Abstract

This event will be based on research in an effort to revive the image of theuse of the substance is natural color. The addition of mordan on its substance isnatural color will affect the color of the immersion. This study aims to describethe name of the color (hue), dark bright colors (value), color, and differences inflatness mordan Pomelo (Citrus Maxima Merr) and Lemon (Citrus Limon)against the results of dyeing Silk material using extracts of flower petals Plantain(Musa Sapientum). This type of research is a research experiment. The data used2are sourced from 18 person panelists, then analyzed using Friedman's test k-Related samples or ANOVA of one line. Immersion results without mordanproduce color Clam Shell Pink #C5A89B, with value categories very bright andkerataaan colors on the category very flat. mordan Pomelo produce color DarkSalmon Pink #B59890 with value are bright enough and kerataaan colors are flat,whereas with mordan Lemon is Warm Brown #AE8C8B with value are brightenough and kerataaan colors are blended. The results of the data analysis of darklight color (value) is 0.002 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is adifference significant color light dark. As for the flatness of the color dataobtained is 0.154 > 0.05 H0 is accepted, then this means that there is nosignificant difference in color of the flatness on dyeing silk material usingPlantain flowers petals extract with Grapefruit and mordan mordan LemonKata kunci: Perbedaan Mordan, Bunga Pisang Raja

Abstract

Kas kecil merupakan sejumlah kas yang disediakan perusahaan untuk membayar pengeluaran yang relatif kecil. Perusahaan mengalokasikan dana kas kecil dalam rangka membantu opersional perusahaan. Dalam pengelolaannya, PT Fuji Ironwork Teknologi selaku mitra mengalami permasalahan lemahnya pengelolaan dana kas kecil dari sisi prosedur, dokumentasi dan pencatatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim PKM Universitas Pelita Bangsa memberikan solusi diantaranya dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan prosedur pengeluaran kas kecil. Adapun metode yang digunakan diawali dari tahapan survey, wawancara, pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai prosedur pengeluaran dana kas kecil. Proses penyusunan, pendampingan dan implementasi prosedur yang dilakukan, pihak mitra sangat kooperatif sehingga implementasi atas prosedur pengeluaran kas kecil dapat dilakasanakan dengan baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan laporan yang diberikan oleh mitra terkait pengendalian kas kecil dan laporan harian yang cukup efektif untuk pengelolaan kas kecil sehingga menunjang peningkatan kinerja mitra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanapengaruh dilakukannya evaluasi kerja pada CV. Sagara Mobile Divisi Stok, untuk mengetahui bentuk penerapanevaluasi kerja serta dampak evaluasi kerja terhadap kinerjakaryawan CV. Sagara Mobile Divisi Stok. Penulismenggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pada penelitian ini,dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui teknikwawancara, obervasi, dan dokumentasi. metode denganmenggunakan penelitian deskriptif ini, penulis mencobamenguraikan keaadan objektif yang ada pada perusahaan CV. Sagara Mobile mengenai penerapan evaluasi kerja kepadakaryawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada CV. Sagara Mobile Divisi Stok. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi kerja sangat pentingterhadap perbaikan kinerja karyawan yang ada dalamperusahaan, karena dengan adanya evaluasi kerja dapatmeningkatkan penilaian kinerja yang dapat memberikankesempatan kepada karyawan untuk memperoleh berbagaimacam apresiasi yang perusahaan sediakan, evaluasi kerja merupakan faktor penting sebagai penunjang keberhasilansuatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

Learning is an important process that involves individuals with the guidance of a teacher. The picture and picture type cooperative learning model is an approach using pictures as a medium. Execution, the images are paired or sequenced in a logical sequence. This method helps students understand the material more easily, because information is presented through visual media making complex concepts simpler, easier to understand. This study employs a hybrid classroom action research design strategy with the goal of raising learning standards. Two cycles of classroom action research are conducted, with four phases in each cycle: preparation, activity, observation, and reflection. When it's pre-cycle, an evaluation of science learning in grade II of SDN Tanjung Barat 09 was carried out to assess the initial condition of students, especially learning outcomes. The evaluation showed that most students still failed in learning and had not reached the KKM. 26 students, consisting of 14 boys and 12 girls, the lowest score was 40, the highest score reached 90. As many as 57.70% of students scored below the KKM, while 42.30% of students managed to score above the KKM. ABSTRAKPembelajaran adalah proses penting yang melibatkan individu dengan panduan seorang guru. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture adalah suatu pendekatan menggunakan gambar sebagai media. Pelaksanaan, gambar dipasangkan atau diurutkan bentuk urutan yang logis. Metode ini membantu siswa memahami materi lebih mudah, karena informasi disajikan melalui media visual membuat konsep yang rumit menjadi lebih sederhana, mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran desain penelitian tindakan kelas bertujuan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan dua siklus, setiap siklus melibatkan empat tahap perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, refleksi. Pada tahap pra-siklus, dilakukan evaluasi pembelajaran IPA di kelas II SDN Tanjung Barat 09 nilai kondisi awal siswa, terutama hasil belajar. Evaluasi menunjukkan Sebagian besar siswa masih gagal dalam belajar belum mencapai KKM. 26 siswa, terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan, nilai terendah 40, nilai tertinggi mencapai 90. Sebanyak 57,70% siswa nilai di bawah KKM, sedangkan 42,30% siswa berhasil nilai di atas KKM.

Abstract

Background: The market is one of the public places with many visitors and the activities of traders and sellers in the market, which indirectly cause waste in the market every day. Most markets produce market waste consisting of wet and dry waste so that during collection, the piles of waste become nests for flies, rats, and insects and become a source of soil, water, and air contamination, and from an aesthetic point of view, they will cause odors and bad views; therefore, it is necessary to manage market waste properly. Purpose: Knowing the handling of waste and the level of fly density in the traditional market of Palembang City in 2023. Methods: This research is descriptive, by means of survey or observation regarding waste handling. The measurement point of fly density was done diagonally with 5 points/market. The total number of points for the four markets is 20 measurement points. Results: The results showed that the sorting of market waste did not meet the requirements, the majority of waste collection did not meet the requirements, waste collection met the requirements, and waste processing did not meet the requirements. The highest average fly density in Pasar Kuto was at point 5 (back left) with an average fly density of 8.2 flies/grill block. Conclusion: Waste handling in 4 Palembang City Traditional Markets is not fully qualified, and the density of flies exceeds the vector quality standard
