Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara kemampuan guru bercerita, dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kemampuan anak menyimak di taman kanak-kanak Al-Jami’ah UIN STS Jambi baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilaksanakan pada taman kanak-kanak Al-Jami’ah UIN STS Jambi di Provinsi Jambi, populasi 10 orang dan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah: kemampuan guru bercerita dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki hubungan yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kemampuan anak menyimak. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis teknik Korelasi Product Moment Pearson dan regresi berganda, dengan taraf signifikansi alpha 5 persen (α=0,05). Penelitian ini menghasiIkan temuan, yaitu: kemampuan guru berceriita, dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki hubungan 83,8% dengan kemampuan anak menyimak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's strategy in fostering student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hidayah Sungai Bengkal, Tebo Regency. Student discipline is a crucial aspect of character development and academic success. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the principal implements various strategies such as enforcing school rules, instilling religious values, applying rewards and sanctions, and enhancing communication with parents. However, challenges exist, including students’ lack of awareness regarding the importance of discipline and limited school supervision. Therefore, this study recommends increasing the involvement of all stakeholders, including teachers and parents, to support student discipline development.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of electronic teaching materials based on local wisdom using the Canva and Cap Cut applications to assess, design teaching materials based on local wisdom, improve the learning process in a more interesting way, so that students do not feel bored in class. There is also the aim of knowing the steps for making fairy tale teaching materials based on local wisdom. Theme 8, the area where I live, sub-theme 1, the environment where I live, knowing the quality, effectiveness of the product, student responses before using the product, after using the product. The research methodology uses (research and development/R&D) the ADDIE model (Analysis of the initial stages of product manufacturing planning, Design product planning, Develop product development, Implement use of products that have been validated, Evaluation assess the resulting product which has been tested to see whether the final result is more productive ). Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, validation, trials, questionnaires, documentation. The results of the research show that, teachers' assessment of local wisdom-based electronic teaching materials for 95% of students 91.25% of the criteria is very feasible. Based on student learning outcomes, an average score is obtained. 805 So electronic teaching materials based on local wisdom for classes. IV SDN NO 228 VII Mandiangi Sarolangun Regency received very good criteria
