Abstract

Improving brand image is an important aspect of business in the field of beauty clinics. Likewise for Bening's Clinic Kemang South Jakarta Branch, improving a good brand image by public relations to customers so as to increase satisfaction and have a good effect on service. This is the background so that the role of public relations can improve brand image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Public Relations in enhancing the brand image of Bening Clinic, Kemang Branch, South Jakarta through Instagram as a service company providing facial skin health services in Indonesia. In addition, this study aims to analyze the obstacles and solutions implemented to overcome obstacles to the role of Public Relations in increasing the brand image of the Bening Clinic, Kemang Branch, South Jakarta. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses Dozier and Broom's concept regarding the role of Public Relations and Atmoko's concept regarding Instagram features and Biel's concept regarding brand image dimensions. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Public Relations at Bening's Clinic, Kemang Branch, South Jakarta, uses Instagram to find out the experiences felt by customers, both positive and negative experiences. Instagram content from Bening's Clinic Public Relations, Kemang South Jakarta Branch is very interesting, informative, and has a huge impact on customers because the information conveyed is quite routine through the Brand Ambassador by utilizing the features available on Instagram as an intermediary medium in enhancing brand image.

Abstract

Sebagian besar pencemaran berasal dari proses industri dan pertambangan, terjadinya pencemaran logam berat pada sebuah perairan biasanya berasal dari masukan air yang terkontaminasi oleh buangan limbah industri dan pertambangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan analisis risiko keseharan lingkungan (ARKL) dimana faktor-faktor risiko diukur pada waktu yang sama untuk memberikan prediksi besarnya risiko kesehatan akibat logam berat Pb, Cd, dan Cr yang terkandung dalam udang putih (Litopenaeus vannamei). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani tambak yang mengonsumsi udang putih sebanyak 20 orang. Pengukuran kandungan logam berat Pb, Cd dan Cr pada udang putih dilakukan pada 3 titik sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar logam berat Pb dan Cd tidak terdeteksi kandungannya pada udang putih di tambak Biringkassi sedangkan kandungan Cr terdeteksi pada titik I yaitu 3,68 mg/kg. pada titik II yaitu 3,06 mg/kg, dan pada titik III yaitu 3,40 mg/kg, yang telah melebihi syarat berdasarkan GB 2762 (Global Agricultural Information Network) yaitu sebesar 2,0 mg/kg. Karakteristik risiko pada udang putih di tambak Biringkassi juga dihitung dalam penelitian ini yang dimana, untuk pajanan realtime pada petani tambak adalah 3,97 dan untuk RQ lifetime adalah 235,94. Estimasi karakteristik risiko yang diterima oleh petani tambak tidak aman dari efek non karsinogenik untuk pajanan realtime dan lifetime. Para petani tambak Diharapkan untuk waspada dan mulai mengurangi jumlah asupan udang putih di sekitar tambak Biringkassi yang sudah mulai mengandung Cr agar tidak mengalami risiko Kesehatan terhadap paparan logam berat kromium. Selain itu, Diharapkan pemantauan secara berkala oleh pemerintah terkait pencemaran logam berat khususnya kromium disekitar tambak Biringkassi Kabupaten Pangkep.
