Abstract

Era globalisasi yang semakin kompetitif, menuntut tersedianya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) semakin berkembang pesat sejalan dengan adanya kompetisi di tingkat internasional. Dewasa ini, akselerasi pembangunan infrastruktur Kabupaten Majalengka diprediksi akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan sektor industri, dengan fasilitas kelengkapan berstandar internasional. Fenomena ini menuntut adaptasi masyarakat lokal untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM yang cerdas serta menguasai IPTEK, sehingga mampu berdaya saing dalam skala internasional, terserap di sektor industri, dan berdaya secara sosial ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, kondisi pendidikan di Kabupaten Majalengka harus segera dibenahi karena penguatan di sektor pendidikan akan menentukan arah maju dan mundurnya suatu daerah. Salah satu upayanya yaitu dengan penyelenggaraan sekolah berasrama yang menerapkan sistem sekolah Satuan Pendidikan Kerja Sama (SPK) untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang cerdas dan berdaya saing dalam skala internasional, namun juga mampu menjawab kecemasan-kecemasan yang ditimbulkan oleh keberagaman latar belakang, budaya, agama, status sosial, ekonomi, asal daerah, dan pengaruh negatif globalisasi lainnya. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka perancangan Majalengka Bilingual Boarding School sebagai sekolah SPK di Kabupaten Majalengka perlu diselenggarakan. Adapun pendekatan konsep Eco-Tech Architecture dalam perancangan ini merupakan salah satu upaya mendukung komitmen pada tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan negara Indonesia dalam partisipasinya di dunia global serta sasaran terlaksananya pembangunan yang berwawasan lingkungan di Kabupaten Majalengka.

Abstract

The market is part of the social life of the community whose development is adjusted to the customs, norms and behavior of an area or territory. Rengasdengklok Market is one of the markets in Karawang Regency which has been established since the Dutch colonial era and looks increasingly shabby and displaces the functions of roads and sidewalks. The slum, dirty and smelly traditional market has made the public's interest in buying, especially the younger age group, reduced so they prefer the Mall even though its location is far from Rengasdengklok District. Rengasdengklok District has also become one of the historical areas for the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, but it is not well known by Indonesian citizens and the Karawang community, especially the young people themselves, so it is necessary to promote historical tourism in crowded places in Rengasdengklok District. Therefore It is necessary to have a good architectural object in terms of building form such as the concept of contemporary architecture which is characteristic, one of which is to harmonize the relationship between the building and the surrounding environment and also the circulation and grouping of spaces that make activity actors in the Rengasdengklok market comfortable and can also be a means. historical promotion in Rengasdengklok District so that it can attract buyers from young age groups to come and get to know the history of Indonesian Independence. Abstract

Environmental problems, especially global warming, have become a topic of problems that have emerged recently. In the world of architecture, the phenomenon of sick building syndrome appears, namely health problems and discomfort due to air quality and air pollution in occupied buildings that affect occupant productivity, poor air ventilation, lack of natural lighting, and glass material as a building wrapper that causes a greenhouse effect. Apart from global warming, the creation or innovation of renewable energy is also the background for the emergence of the concept of Green Architecture. Until finally emerged the concept of Green Building. Energy Saving Buildings, also known as Green Buildings, continue to be promoted as one of the anticipatory steps towards global climate change. Architectural indications are referred to as 'Green' if it is associated with architectural practices, including the use of renewable resources (renewable sources), passive-active solar photovoltaic (solar cells for power generation), techniques for using plants for roofs, rain-fed gardens, using gravel. compacted for the pavement area, andso on. Abstract

