Abstract

Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam berdiri  sekitar pertengahan abad ke-5 M. Peranan pendidikan Islam secara umum dan khususnya madrasah di era globalisasi mau tak mau harus menerima perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi yang sebagian besar bersumber dari negara-negara barat. Maka sudah seharusnya, pendidikan Islam madrasah harus berupaya mengembangkan diri. Sehingga bisa menjadikan para peserta didik, tidak hanya sukses dengan IMTAQnya, akan tetapi sukses menghadapi dunia global dengan IPTEKnya. Tulisan ini membahas mengenai tantangan pendidikan agama Islam di madrasah dalam era globalisasi. Beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh madrasah dalam usaha meningkatkan gairah pendidikan Islam di era globalisasi yaitu sebagai berikut: Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama islam, Penyempurnaan kurikulum pendidikan agama, Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis masalah-masalah dan kendala-kendala instruksional yang dihadapi oleh para guru di sekolah dan para orang tua murid di rumah dalam usaha membina perkembangan moral siswa, beserta formulasi alternatif pemecahannya.

Abstract

Salah satu usaha untuk mengeliminir kesenjangan gender adalah melalui pendidikan responsif gender dengan menanamkan nilai- nilai keadilan dan keseteraan gender melalui model Pembelajaran responsif gender. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Pemalang dalam rangka memperkecil ketimpangan gender pada aspek pendidikan dituntut dan diharapkan dapat mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran responsif gender yang memperhatikan dan mengakomodasi kepentingan mahasiswa laki- laki dan perempuan secara seimbang dari aspek akses/peluang, partisipasi, kontrol dan manfaat.Dalam pengembangan ini diakukan beberapa uji coba yaitu uji coba skala kecil dengan lapangan terbatas, uji coba skala besar dengan lapangan diperluas dan uji validasi model, dengan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Akses dalam belajar, prosentase menunjukkan responsif gender yakni di semester 1 A: 92,59%, di semester 1 B: 93,3%, di  semester 3 A:  90,47%,  di  semester  3 B: 100%, di semester 5 A: 79,41% dan di semester 5 B: 96,15%. 2) Partisipasi dalam belajar, prosentase menunjukkan tidak responsif gender. Hal ini disebabkan karena mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang tidak bekerjasama dalam tugas kelompok yang diberikan dosen. 3) Memiliki kontrol atas sumber pembelajaran, prosentase menunjukkan responsif gender yakni di semester 1 A: 62,96%, di semester 1 B: 80%, di semester 3 A: 85,72%, di semester 3 B: 68,18%, di semester 5 A: 67,65% dan di semester 5 B: 76,92%., dan 4) Manfaat dalam belajar, prosentase menunjukkan responsif gender dengan hasil 100% di semua tingkatan semester.

One of the forms of worship to draw closer to Allah SWT related to property is donated. waqf istismari also called productive waqf, waqf property that is used for investment purposes, whether in agriculture, industry, trade, and services. This endowment is growing problems in the village Longkeyang, where the youth of Longkeyang attempted endowment for the welfare of citizens. In 2006, approximately 10 people from the youth of the Longkeyang together activists AMM (Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah) began a new initiative is to create a new institution that was later (in 2010) was named after the Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM). (1) The first step movement endowment productive Muhammadiyah Youth in Longkeyang namely (a) Establish Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM) Longkeyang village. (a) Movement Endowments Endowments coins For Productive. (2) Management of communal ownership of productive Youth in Longkeyang namely (a) inisiation the collected coins donated as initial capital. (b) The existing endowments worked together to reduce the cost of key crops albasia timber, then the cost of treatment using the results of intercropping banana plants. (3) The Role of Waqf Productive Youth Welfare Citizens for The Longkeyang of waqf endowments suppl shroud support fund for volunteers who want to stay.

This wakaf issue also developed in the village of Longkeyang, where the youth of Muhammadiyah Lokeyang tried to do wakaf for the welfare of the people. In the 2006, approximately 10 people from Muhammadiyah youth in Longkeyang together with activists of AMM (Muhammadiyah Youth Force) began a pioneer of the new institution (in 2010) which was named the Muhammadiyah Development Workers’ Development Agency (BP2RM). Some of the programs that have been generated from the management of productive endowments are waqfs of shrouds and scholarship for Muhammadiyah cadres.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bahwa pezina dalam hadis Nabi Saw yang secara tekstual disebutkan keluar keimanannya memerlukan pemaknaan yang dianggap tepat. Karena ketika dimaknai keluarnya iman bagi pezina, akan menimbulkan dampak yang negatif. Tidak membuat para pezina menjadi sadar dan kembali ke jalan yang lurus, akan tetapi bisa menjadikan semakin jauh dari agama, bahkan benar-benar keluar dari agama. Hal inilah yang menjadi pembahasan dalam artikel ini untuk mengungkap makna hadis Nabi Saw tentang pezina dengan pendekatan hermeneutika Fazlurrahman yang dikenal dengan double movement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan analisis literal readings serta interpretive and reflexive readings. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Fazlurrahman berpandangan dalam memahami hadis Nabi Saw tentang pezina diperlukan upaya untuk melihat teks hadis melalui kondisi masa lampau di mana hadis tersebut muncul, kemudian ditarik atau dikontekstualisasikan pemaknaan hadis di masa kontemporer kekinian untuk mendapatkan pesan moral dari ajaran di dalam hadis Nabi Saw tersebut. Hasil dari pengaplikasi double movement Fazlurrahman berkenaan dengan hadis Nabi Saw tentang pezina memunculkan bahwa makna hadis tersebut tidaklah dimaknai dengan makna secara tekstual, akan tetapi dimaknai dengan kontekstual. Maksudnya yakni ketika Nabi Saw mensabdakan hadis tentang pezina tidaklah dianggap dengan kekafiran, namun para pezina tersebut imannya yang menurun.

Abstract

Abstract Earthing of Islamic teachings becomes a necessity in human life. Islam as a religious teaching that brings grace to humanity, is expected to solve various problems faced in human life as time goes by many problems that must be answered by the teachings of Islam. The demand for such teachings of Islam, can be answered when the understanding of Islam by using various approaches that can provide answers to problems that arise one of them is with a contextual approach. The understanding of Islam with this contextual approach is an attempt to trace the historical elements that surround a legal text, and then influence those elements for the understanding or application of a text or law. In this paper seeks to explain the study of the text of the Qur'an with a contextual approach to the theory and its application. Keywords: Contextual Approach, Alquran, Islamic Study Approach Abstrak Pembumian ajaran agama Islam menjadi sebuah keniscayaan dalam kehidupan manusia. Islam sebagai sebuah ajaran agama yang membawa rahmat bagi manusia, diharapkan dapat memecahkan berbagai persoalan-persoalan yang di hadapi dalam kehidupan manusia yang seiring berjalan nya waktu banyak persoalan yang harus dijawab oleh ajaran Islam. Tuntutan terhadap ajaran agama Islam yang demikian, dapat dijawab manakala pemahaman agama Islam dengan menggunakan berbagai macam pendekatan-pendekatan yang dapat memberikan jawaban terhadap masalah yang timbul salah satunya adalah dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Pemahaman agama Islam dengan pendekatan kontekstual ini merupakan upaya melacak unsur-unsur sejarah yang melingkupi sebuah teks hukum, kemudian memberi pengaruh bagi unsur-unsur itu bagi pemahaman atau penerapan sebuah teks atau hukum. Dalam tulisan ini berupaya menjelaskan kajian teks Alquran dengan pendekatan kontekstual dengan teori dan aplikasinya. Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Kontekstual, Alquran, Pendekatan Studi Islam
