Abstract

Gardner explains that intelligence is some of the abilities that a person possesses, which will not all be equal to the abilities others have, because they are of many types, Gardner calls them multiple intelligences. The development of learning strategy is intended to provide an alternative paradigm in order to prepare PAUD/TK/RA teachers who have special skills in early childhood education. Therefore, further research on the effectiveness of early childhood learning strategies based on multiple intelligences was developed to improve the competence of RA teachers. The research method used experiments, involving 116 RA teachers in Pemalang district. Data analysis used statistical analysis of Paired Sample T-Test, which aims to find out the effectiveness of AUD based learning strategy based on multiple intelligence in improving the competence of PAUD/TK/RA teachers. The results showed the significance of paired sample t-test of 0.000 (<0.05) with a t value of 9.555. Thus, the results of the analysis show that statistically, the effectiveness of early childhood learning strategies based on mulitple intelligence in improving the competence of RA teachers is tested. Keywords: Learning Strategy Multiple Intelligence, Teacher Competence

Abstract

One of the characteristics of a devoted man is to actively carry out and practice Islamic values in his life. Religious Teachers not only provide students with knowledge of religion / knowledge inteklektual, but also trying to shape the mind and the spirit of religion, so that students make/practice what has been taught that in the end become a pious person and have a strong aqeedah. Teachers personality is used as a benchmark for the success or failure of Islamic Religious Education. Another thing that is also very important to have by the teacher, namely that a teacher must be professional in their field. This has been exemplified by a successful educator figure in a short time, namely Muhammad s.a.w. His success as an educator is based on the provision of high-quality personalities and his concern for social-religious issues. Then he is able to maintain the quality of Faith, charity shaleh, struggling and cooperate to uphold the truth and able to work together in patience. Thus a teacher to be able to perform its role well, always associated with religious values and competencies. Keyword: Religious Internalization, Islamic Teachers.

Abstract

Pendidikan Nasional adalah pendidikan yang berakar kebudayaan bangsa dan berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 45. tujuannya adalah mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan mengembangkan manusia Indonesia seutuhnya...(UUN o.2/1989 tentang UUSPN). Dalam GBHN 1999 dituliskan tiga misi utama sistem pendidikan nasional yang ternyata hasilnya tidak sesuai target. Kebanyakan para pelajar lulusan sekolah yang sekarang ini dipercaya rakyat mengatur Negara berakhlak kurang baik sehingga menyebabkan Negara kita mengalami kemunduran seperti saat ini. Bahkan para pelajar yang belum lulus pun ada yang bersikap negatif seperti tawuran, memakai dan menjual narkoba, melawan guru dan orang tua, merusak fasilitas umum dan sebagainya. Kegagalan  lainnya terlihat pada kualitas pelajar Indonesia yang kemampuannya sekarang jauh tertinggal dibanding pelajar dari negara serta standar kelulusan Indonesia yang jauh dari standar internasionalPendidikan berbasis tauhid merupakan salah satu solusi untuk pendidikan di Indonesia, Pendidikan berbasis tauhid adalah keseluruhan kegiatan pendidikan yang meliputi pembimbingan, pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi diri manusia sesuai dengan bakat, kadar kemampuan dan keahlian masing-masing yang bersumber dan bermuara kepada Tuhan, Allah SWT. Selanjutnya ilmu dan keahlian yang dimilki diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sebagai realisasi kokret pengabdian dan kepatuhan kepada Allah. Upaya ke arah itu diawali dari menanamkan nilai-nalai akhlaq al karimah (budi pekerti, tatakrama, (menurut istialah lokal kita di indonesia) dalam diri setiap peserta didik kemudian diimplementasikan kelak melalui peran kekhalifahan sebagai pemakmur dan pemelihara kehidupan didunia ini.Sedangkan konsep dasar dari Kurikulum Berbasis Tauhid adalah menerapkan sebuah kurikulum pendidikan yang muatan maupun metode pembelajarannya mengarah kepada pembentukan karakter Islami untuk meningkatkan ketaqwaan kepada Allah SWT. dan yang lebih prinsip dalam KBT akan menghadirkan Allah pada semua materi pelajaran yang dipelajari siswa jadi tidak ada pemisahan antara agama dengan kehidupan. Kehidupan di dunia adalah sarana mencapai kesuksesan di akherat, kehidupan akherat merupakan kontrol kehidupan kita di dunia.

Abstract

The success of the development of a nation is determined by the Human Development Index (HDI). International scale parameter indicates the level of development of human resources emphasizes on three areas: education, health, and income per capita. The various dimensions of community development was a collective responsibility to make it happen. One way to do is through the proselytizing activities of community empowerment. This is as done in the village of Pemalang district, Danasari that has HDI levels is low compared than other villages. Community development in this village was done by taking three primary focus , they are the field of economics, health, and education and religion.***Keberhasilan pembangunan suatu bangsa ditentukan oleh Human Develop-ment Indeks (HDI). Parameter berskala internsional ini menunjukkan tingkat pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang menitiberatkan pada tiga bidang yaitu pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pendapatan perkapita. Pengembangan masyarakat yang berbagai dimensi tadi merupakan tanggung jawab bersama untuk mewujudkannya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui kegiatan dakwah pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hal ini sebagaimana dilakukan di Desa Danasari Kabupaten Pemalang yang memiliki tingkat HDI yang rendah dibandingkan desa lainnya. Pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa ini dilakukan dengan mengambil tiga fokus utama yaitu bidang ekonomi, bidang kesehatan, dan pendidikan dan keagamaan. Potensi yang ada perlu diberdayakan secara bersama dengan tujuan pencapaian perbaikan kehidupan masyarakat desa Danasari.

Abstract

The curriculum that is developed by the Islamic based school/Madrasah is an operational curriculum that is compiled and implemented by each school/Madrasah and it is used as a reference for learning in school. The urgency of the attention and application of the principle is to ensure that the Islamic education curriculum is developed completely convenient with the condition of the students, schools, communities so that it does not only revolve around the issue of aqidah and morality but also includes all the sciences that relate to various aspects of human life, balanced between the worldly needs and the hereafter needs, body and soul, material and spiritual. The new paradigm of Islamic Education requires integrated and continuous innovation. One manifestation is an innovation by the teacher in learning activities. The teacher's habit of gathering information about students' level of understanding through questions, observations, assignments, and tests will be very useful in determining the level of student mastery and in evaluating the effectiveness of the learning process.
