Abstract

AbstractThis research aims at obtaining information on an illustration of library at STAIN Pare-Pare either management or utilization of its material and the illustration on relevancy of the material available for the human being needs. This research method adopts a qualitative approach. The research outcome shows: 1) library collection at STAIN relating to compulsory and recommended book whose titles are not covered yet, 2) suitability of the books provided for the student’s needs has been suitable with the needs of lecture material, 3) library services against user has been good enough, d) reading room has not been equipped by air conditioning, 4) limited visit time. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang gambaran perpustakaan STAIN Pare-Pare baik dari segi pengelolaan, maupun pemanfaatan bahan pustakanya, dan gambaran tentang kaitan antara koleksi bahan pustaka yang tersedia dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunaakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) koleksi perpustakaan STAIN terkait dengan buku wajib dan buku anjuran belum merata judulnya, 2) kesesuaian buku-buku yang tersedia bagi kebutuhan mahasiswa sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan materi perkuliahn, 3) pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap pengguna sudah cukup baik, d) ruang baca belum dilengkapi dengan alat pendingin, 4) waktu kunjungan masih terbatas.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, tantangan dalam menjaga kerukunan dan toleransi antarumat beragama semakin kompleks, terutama di wilayah urban dengan tingkat keragaman yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pengembangan moderasi beragama di majelis taklim Kota Tangerang Selatan. Fokus penelitian adalah strategi penanaman pemahaman agama yang inklusif, toleran, dan antikekerasan melalui penyampaian materi yang menekankan nilai kasih sayang, persaudaraan, serta penghormatan terhadap perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei terhadap 1.503 majelis taklim di tujuh kecamatan Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menganalisis implementasi indikator moderasi beragama secara komprehensif. Metode pembelajaran interaktif, diskusi terbuka, dan kajian kontekstual digunakan untuk menjadikan nilai-nilai moderasi lebih aplikatif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya sinergi antara tokoh agama, akademisi, dan lembaga sosial dalam merancang kurikulum berbasis kebhinekaan dan kedamaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator moderasi seperti komitmen kebangsaan mencapai tingkat keberhasilan 87%, sikap anti kekerasan 82%, toleransi 85%, dan penerimaan tradisi lokal 79%. Meski masih terdapat tantangan berupa pemahaman agama yang eksklusif, arus informasi ekstrem di media sosial, serta resistensi dari sebagian kelompok. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan model pendidikan moderasi beragama berbasis komunitas serta praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan pembinaan keagamaan di tingkat nasional.

Abstract

Introduction: The government and Islamic boarding schools strategically improve the quality of the implementation of Formal Diniyah Education, known as Formal Diniyah Education (PDF), professionally and effectively. In this regard, Islamic boarding schools and the government must prepare policies on PDF development. However, PDF in Islamic boarding schools is not optimal, so it is strategic to be evaluated as material for improving the quality of PDF in Islamic boarding schools in the future. Method: This evaluation research uses a qualitative approach by taking cases from several PDFs in the pilot project of Indonesian Islamic boarding schools. Result: Among the research findings, it is stated that: The level of PDF quality is primarily determined by the optimal level and whether PDF implementation in Islamic boarding schools is exemplary. Among the findings: the recognition of PDF in Islamic boarding schools must be accompanied by professional monitoring of the quality context of the application of PDF in Islamic boarding schools, the PDF curriculum still overlaps with Ma'had Ali's curriculum, lack of learning management and lack of optimal professional guidance for PDF, PDF achievements of non-Muslims. Academic (psychomotor) in pesantren is not too much attention. Conclusion: The government and Islamic boarding schools need to pay attention to the effectiveness of the application of PDF in Islamic boarding schools so that the quality of PDF in Islamic boarding schools is always maintained, through several strategic efforts, namely: in collaboration with the Ministry of Religion, Balitbang need to recommend to Pusdiklat and Pusdiklat, and pesantren need to pay attention to the optimal performance of students PDF at the boarding school.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a map of the pedagogic, professional, and personality competencies of Islamic religious education teachers from the perspective of the Koran in the city of South Tangerang and their development strategy. This type of research is library and field research using a qualitative descriptive research design. The methodology used in this study is a mixed-method research approach. The object of this research is the teacher of Islamic religious education in South Tangerang. The research data were obtained through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive data analysis model carried out descriptively. Based on the results of the study shows that the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers in South Tangerang City on several achievement indicators shows a low level of competence, including; lack of innovation in learning, lack of activating students, lack of self-development, lack of discipline in assignments, not completing assignments thoroughly and improving the quality of personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers, including coaching Islamic religious education teachers, fostering Islamic religious education curricula at the kindergarten, junior high, and high school/vocational school levels, collaboration with the South Tangerang city government in developing Islamic religious education, conducting studies, research and mock studies, holding competitions for students and teachers.