The competitive globalization era demands the availability of quality natural resources. The development of Science and Technology grow so fast in line with the international competition. Nowadays, the prediction of infrastructure coonstruction acceleration in Majalengka District will increase the growth of the industrial sector with international standard facilities. This phenomenon demands adaptation of local people to increase their human resources qualities whose smart in order to master the science and technology, to compete in internatonal scale, to absorb in industrial sector, and to empower in social economic. Therefore, the education condition in Majalengka District must be fixed soon because the strengthening in education sector will determine the growth of the area. One of the effort is to organize the boarding school applied school Satuan Pendidikan Kerja Sama (SPK) system to realize the smart people, compete in internatonal scale, and able to answer the worries which is caused by background diversity, culture, religion, sociall status, economic, origin, and negative influence of the other globalilzation. According to the phenomena, so, the planning of majalengka’s bilingual boarding school as school Satuan Pendidikan Kerja Sama (SPK) in Majalengka District must be organized. As for approach of Eco-Tech Architecture concept on this planning is one of the effort to support commitment on Indonesia’s sustainable development to particapate at global world and to implement the environmentally friendly development in Majalengka District. Abstract

As a country with the most Muslims in Indonesia and even in the world, it is not surprising that Indonesia has many centers of Islamic education. Even in the midst of this globalization era, Islamic education has never lost interest. The development is even more visible with the number of Islamic boarding schools increasing in number of devotees. Modern Islamic boarding schools are a combination of the curriculum of Islamic boarding schools with the national education curriculum. Islamic boarding schools which are also a form of educational forum in Indonesia should have graduation standards that also follow the development of education according to the national and even international education curriculum. Bekasi Regency is one of the largest industrial cities in Indonesia and is geographically close to the capital city, but the quality of education in Bekasi is still not good. According to the Bekasi Education observer, Tengku Imam Kobul Moh Yahya (2019). The purpose of planning for Islamic boarding schools is to improve adequate facilities to improve the quality of Islamic education, especially in Bekasi Regency. In this plan, the concept describes the education system in the pesantren that will be built, namely a modern Islamic boarding school but does not leave the traditional values of the pesantren. Neo- Vernacular architecture itself is a blend of modern architectural styles with traditional architectural styles. Abstract

Bekasi City is the 4th largest city by population in Indonesia. With its location closest to Jakarta, Bekasi City seems to be the main gate to enter Jakarta from the east which is rapidly growing with business and industry. This has implications for the economic growth of Bekasi City which is better than other areas around Jakarta. Bekasi City is also an industrial and business city, as evidenced by the presence of various national and international giant companies. Various strategic plans have also been presented and continue to be developed in Bekasi City. These various strategic plans have stimulated the private sector and the state to compete to invest in Bekasi City. In line with the rapid economic growth of Bekasi City as well as the development of new infrastructure and transportation which in the end was able to attract investors to invest their capital. This has an impact on the increasing demand for office space with a strategic location and various ease of access in it. Furthermore, in running the business wheel of a company, it is deemed necessary to have a centralized place/area where carrying out business activities can be carried out easily and efficiently. Presenting an ideal office space with a different architectural concept is needed to be able to provide maximum results for the company & comfort for all employees. Abstract

The needs of the film industry are inseparable from the public's need for entertainment. In Bandung itself, many films have been produced by various age groups and there are also Bandung film appreciation awards every year, but the current films are still far behind in quality and there is also no film production container that has good facilities and technology. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with this method the author seeks data from various sources such as organizational bodies, government, and also from the results of the thesis or final project that has been made to support the content of the final project material. Based on the results obtained from the qualitative method that some of the data were successfully obtained and some of them did not exist, and also the standards for this research are still incomplete from both organizational and government agencies. Based on the results of processing the data obtained, the author made the decision to process the data and also develop it so that the results of this research or final project can still be developed again in the future. Abstract

Indonesia’s growing energy needs have not been matched by an adequate energy supply. Efforts to support the earth’s sustainability require energy efficiency and conservation. Energy efficiency and conservation is an effort to save energy in buildings and in the landscape. To ensure long-term sustainability, current infrastructure such as hotels, apartments, housing and libraries must adopt and maintain these energy saving principles. Harapan Indah is a housing complex located in Bekasi City, Medan Satria Sub-District. Many schools and universities in Harapan Indah need a place for their students to do non-formal learning activities; thus, there is a growing need for a public library that accommodate groups within the community sustainably. The prospective library design will be guided by principles of energy efficiency and conservation, employing several technologies such as the use of solar panels, roof gardens technology, garden reduction, optimal lighting and natural ventilation.
