total quantity of purchases of economical raw materials needed according to the EOQ was  67,212 kg. Reorder Point according to EOQ was when only 350 kg of inventory left. The total optimal inventory cost according to EOQ was Rp. 52,603,140.Keywords: Raw Material Inventory, EOQ

Abstract

Manado with the activities of infrastructure development and the approximate increase in the area of settlements increasingly faster due to the rate of population growth, while the limited area of the city requires environmental balancing existence such as the provision of public green open space to create a sustainable city. The purpose of this study is to analyze the availability of public green open space, analyzing the needs of public green open spaces and the adequacy of public green open spacesin Manado city.The data in this research consisting of primary and secondary.Primary data is derived from field observations and secondary data is derived from related institute.Data were analyzed by using Geographic information system (GIS) refers to regional spatial plan of Manado city year 2014-2034 and based on the total of population that refers to regulation of Minister of Public Works No. 05/PRT/M/2008.The result of this research indicates that from the total area of 15726.03 hectares, Manado city has the availability of green open space of 1537.02 hectares while, the needs on regional spatial plan of Manado city stated for 3848.16 hectares. Manado city would still require additional expansion area of green open space of 2311,14 hectares.Based on total of population, sub-districts that has been provided for the provisions of public regional spatial plan only Bunaken, Malalayang and Mapanget..Keywords: Availability, Needs, Public Green Open Space

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the benefits of the Quinn Florist Flower Kiosk during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Winangun Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research took place during July 2020. The data used are primary data obtained from direct interviews with business owners regarding the variables of costs, revenues and profits that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic and data before the pandemic as a comparison. Data analysis uses profit analysis and to determine the amount and value of interest sales and profits during the pandemic using income analysis.            The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic affected the profits of the Quinn Florist flower stall. The profit obtained before the pandemic period is greater, while during the pandemic period, the profit gained Sales during a pandemic were only part of sales in the pre-pandemic period. In this case, the owner as the owner suffered a loss and almost made the Quinn Florist flower stall owner close his business.Keywords:  Benefits analysis, Flower Stall, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the added value and advantages of processing soybeans into tempe and tofu. This research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2019 in Pak Sutikno's Tempe Tofu Industry in the Sub-District of Batukota Bawah Kelurahan , Malalayang Sub District, Manado City. The data used includes primary data obtained by interviewing business owners. Data analysis from the data used is added value  and profit analysis.The research results showed that Pak Sutikno's tofu business resulted in added value of soybeans to tempe in a month of production amounting to Rp. 21,676,533 and the added value in one production time is Rp. 722.55 and the added value in 1 kg of raw materials is Rp. 9,032. The added value generated from processing soybeans into tofu is Rp. 101,399,733 in a month of production and as much as Rp. 3,379,991 in one time production and Rp. 12,426 in one kilo gram of raw material is Rp. 12,426. The profit generated from processing soybeans into tempeh is Rp. 160,885 in one time and Rp. 4,826,550. in one month of production, and the profit generated from processing soybeans into tofu is Rp. 2,818,325 in one production and Rp. 84,549,750 in one month of production.Keywords: added value, profit, soybean, tofu, tempe

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with most of its people working in agricultural sectors and should depend for much of its life on agricultural land. The decline in agricultural land is due to the increasing population. This is due to the fact that the agricultural sector has been reclaimed.The objective of this research  is to analyze the agricultural land carrying capacity  in Eastern Passi Sub Districts. The study went from preparation to final reporting of the study starting from  October 2020 to January 2021. The data in this study is secondary data, which stems from Badan Pusat Statistik, the Eastern Passi District Office and Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian East Passi Sub District The result of this study showed that there was 3 villages has been able to grow enough food to sustain its people although have not been able to grow enough food for its population , namely the central village of Pangian,  East Sinsingon, and New Insil and there was ten  villages have not been able to grow enough food for its people, namely the West Pangian , Pangian, West Poopo , Poopo, South Poopo, Manembo, West Sinsingon, Sinsingon, Insil, and Mobuya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of lowland rice farming, to analyze farm income, and to determine the feasibility of lowland rice farming in Togid Village, Tutuyan District, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency. This research was conducted for three months, from September to November 2021. Respondents were selected  using the Simple Random Sampling method. The data were collected by interview using  questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study were  analysis of lowland rice farming income in one growing season and analysis of Return Cost Ratio (R/C).
