Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's strategy in fostering student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hidayah Sungai Bengkal, Tebo Regency. Student discipline is a crucial aspect of character development and academic success. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the principal implements various strategies such as enforcing school rules, instilling religious values, applying rewards and sanctions, and enhancing communication with parents. However, challenges exist, including students’ lack of awareness regarding the importance of discipline and limited school supervision. Therefore, this study recommends increasing the involvement of all stakeholders, including teachers and parents, to support student discipline development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Google Forms as a learning evaluation tool at State Junior High School 36 Sarolangun. It also aims to identify obstacles to using Google Forms as a learning evaluation tool and to identify solutions to overcome these obstacles. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach at State Junior High School 36 Sarolangun. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Forecasting sampling was used as a method for selecting informants. The results indicate that the use of Google Forms as a learning evaluation tool has been well-used by teachers, although implementation challenges exist, such as limited features, potential cheating, technical issues, and data privacy. Solutions to overcome these obstacles include ensuring a stable internet connection, providing alternatives for students without internet access, and checking browser and device settings. To address test design, divide the questions into sections, set time limits, use the random question feature, provide clear feedback, and involve students in the evaluation process.

Study This aim For Analyze management of aid funds Operational School in increase quality education at State Elementary School 092/VII Pematang Kolim I. Knowing effectiveness use applications used​ in do Management of BOS funds at State Elementary School 092/VII Pematang Kolim I. Describes the obstacles and difficulties experienced State Elementary School 092/VII Pematang Kolim I in manage aid funds Operational School . Research This use type study descriptive qualitative . Focusing on the management of aid funds operational school in increase Quality of Education at State Elementary School 092/VII Pematang Kolim I. Based on results observations conducted by researchers at State Elementary School 092 /VII Pematang Kolim I, found Not yet effective in operational fund management school (BOS). Data collection techniques with using interview , observation and documentation techniques . As for qualitative data analysis with do data reduction , data presentation and drawing conclusions. Findings study Management of Aid Funds Operational School at school state foundation 092/VII Pematang Kolim 1 has implemented with well , with carry out preparation of RKJS, RKT, determination budget school , determination allocation of funds and carrying out reporting . Use application in management of aid funds operational school is very effective , efficient , more save cost , right target , more practical , accountable , transparent and more easy implemented . Obstacles encountered in implementation often plans that have been set No in accordance with existing budget​ planned finance budget school , lack of power expert .
