Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the non-physical work environment, workload and leader member exchange (LMX) on the performance of PT employees. Ambon Area Pawn Shop. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research. Researchers collect data that can be measured using statistical, mathematical or computational techniques. The results show that the R Square value is 0.552 which means that 55.2% of employee performance is jointly influenced by the variables described in the model, while the rest is influenced by factors outside the model. Partially non-physical environmental variables, workload and leader member exchange on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Area Ambon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan pemberian remunerasi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada PNS Rektorat Universitas Pattimura. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 94 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, remunerasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement maupun kinerja pegawai. Work engagement terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sekaligus memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai R² sebesar 0,957 menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja, remunerasi, dan work engagement mampu menjelaskan 95,7% variasi kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model.
