Abstract

Game online adalah salah satu teknologi yang saat ini digemari oleh banyak orang. Anak–anak maupun orang dewasa sekalipun dapat bermain game online kapan saja. Game online sendiri memiliki berbagai macam jenis dan juga didalam game online terdapat sebuah fitur untuk melakukan pembelian ataupun top up. Sense Store menyediakan jasa bagi para pemain game online yang ingin melakukan top up seperti pembelian voucher ataupun diamond dalam game online. Proses transaksi pada Sense Store masih dilakukan secara manual dengan datang langsung ke toko, sehingga akan lebih baik jika Sense Store memiliki website sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Peneliti menggunakan metode Extreme Programming sebagai metode pengembangan yang digunakan saat merancang dan membangun aplikasi, dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Alat bantu perancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yaitu, use case diagram, class diagram, dan activity diagram.

Abstract

The Islamic Students Association (HMI) Prabumulih Branch still carries out its member registration process conventionally, such as using physical forms and manual data collection, which can lead to delays and disorganized data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based member registration system that simplifies administrative processes and improves committee work efficiency. The system development methodology used in this study is the Waterfall method, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a web-based registration system that can be accessed online by prospective members and the organizing committee, featuring digital form filling, document uploads, and member data management. This system is expected to support a more structured, efficient, and modern registration process within the HMI Prabumulih Branch organization.

Abstract

The school cooperative is one of the supporting facilities for students' economic activities that plays an important role in providing school supplies and training students' independence and responsibility. The space is usually used by students to conduct transactions between students and cooperative officers. Currently, the cooperative of SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih serves students in recording goods purchase transactions still using a conventional system. The method of inputting financial reports at this institution has used Microsoft Excel for monthly reports and manual recording in books, but the system used is still manual. This condition has the potential to cause various problems, such as delays in preparing reports, recording errors, and ineffective archiving of financial data. The purpose of this study is to create a Web-based Application to facilitate the Cooperative of SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih in inputting financial reports, processing, and presenting financial data in a structured and systematic manner. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies. The type of data used is qualitative data and data sources consist of primary and secondary data. System development is carried out using a prototype method to be able to adjust to user needs gradually. This web-based application uses the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and PDF formats for reporting. Research shows that the application can improve the efficiency of cooperative financial management, minimize recording errors, and facilitate management in producing accurate and timely financial reports.

Abstract

Information systems using very sophisticated and modern computer technology will be very helpful and facilitate us in processing data that can save time, space and costs. Based on the existing problems, this study aims to design a web-based library information system at SMA Negeri 5 Prabumulih This system development method uses a research approach with SDLC or Software Development Life Cycle. While the model used in the design of this library information system is the agile model. The model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeflow approach starting from analysis, design, coding and testing. The programming language itself uses PHP with a codeigniter framework and for the database it uses MySQL/XAMPP. The results of this study show that the library information system at SMA Negeri 5 prabumulih is included in the feasible category after testing using black box testing category.

Abstract

Administrative services in Jiwa Baru Village are still handled manually, causing delays, data errors, and inefficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based administrative information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen for its speed and iterative approach involving active user participation. The system includes features for document requests and digital archiving. Data were collected through interviews and observations in Jiwa Baru Village. The system was evaluated using black-box testing. The results show that the system improves service efficiency, reduces errors, and provides easier data access for both village officials and residents. This system supports more modern and transparent public service delivery.
