Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan bahwa siswa tunagrahita banyak dijumpai disetiap Sekolah Luar Biasa, sekolah mengenal siswa tunagrahita lebih mudah untuk dilatih dalam pembiasaan, namun kita kurang memahami karakteristik siswa dalam perilaku seksual ketika masa pubertas. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dirumuskanlah masalah penelitian tindakan kelas sebagai berikut: (1) Apakah alat peraga celemek seksualitas bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kelancaran proses pembelajaran bagi anak tunagrahita? (2) Apakah penggunaan alat peraga celemek seksulitas dalam proses pembelajaran seks dapat menumbuhkan perhatian, minat, dan rasa senang dalam proses pembelajaran? (3) Bagaimanakah tingkat efektifitas penggunaan alat peraga celemek seksualitas dalam pembelajaran seks bagi siswa tunagrahita? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bermanfaat atau tidaknya penggunaan alat peraga celemek seksualitas  bagi siswa tunagrahita C1, dan untuk mengetahui dapat atau tidaknya alat peraga celemek seksualitas menumbuhkan perhatian, minat, dan rasa senang bagi siswa khususnya dalam pembelajaran seks, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas penggunaan alat peraga celemek seksualitas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan dengan menggunakan rencana, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  dengan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif sedangkan Objek penelitian dilakukan oleh dua orang siswa  berasal dari rombongan belajar SMALB.C1 dan  dibantu oleh siswa tunagrahita C1 dengan rombel yang berbeda.  Pelaksanaan penelitian dilaksanakan di Asrama pada pelajaran Bina Diri. Tempat/ lokasi dilaksanakan di SKh. Negeri 01 Pembina Pandeglang, alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi dan pengamatan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data digunakan studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan wawancara.Temuan penelitian menunjukkaan bahwa siswa tunagrahita sedang, tidak paham mengenai masa pubertas, siswa tunagrahita sedang  tidakpaham mengenai alat vital yang tidak boleh dijamah oleh bukan orang terdekat, siswa tunagrahita C1 kurang mengenal nama- nama alat vital yang di miliki nya. Upaya guru untuk membantu siswa tunagrahita C1 yaitu dengan membuat alat peraga berupa celemek seksualitas

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between personal family conditions and job satisfaction, as family conditions are a significant factor influencing employee productivity and work-life balance. The research focuses on tax auditors at the Primary Tax Office in Pangkalan Kerinci, who exhibit diverse demographic profiles, including age, family status, and number of children. Using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ-13), the study examines four dimensions of job satisfaction: work environment, work-life balance, social relationships, and job achievement. Employing a quantitative survey method, the study sampled all 10 tax auditors through total sampling. Data analysis included validity and reliability testing and correlation analysis. The findings revealed that the MSQ-13 instrument is valid and reliable, with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.812. Work environment, work-life balance, and positive social relationships significantly influence job satisfaction, while employees separated from their families face challenges in maintaining work-life balance. Positive workplace relationships enhance satisfaction, but conflicts within teams reduce motivation. Ultimately, a supportive work environment, balanced work-life conditions, and strong social relationships are key factors driving job satisfaction and productivit.

Abstract

The implementation of this research, conducted through Community Service Activities, is grounded in the conditions experienced by parents in caring for children with special needs, such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, or other developmental disorders. The heavy burden of caregiving can increase the risk of psychological distress. This Community Service Activity was carried out at the Sahabat Autis Bogor Foundation, located in Billabong Permai Housing Complex, Block C3D No. 2, Bojong Gede, accompanying seven parents of students. The objective of the Community Service Activity was to enhance the quality of life of the mothers, stabilize their mental health, prevent mental health decline, and provide optimal support for their children with mental health challenges. The methods employed in the Community Service Activity included (1) Socialization and Seminar Implementation, (2) Psychological Support and Counseling, and (3) Coping Strategy Training and the Establishment of a Support Group. The findings from this research activity indicated that parents struggled to express the anger and bitterness they experienced as side effects of stress, fatigue, and the lack of attention to their own needs. Parents, particularly mothers of children with special needs, were found to be more vulnerable to prolonged stress, anxiety, and even depression compared to mothers of children without special needs. They also experienced trauma in introducing their children to their social environment and exhibited heightened concerns regarding their children's careers and futures.
