Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of staff meeting technical academic supervision to improve the pedagogical competence of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru. The competence of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru can be increased. The subjects of this study were twenty-four productive teachers. The research instrument used to determine teacher competency was a pedagogic competency test (Ministry of Education and Culture (2017)), observation sheets, interviews and questionnaires. The research method used was action research school. The research implementation consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages of activity, namely: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting.85.43%with the Good category and cycle II achieved an average value of91.85%with the Very Good category. The implications of this study indicate that the application of academic supervision of staff meeting techniques can increase the competence of productive teachers in developing pedagogical competence at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah sistem perdagangan secara signifikan, dari transaksi konvensional menuju perdagangan digital yang lebih cepat dan efisien. Namun, kemajuan ini juga menghadirkan tantangan baru terkait dengan perilaku etis para pelaku usaha, khususnya mengenai nilai kejujuran dalam persaingan dagang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kejujuran sebagai nilai fundamental yang berperan dalam membentuk iklim persaingan yang sehat di masyarakat digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejujuran memiliki fungsi strategis dalam menjaga kepercayaan konsumen, meningkatkan reputasi pelaku usaha, serta memperkuat stabilitas pasar digital. Ketika nilai kejujuran diabaikan, muncul berbagai dampak negatif seperti penurunan kepercayaan publik, praktik manipulatif, dan ketidakadilan dalam kompetisi bisnis. Sebaliknya, penerapan nilai kejujuran dapat mendorong terciptanya hubungan dagang yang berkelanjutan dan saling menguntungkan antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Dengan demikian, kejujuran bukan sekadar nilai moral, melainkan menjadi prinsip dasar dalam membangun integritas dan keberlanjutan ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam penguatan etika bisnis digital serta menjadi acuan bagi pelaku usaha untuk menjadikan kejujuran sebagai pondasi utama dalam bersaing di era modern.

Abstract

The advances of information technology affect the variety of learning materials. This reality must be responded by developing learning model and also supervision system. The supervision and team work at science education also can be coordinated with the development of technology, especially technology based on handheld devices such as such as phones and tablets. This research aims to describe and determine: The influence of academic supervision on teamwork; The Effect of Academic Supervision on Teacher Job Satisfaction; The Effect of Teamwork on Job Satisfaction of State Vocational School Teachers in Medan City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The number of respondents was 198 people taken using Proportional Random Sampling techniques. The research instrument is a questionnaire, which is first tested to obtain a valid and reliable instrument. The result of this research shown that the digital supervision can be make the system more and more efficiently. This context of research academic Supervision has a direct positive effect on Teamwork of State Vocational Teachers in Medan City. In other words, the better the Academic Supervision, the better the Teamwork of State Vocational Teachers in Medan City, Academic Supervision has a direct positive effect on the Job Satisfaction of teachers of public vocational schools in Medan City. In other words, the better the Academic Supervision, the higher the Job Satisfaction of State Vocational Teachers

Abstract

Educational planning management is an essential process in managing educational institutions to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. One form of implementing educational planning management is through the preparation of the Madrasah Work Plan (RKM) and School Work Plan (RKS). This article aims to describe the concept of educational planning management through the preparation of RKM/RKS, their objectives, preparation processes, and implementation in schools and madrasahs. The research method used is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data from books, scientific journals, government regulations, and other supporting documents. The results of the study indicate that RKM/RKS has a strategic role as a guideline for implementing educational programs, a basis for decision-making, an evaluation tool, and an instrument for improving the quality of education. The preparation of RKM/RKS is carried out systematically through team formation, school/madrasah self-evaluation, formulation of priority programs, preparation of medium-term and annual work plans, and budgeting plans. Proper implementation of RKM/RKS can improve the effectiveness of educational management, accountability, transparency, and the quality of educational services in schools and madrasahs.
