Abstract

Background : Mental health is a sentimental, psychological and social healthy condition that can be seen from satisfying relationships with others, effective behavior and handling, positive ideas and sentimental health. The possible problem that might arise is violent behavior, a condition where a person physically commits a dangerous act, either to another person or to himself. Based on Indonesian National data for 2017, patients with a risk of violent behavior are around 0.8% of 10,000 people. From these data it can be seen that the incidence of violent behavior is very high. Deep breathing is one of the interventions in treating patients with a risk of violent behavior. Deep breathing relaxation techniques can regulate emotions and maintain emotional balance, so that angry emotions are not excessive. Objective: Knowing the description of providing nursing care to patients at risk of violent behavior with a focus on controlling emotions: deep breathing relaxation techniques. Results: The results of nursing implementation state that patients at risk of violent behavior can understand the application of deep breathing relaxation techniques to control emotions.Conclusion: Patients at risk for violent behavior can apply deep breathing relaxation techniques to control their emotions.

Abstract

Background : The prevalence of depression in residents Indonesia is ≥ 15 years old (9%) and the prevalence of mental and emotional disorders in the form of stress, anxiety and depression covers 9.8%, Violent behavior is a response to stressors experienced by someone, which can be reflected in actual acts of violence against oneself or others, verbally or non-verbally, which aim to hurt people physically and psychologically. Therapeutic communication is conscious communication, directed and the core of its activities is for the patient's recovery and is a professional communication that leads to the goal of healing the patient (Mundakir, 2006). Objective: Knowing the illustrated description of Nursing Care for Patients with the Risk of Violent Behavior using Communication Techniques. Method: method used by researchers is descriptive research in the form of a literature review. Results: results of a literature review of 2 journals related to psychiatric nursing care with a risk of violent behavior. Conclusion: Based on the results of the observations that the researchers made of the studies carried out by the two researchers, the similarities were found, namely carrying out a thorough assessment both based on the patient's main complaint being taken to the hospital due to a tantrum when angry, predisposing factors, namely the patient has a history of repeated treatments and the precipitation factor is the patient not routinely taking medication.

Abstract

Background: Mental health for humans is the ability to overcome challenges, feel satisfied, and be independent are signs of mental health. The capacity to adapt to oneself, others, society and the environment is a sign of mental health. The risk of violent behavior is behavior that carries a risk of physically, emotionally or sexually harming oneself or others. Nursing actions that can be taken to control emotions in patients at risk for violent behavior include physical exercise by hitting a pillow. Physical exercise hitting a pillow is one way to channel anger or emotions into a pillow so you don't injure yourself or others. The Purpose: To determine nursing care for patients at risk of violent behavior with a focus on hitting pillows to control emotions. Method : The method used is descriptive with a case study approach to clients with risky problems of violent behavior. Results: Patients experienced an increase in channeling emotions, anger, or rage. Conclusion: Physical exercise hitting the pillow is indeed quite effective for channeling emotions because it doesn't hurt yourself, other people or the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Background : Self care deficit is a condition when an individual has barriers to taking care of himself independently starting from bathing, wearing clothes properly, being able to eat and drink independently, to defecating properly. According to the World Health Organization, the incidence of mental health with a prevalence is still relatively high, reaching 25% of the total population of Indonesia who experience psychiatric problems, as many as 1% experience severe mental disorders, young people are more at risk of developing psychiatric problems, counting 450 million people in the world are affected by health problems that attack the nerves and even behavior. One of the treatments for patients with self-care deficits is by applying SP 1-4 for self-care deficits. Objective: Provide nursing care to patients with self-care deficits. Results: The evaluation results show good self-care in patients with self-care deficits. Conclusion: Based on the results of the case study, it was found that the patient was able to perform self-care independently.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Gangguan jiwa merupakan sebuah tanda gejala pada pola perilaku seseorang yang secara khas berhubungan dengan suatu gejala penderitaan yang mengganggu kesehariannya melakukan aktivitas. World health organization (WHO) menyatakan prevalansi gangguan jiwa di seluruh dunia menurut data pada tahun 2019, terdapat 20 juta orang jiwa mengalami skizofrenia. Salah satunya yaitu, isolasi sosial. Isolasi sosial adalah kondisi kesendirian yang dialami seseorang dan memiliki persepsi dimana orang lain serta lingkungan sekitar dapat mengancam kehidupannya. Tindakan keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan meliputi penerapan strategi pelaksanaan pasien, terapi aktivitas kelompok sosialisasi dan terapi lanjutan social skill training (SST) yaitu proses pembelajaran untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan seseorang dalam meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi yang terjadi dengan orang lain dalam konteks sosial yang dapat diterima serta dihargai secara sosial. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui asuhan keperawatan pada pasien isolasi sosial dengan social skill training. Metode: metode pengumpulan data menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan studi kasus. Hasil: hasil dari implementasi social skill training menyatakan bahwa tindakan keperawatan lanjutan tersebut cukup efektif untuk mengurangi tanda dan gejala isolasi sosial pada pasien.Kesimpulan: pasien dengan isolasi sosial dapat dilakukan tindakan lanjutan social skill training untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berinteraksi pasien.

Abstract

Backround: mental health is a stase of emotional, psychological and social health that can be seen in satisfying interpersonal relationships, effective behavior and copinh, posifive self concept and emotional stability. Social isolation is a lonely state experienced by someone because other people express a negative and threatening attitude. Socialization group activity therapy is a therapy that is carried out in grops to improve the patients ability to carry out social interaction and play a role in the social environment. Objective:this case studies to determine nursing care for social isolation patients with a focus socialization group activity therapy session 1: introducing yourself. Methods: data collection methods used descriptive analysis and case studies. Results:after carrying out nursing actions for 3 days and giving socialization group activity therapy session 1, Mr. T was able to defend himself.  Conclusions: giving socialization group activity therapy session 1: introducing yourself is very effective for patients with sosial isolation.          Â
